ABSTRACT

Desde a década de 1980, os repasses por direitos de transmissão dos jogos de futebol representam parcela importante das finanças dos clubes brasileiros. Nas negociações para o período de 2019-2024, o ingresso do canal Esporte Interativo, da estadunidense Turner, alterou o modelo e os valores dos acordos. Porém, com a crise sanitária global provocada pelo surto de um novo coronavírus, em 2020, os mais variados negócios foram impactados pelas restrições de circulação de público, incluindo as atividades ligadas ao futebol. Deste modo, este artigo teve como objetivo identificar algumas das transformações nas relações do futebol nacional com os meios de comunicação, incluindo o debate acerca da nova "Lei do Mandante", aprovada em 2021. Com base em revisão de literatura narrativa e coleta de dados em sites diversos, os resultados apontam para o crescimento do uso de novas plataformas de mídia associado a mudanças da legislação esportiva brasileira.


Since the 1980s, transfers for broadcasting rights for football matches represent an important part of the finances of Brazilian clubs. In the derivations for the period 2019-2024, the entry of the Esporte Interativo channel, by the American Turner, changed the model and values of the agreements. However, with a global health crisis caused by the outbreak of a new coronavirus in 2020, the most varied businesses were impacted by restrictions on public circulation, including activities related to football. Thus, this article aimed to identify some of the transformations in the relationship between national football and the media, including the debate on the new "Mandante Law", approved in 2021. Based on a narrative literature review and data collection on different websites, the results point to the growth in the use of new media platforms associated with changes in Brazilian sports legislation.


Desde la década de 1980, las transferencias de derechos de transmisión de partidos de fútbol representan una parte importante de las finanzas de los clubes brasileños. En las derivaciones para el período 2019-2024, la entrada del canal Esporte Interativo, por parte de la American Turner, cambió el modelo y valores de los acuerdos. Sin embargo, con una crisis de salud global provocada por el brote de un nuevo coronavirus en 2020, los negocios más variados se vieron afectados por las restricciones a la circulación pública, incluidas las actividades relacionadas con el fútbol. Así, este artículo tuvo como objetivo identificar algunas de las transformaciones en la relación entre el fútbol nacional y los medios de comunicación, incluido el debate sobre la nueva "Ley Mandante", aprobada en 2021. Con base en una revisión de la literatura narrativa y la recopilación de datos en diferentes sitios web, los resultados apuntan al crecimiento en el uso de las nuevas plataformas de medios asociados con los cambios en la legislación deportiva brasileña.

ABSTRACT

Resumen En el presente trabajo, se registra por primera vez floraciones algales nocivas del dinoflagelado Blixaea quinquecornis (Abé) Gottschling, 2017 para aguas costeras del mar peruano. La determinación taxonómica de esta especie se realizó mediante microscopia de luz, electrónica de barrido y contraste interferencial diferencial (DIC). La fórmula tecal encontrada fue: pp, 3', 2a, 7'',5c, 5"' y 2''' 4s. Blixaea quinquecornis fue registrada en las bahías Sechura, Miraflores y Paracas entre el 2014 y 2017, usualmente con altas densidades de 3.2 x105 cel.L-1 (Miraflores) y 2.11x105 cel.L-1 (Paracas) en verano y 4.11 x104 (Paracas) en otoño 2016. Blixaea quinquecornis estuvo alternando con floraciones algales del dinoflagelado atecado Akashiwo sanguinea. El florecimiento de B. quinquecornis se observó con TSM entre 18.5 a 26.6 °C, salinidades entre 34.70 y 35.32 ups, pH entre 7.32 y 8.82 y oxígeno disuelto entre 3.8 y 12.5 mL/L. En Bahía Miraflores, la floración de B. quinquecornis fue asociado positivamente con el incremento de la TSM, salinidad y negativamente con la concentración de nitratos, mientras que las floraciones algales de A. sanguinea se correlacionó positivamente con la concentración de fosfatos y oxígeno disuelto. El registro de la floración de B. quinquecornis en las bahías de Miraflores y Paracas, coincidió con eventos de inusual calentamiento del mar asociado con el evento cálido El Niño 2015-2016.


Abstract In the present work, harmful algal blooms of the dinoflagellate Blixaea quinquecornis (Abé) Gottschling, 2017 are recorded for the first time for coastal waters of the Peruvian sea. The taxonomic determination of this species was done with light microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) microscopy. The thecal formula is: pp, 3', 2a, 7'', 5c, 5"' and 2''' 4s. Blixaea quinquecornis was recorded in Sechura, Miraflores and Paracas bays between 2014 - 2016, mainly with algal blooms of 3.2 x105 cel.L-1 (Miraflores) and 2.11x105 cel.L-1 (Paracas) and 4.11 x104 cel.L-1 (Paracas) in autumn of 2016. Blixaea quinquecornis was found alternating with algal bloom produced by the athecate dinoflagellate Akashiwo sanguinea. The physicochemical variables associated with the bloom of B. quinquecornis were SST (18.5 to 26.6° C), salinities (34.7 to 35.325), pH (7.32 to 12.5), and dissolved oxygen (3.8 to 12.5 mL/L). The bloom of B. quinquecornis in Miraflores Bay was positively associated with the increase in SST, salinity and negatively with the concentration of nitrates, whereas the algal blooms of A. sanguinea were positively correlated with the concentration of phosphates and oxygen. The record of the bloom of B. quinquecornis in the 3 bays coincided with unusual sea warming event associated with the El Niño phenomenon 2015-2016.

She takes the advantages of shallow needling technique of acupuncture in treatment of various diseases, e.g. exogenous disease, initial onset of disorder, chronic bi disorder, intractable diseases, disorder of yang nature, disorder of heat nature, thin body, pediatric diseases, disorders on the unilateral side of the body and acute diseases. Besides in compliance with classics, she has broadened the application scope of shallow needling technique of acupuncture and improved the clinical therapeutic effect.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of fan therapy for the relief of dyspnea in patients with chronic progressive disease. Methods: A systematic electronic database search of all available articles published before October 23, 2019 was conducted using Ichushi-Web of the Japan Medical Abstract Society databases, CENTRAL, EMBASE, and MEDLINE. In addition, a hand-search for updates was performed using PubMed on June 30, 2020 and December 7, 2021. The inclusion criteria were: 1) any RCTs comparing the effect of fan therapy with any other intervention, and 2) patients aged ≥18 years. Exclusion criteria were: 1) duplicate references, and 2) conference presentations. Results: We identified 110 studies, of which 10 met our criteria for inclusion. Finally, five studies were used in the meta-analysis. Fan therapy significantly improved dyspnea in patients with chronic progressive disease compared to control groups with a standardized mean difference of −1.43 (95% confidence interval: −2.70 to −0.17, I2=94%, p<0.0001). Conclusion: Fan therapy was found to be effective in reducing dyspnea in chronic progressive disease.

ABSTRACT

Estádios periféricos como o Castor Cifuentes/MG e o Farião/MG, com capacidade inferior a 10 mil presentes, representam 77,4% do total de estádios brasileiros. Objetivamos aqui analisar a percepção que os torcedores de estádios periféricos têm sobre estádios e arenas. Para tanto, realizamos 19 incursões a campo, todas em dias de jogos. Para busca dos dados utilizamos a observação não participante e aplicação de formulários. Os dados foram analisados através do programa de análises estatísticas Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) e da análise de conteúdo. Ao fim, participaram do estudo 107 torcedores. Os resultados obtidos evidenciaram que os participantes são favoráveis a tais transformações, mesmo cientes dos pontos negativos. Inclusive do risco de serem excluídos da vivência cotidiana nos estádios.


Peripheral stadiums like Castor Cifuentes/MG and Farião/MG, with a capacity below 10.000 people, represent 77.4% of the total Brazilian stadiums. We aim here to analyze the perception that fans who go to peripheral stadiums have of bigger stadiums and arenas. To do so, we conducted 19 visits to the stadiums, all on game days. Data were collected through non-participant observation and application of forms. Data were analyzed through the statistical analysis program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and content analysis. We had the participation of 107 individual fans. The main results show that fans are in favor of the changes even though they are aware of the negatives, including the risk of being hindered of frequent active life in stadiums.

ABSTRACT

@#Specific amounts of bacteria and fungi in the room can cause Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). The main reason for bacteria and fungi accumulation is a lack of air circulation in the air-conditioned room. Therefore, we study exhaust fan usage to microorganism concentration in the air-conditioned room. The objective of this study is to find the optimum exhaust fan running time for reducing microorganism concentration until below the threshold value. The quasi-experiment was using with repeated experiments and non-random methodology. The samples were consisting of four air-conditioned classrooms with six repeated measurements. The sampling instrument used a petri dish filled with NA (Nutrient Agar) and PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) placed at five points in each room. The results showed that the variation of exhaust fan running time sig affected the concentration of bacteria (sig ~0) and fungi (sig 0.023) in the classrooms. We found that exhaust fan can reduce the bacteria concentration. Although we observed that the exhaust fan gives inconsistency effect to reduce the fungi concentration in the classrooms.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: A major complication of peritoneal dialysis (PD) is peritonitis, and bacterial culture of PD effluent in a blood culture bottle is the preferred technique for diagnosis of peritonitis. In this study, we compared dialysate inoculation and culture using the BacT/AlerT® Fastidious Antimicrobial Neutralization Plus blood culture bottles (FAN Plus; bioMérieux, France) to the conventional centrifugation culture method.METHODS: A total of 170 PD effluents were simultaneously processed by the conventional centrifugation culture method and by culture using FAN Plus media with two different inoculation procedures: inoculation after centrifugation and direct bedside inoculation.RESULTS: Of the 52 cultures that were positive on at least one of the culture methods, 27 samples were positive on conventional centrifugation. However, 46 samples showed growth following inoculation into the FAN Plus media after centrifugation, and 47 samples were positive on the direct FAN Plus inoculation method. Using the case definition for PD peritonitis to classify samples, sensitivity of the conventional method was 50.0% (95% CI, 33.7–66.3%), whereas the sensitivity of the FAN Plus media was 78.9% (95% CI, 62.2–89.9%) by inoculation after centrifugation and 86.8% (95% CI, 71.1–95.1%) by direct inoculation. Use of both inoculation methods with FAN Plus media resulted in 92.1% sensitivity (95% CI, 89.2–99.9%).CONCLUSION: Culture using FAN Plus media demonstrated a superior bacterial recovery rate to the conventional centrifugation culture method. A combination of the two inoculation methods with FAN Plus media is recommended for the best diagnostic yield, while direct inoculation alone can be useful due to its simplicity and cost-effectiveness.

ABSTRACT

Manual backpack sprayers are widely used in rural properties in Brazil. However, studies that assess their working characteristics, especially spray tip models and working pressure conditions, are scarce. Thus, the aim of this study was to assess how much the working pressure and spray tips influence the distribution quality of phytosanitary spray solutions in manual backpack sprayers. Four spray nozzles (standard flat-fan Magnojet TP11002, turbo flat-fan TeeJet TT11002, hollow-cone TeeJet TXA8002, and disc-core) were assessed in a patternator table at 1, 2, 3, and 4 bar. Analyses of spray distribution profile were performed by symmetry and the coefficient of variation (CV) analysed by the Tukey's test (p < 0.05). Spray tip models and working pressure influenced in more than 100% the distribution uniformity values of spray solution and in about 50% the useful range of the phytosanitary treatment. Among the models assessed in this study, the turbo flat-fan spray nozzle presents the best set of characteristics to be indicated for manual backpack sprayers aiming at field phytosanitary treatments.(AU)


O uso de pulverizadores costais manuais no Brasil é amplamente disseminado em propriedades rurais. Entretanto, são escassos os trabalhos de pesquisa que avaliem as suas características de trabalho, sobretudo modelos de ponta de pulverização e condições de pressão de trabalho. Desta forma, o objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar quanto os modelos de pontas e a pressão de trabalho influenciam na qualidade da distribuição de caldas fitos-sanitárias com pulverizadores costais manuais. Foram avaliados em mesa de deposição quatro modelos de pontas de pulverização (jato plano convencional Magnojet TP 11002; jato plano defletor Teejet TT 11002; jatos cônicos vazios TeeJet TXA 8002 e "chapinha" original), a 1, 2, 3 e 4 bar de pressão. As análises do perfil de distribuição dos jatos foram realizadas por simetria e o coeficiente de variação analisado pelo teste de Tukey (p < 0,05). Os modelos de pontas de pulverização e a pressão de trabalho influenciaram em mais de 100% os valores de uniformidade de distribuição da calda, e cerca de 50% na largura da faixa útil de tratamento fitos-sanitário. Dentre os modelos avaliados neste trabalho, o de jato defletor é o que apresenta o melhor conjunto de características para ser indicado a equipar os pulverizadores costais manuais para os tratamentos fitossanitários de campo.(AU)

ABSTRACT

Integrated TOF-PET/MR is a multimodal imaging system which can acquire high-quality magnetic resonance (MR) and positron emission tomography (PET) images at the same time, and it has time of flight (TOF) function. The TOF-PET system usually features better image quality compared to traditional PET because it is capable of localizing the lesion on the line of response where annihilation takes place. TOF technology measures the time difference between the detectors on which the two 180-degrees-seperated photons generated from positron annihilation are received. Since every individual crystal might be prone to its timing bias, timing calibration is needed for a TOF-PET system to work properly. Three approaches of timing calibration are introduced in this article. The first one named as fan-beam method is an iterative method that measures the bias of the Gaussian distribution of timing offset created from a fan-beam area constructed using geometric techniques. The second one is to find solutions of the overdetermination equations set using L1 norm minimization and is called L1-norm method. The last one called L2-norm method is to build histogram of the TOF and find the peak, and uses L2 norm minimization to get the result. This article focuses on the comparison of the amount of the data and the calculation time needed by each of the three methods. To avoid location error of the cylinder radioactive source during data collection, we developed a location calibration algorithm which could calculate accurate position of the source and reduce image artifacts. The experiment results indicate that the three approaches introduced in this article could enhance the qualities of PET images and standardized uptake values of cancer regions, so the timing calibration of integrated TOF-PET/MR system was realized. The fan-beam method has the best image quality, especially in small lesions. In integrated TOF-PET/MR timing calibration, we recommend using fan-beam method.

According to clinical diagnosis and dialectic,TCM with appropriate medicinal properties were flexibly applied,with a remarkable efficacy. Especially in the application of insect drugs,he has accumulated abundant clinical experience.According to the main syndromes of arthralgia and pathogenic site,patient' s constitution,Scorpio,Scolopendra,Pheretima,Vespae Nidus,Bombyx Batryticatus,Manis Squama,Bungarus Parvus,Zaocys,Agkistrodon,Cicadae Periostracum,Aspongopus,Eupolyphaga Steleophaga,Silkworm Sand were properly selected. Attention was also paid to the compatibility between insect drugs and antirheumatic drugs,blood-activating drugs and tonifying drugs. In the premise of safe and effective application in the treatment of arthralgia,insect drugs show such efficacies as antipyretic,activating collaterals and relieving pain.

OBJECTIVE@#To observe the efficacy difference between -needle radiofrequency guided by meridians-muscles theory and oral administration of medication for knee osteoarthritis (KOA).@*METHODS@#One hundred patients with KOA were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a medication group, 50 cases in each one. The patients in the acupuncture group were treated with -needle radiofrequency guided by meridians-muscles theory at tendon nodes around knee joints ( points), 4 points per treatment, once every two weeks and two treatments were given. The patients in the medication group were treated with oral administration of celecoxib capsules, 1 capsule every day for 4 weeks. The visual analogue scale (VAS) and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities (WOMAC) in the two groups were observed before treatment, after treatment and during 4-week follow-up visit. The clinical efficacy was evaluated.@*RESULTS@#Compared before treatment, the VAS was reduced in the two groups after treatment and during 4-week follow-up visit (all <0.05), and the VAS score in the acupuncture group was lower than that in the medication group (both <0.05). Compared before treatment, the pain score, stiffness score, activity function score and total score of WOMAC were reduced in the two groups after treatment and during 4-week follow-up visit (all <0.05), and the scores in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the medication group (all <0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate was 80.0% (40/50) in the acupuncture group, which was superior to 56.0% (28/50) in the medication group (<0.05). During 4-week follow-up visit, the total effective rate was 76.0% (38/50) in the acupuncture group, which was superior to 40.0% (20/50) in the medication group (<0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#The efficacy of -needle radiofrequency guided by meridians-muscles theory is superior to oral administration of celecoxib capsules for KOA, which could relieve joint pain and stiffness, improve joint mobility, and has long effective duration.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the clinical effect of repairing the defect after extended resec-tion of lower lip cancer by modified lip and cheek fan-shaped flap .Methods Six cases of lower lip cancer were treated .The defect of the lower lip was about 1/3-1/2 after 1 cm of enlarged resection outside the margin of the mass .The defect was repaired with modified lip and cheek fan-shaped flaps . The morphology and function were observed 3-36 months after operation .Results All patients healed in one stage ,and the shape and function of lower lip recovered well without complications .Conclusions Lower lip defect about 1/3-1/2 of patients with modified lip and cheek fan-shaped flap is an ideal method of restoration and reconstruction ,with satisfactory results after surgery .

ABSTRACT

[Objective] Summarizing Professor FAN Yongsheng's experience in treating children's erythema multiforme.[Method] Collecting medical record from outpatient clinics, to analyze and summarize Professor FAN Yongsheng's understanding of children's erythema multiforme and experience of children's erythema multiforme syndrome differentiation and treatment. [Result] Professor FAN Yongsheng considers the disease is caused by children's spleen qi deficiency and suffering external-contraction at the same time. The characteristics of pathogenesis are "deficiency" "heat" and "static blood" by generalizing. According to the degree of suffering pathogenic qi, the disease can be divided into three stages including spathogenic qi, s incursion in exterior, exuberant blood heat and damage to qi-yin. The treatment can respectively base on dispersing exterior pathogenic qi and cleaning interior heat, or base on cooling blood and eliminating toxins, dispersing blood stasis and removing ecchymosis, or base on reinforcing spleen and stomach, clearing qi aspect and nourishing yin. Professor FAN through the pediatric physiological characteristics and erythema multiforme disease associated with the combination of the idea of treating patients, has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.[Conclusion] Professor FAN Yongsheng's treatment experience of children's erythema multiforme has satisfactory clinical efficacy and is worth to use for reference and promotion.

Resumo Este trabalho buscou investigar o turismo futebolístico no "novo" Mineirão. A partir dos resultados da pesquisa empírica, observou-se um perfil de torcedor viajante que se aproxima das definições acerca do torcedor consumidor. Em relação à motivação, o futebol constitui-se o principal motivo da viagem. Assim, a experiência de vivenciar o esporte in loco e conhecer o estádio são fatores que se complementam.


Abstract This study aimed to investigate the football tourism in the "new" Mineirão. From the results of empirical research, there was a traveling fan profile that approximates the definitions about the consumer fan. Regarding motivation, soccer. It is the main reason for the trip. Thus, the experience of experiencing the on-site sport and know the stadium are factors that complement each other.


Resumen Este estudio tuvo como objetivo investigar el turismo de fútbol en el "nuevo" Mineirão. De los resultados de la investigación empírica, se obtuvo un perfil itinerante del hincha que se aproxima a las definiciones sobre el hincha consumidor. En cuanto a la motivación, el fútbol es la razón principal para el viaje. Por tanto, la experiencia de vivir el deporte de forma presencial y conocer el estadio son factores que se complementan entre sí.

ABSTRACT

[Objective] Summarizing the clinical experience of professor FAN Yongsheng who treats liver metastasis to the lungs. [Method] Learning from professor FAN as well as collating his medical case of liver metastasis to the lungs.[Result]Professor FAN thinks damp-heat and qi and yin deficiency is the pathogenesis of liver metastasis to the lungs.Clearing heat and promoting dampness and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis to reduce pathogenic factors,invigorating spleen and supplementing qi and nourishing yin and generating body fluid to nourish healthy qi.It helps the patient to prolong survival period and improve the quality of life.It achieves a good effect. [Conclusion] Professor FAN Yongsheng's experience in treating liver metastasis to the lungs provides TCM ideas and methods for clinical practice,which is worth studying and popularizing.

ABSTRACT

[Objective]Analysis of the famous doctor FAN Wenhu treatment of dampness prevalent diseases experience with a view to the clinical treatment of it to provide reference.[Methods]By consulting the relevant FAN Wenhu's medical information and screening out the treatment of dampness prevalent diseases of his cases to further analyze and sum up his clinical experience in the treatment of it. [Result] It was found out that he was skilled in using wetting treatments for dampness prevalent diseases, which the wet wilt in the upper body used Qingzhen decoction to clear dampness wetting,the vomid malaria used Huopusini powder to regulate qi and dispel wet, the damp-heat invagination used Huopuwuling powder to activate yang to remove dampness. [Conclusion]FAN Wenhu was flexibled to use varieties of dampness methods in the treatment of dampness prevalent disease in order to eliminate wet evil and isolate hot evil.These cases had accurate effect and distinct treatment characteristics,it is worthy of reference.

ABSTRACT

[Objective] To summarize the experience of professor FAN Yongsheng who uses the herbal prescription"modified Simiao powder"to treat gouty arthritis, so as to direct our clinical practice better. [Method] By learning from professor FAN as well as collating his medical cases that applicating "modified Simiao powder" to the treatment of gouty arthritis, clearing and definiting how teacher FAN thinks etiologies and pathogenesis of gouty arthritis and analyzing the prescription of"Simiao powder"and giving two clinical cases, so that we can learn and discuss. [Result] Teacher FAN believes that gout pathogenesis for the body fluid metabolic abnormalities, and body fluid metabolism and liver and spleen and kidney three organs are closely related. Patients usually irritable or liver qi stagnation, or like to eat greasy meat, temper deficiency, or lack of kidney essence, gasification weakness, resulting in wet endogenous, wet evil staying in the joints, the emergence of local fever, phlegm, blood stasis, poisonous evil, into gouty arthritis. Acute onset of the pathogenesis of "hot and humid", the course of time for the "hot and humid phlegm stagnant each other", treatment should follow the law of "clear away heat-dampness", according to the cause, changes in the pathogenesis of flexible application of four wonderful addition and subtraction; And to Qufeng, detoxification, blood circulation, dredge meridian, so as to achieve dialectical treatment, with the card addition and subtraction. [Conclusion] Professor FAN Yongsheng uses"modified Simiao powder"to treat gouty arthritis and has achieved good clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical study and reference.
