ABSTRACT

Aim: Exploration of ways to train young surgical teachers' teaching ability Method: organizing medical training courses;establishing expert training commission;establishing subject teaching group to give guidance;Improving the estimating quality systems of internet education.Result:To relieve the tension of the shortage of teachers caused by enlarged enrollment and heavy teaching tasks in order to adapt to the current rapid development of medical education Conclusion:Pertinent training will be an effective way to improve the young teachers' teaching consciousness,mental diathesis and ability.

ABSTRACT

Antecedentes: Cada vez con mayor frecuencia, la literatura especializada refleja la demanda social, existente a escala mundial, de profesionales con un mayor desarrollo de sus capacidades en materia de creatividad, comunicación, motivación, trabajo grupal, liderazgo, dirección, entre otras, razón por la cual, desde la década de los 80 se ha incrementado el número de entrenamientos sociopsicológicos que se ofrecen como una modalidad de superación profesional. Objetivos: Exponer, en apretada síntesis, una representación general del concepto de "entrenamiento sociopsicológico", así como presentar los resultados de su aplicación en varias empresas del SIME. Resultados: Se confirma que el entrenamiento sociopsicológico de creatividad desarrolla la aptitud creadora de sus participantes, incrementa la resistencia al cierre y la originalidad de los involucrados. Conclusiones: El desarrollo alcanzado en la creatividad mediante el entrenamiento se transfiere a la solución de problemas reales de las empresas.


The development of creativity in the training of professionals Background: The specialized literature increasingly reflects the social demand existing at the world level of professionals with a higher development of their abilities as regards creativity, communication, motivation, group work, leadership and management, among others. For this reason, the number of sociopsychological trainings conducted as a modality of professional self-improvement has been increased since the 1980s. Objectives: To make a general synthesis of the concept of "sociopsychological training" as well as to show the results of its application in several enterprises of the Ministry of the Iron and Steel Industry (SIME, in Spanish). Results: It was confirmed that the sociopsychological training on creativity develops the creative attitude of its participants, increase the resistance to the closedown and the originality of those taking part in the training course.
