ABSTRACT
In psychoanalysis any reverie (potentially) opens space for one to be in touch with the first stage of the unconscious thought - when the sequences of alpha elements are synthesized by the alpha function - where narrative derivation from dreamy awakened thoughts come from. Reverie, in other words, is the possibility for the analyst to be in touch with the pictograms that come alive during the analysis and constantly define the patient's position as well as the analyst's, besides the emotional level they have created, as a gps works. Reveries are not only images and ideas, but also sensations, feelings, and actions. This article focuses on this last type of reverie - which we can call "somatic" or, as action painting in art, "action reverie" - and it includes some clinical illustrations. It is important to see such illustrations as embedded in the field, that is, as if they were in the third unconscious (which starts when two people are close enough to each other). Considering that patient and analyst are constantly communicating, consciously and unconsciously, there is no event from the analytical field that may not be seen as both people's co-creation.

ABSTRACT
Objective On the basis of theory research, tostrengthen the motivation of benevolence effectively and take the initiative to practice the behavior of benevolence among nursing baccalaureate students, combining with the law of behavior transformation, the author designed and applied "nursing benevolence behavior cultivation program based on field theory". Methods The questionnaire of nursing undergraduates' benevolence behavior based on field theory , interview, observation, interview and reflective journal were designed by our team. Results Of the five dimensionality evaluation indexes, there was no significant difference in the scores between the five dimensions except the field theory (P > 0.05). The"cognitive field theory","belief field theory","self field theory"and"group field theory"were (24.74 ± 2.36), (40.34 ± 4.32), (44.84 ± 4.17), (81.30 ± 8.15) points before cultivation, (25.74 ± 3.37), (42.46 ± 4.19), (46.26 ± 3.97), (82.64 ± 9.60) points during cultivation, (26.65 ± 3.93), (44.47 ± 4.46), (47.78 ± 5.20), (85.78 ± 7.20) points after cultivation, and there were significant differences (F=5.597-16.928, P<0.01). Conclusions The nursing benevolence behavior cultivation scheme based on the field theory is beneficial to the nursing baccalaureate students' benevolence behavior development.
ABSTRACT
In the context of "big health, big medicine and big medicine", the relationship of medical and humanities have drawn the attention of the medical world again. For the present, how to develop humanistic care and nursing care behavior is the key point of this study. Nursing care behavior acts as an integral part of nursing work, need spiritual implantation, deepen understanding, continuous training and pragmatic practice. Therefore, the designation of "Benevolence and Faith" in the process of nursing should integrate the "Field Theory" of psychology, which focus on the benevolence and faith cultivation during the practice of nursing care behavior. It is necessary to identify the similar cultivation meaning of "benevolence" and "field" behind different manifestations. Consequently, the logical starting point of nursing care behavior could be identified.
ABSTRACT
The aim of this paper was to carry out an analysis of the scientific production related to volleyball. To meet the objective, it was situated 139 scientific articles available in Portuguese in Lilacs, Medline, Scielo and CAPES Journal Portal databases. From the mapped data, the explanations were based on the Field Theory of Pierre Bourdieu, from which we identified that the research topics more attended by production reflect the history of the academic field of Physical Education. At the same time, it was emphasized the integration of researchers in dominant institutions of the sports field as a possible element that also tends to influence the election of the most important aspects to be studied. This finding points to the shadowing between the academic and sporting fields as a possibility to justify the observed deficiency of studies not intended for high performance in this modality.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hoop circumference drug,Hongzhongxiao tincture,on the treatment of skin abscess in rats under the guidance of defended field theory. Methods Forty SpragueDawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, western medicine control group,Hongzhongxiao pretreatment group and Hongzhongxiao treatment group according to the computer generated random number.Subcutaneous abscesses models were reproduced by subcutaneous injection of 1 mL (3-5 × 109 cfu/mL) of staphylococcus aureus, and the normal control group was subcutaneously injected with the same amount of normal saline. After molding, the rats in the model group were treated with normal saline for change of dressing;the western medicine control group was treated with mupirocin ointment for external use;Hongzhongxiao pretreatment group was treated with 2 mL of Hongzhongxiao for dressing 4 hours after the modeling;in Hongzhongxiao treatment group,2 mL dressing was given after the emergence of hard swelling, and the Hongzhongxiao drug range applied was 1 cm over the swelling range. Each group was dressed once daily. The changes of mental state, body weight, skin temperature, range and time of abscess formation, wound ulceration and healing time, transcutaneous oxygen pressure (TcPO2) at the periphery of abscess were observed in each group. Results ① After modeling, the activity of the rats was decreased, the appetite became worse, and the food intake less.Except the normal control group, the rats in other groups had different degrees of mental listlessness.② After 3 days of treatment, the body weight gain of the model group was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (g:8.75 ± 9.85 vs.31.67 ± 7.92,P < 0.01),and continued to 18 days after treatment (g:27.13± 11.70 vs.98.00 ± 8.94);after treatment for 18 days, the body weight gain in the western medicine control group,Hongzhongxiao pretreatment group and Hongzhongxiao treatment group was significantlyhigher than those of model group (g:53.28 ± 19.69,49.12 ± 7.23,44.71 ± 12.42 vs.27.13 ± 11.70,all P < 0.05).③ After 3 days of treatment, the body temperature of the model group was obviously lower than that of the normal control group (℃:33.75 ± 0.68 vs.35.03 ± 0.41,P < 0.01) and continued to 10 days (℃:34.30 ± 0.35 vs.35.03 ± 0.41,P < 0.01).The body temperature of the rats in Hongzhongxiao pretreatment group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group, the model group and the western medicine control group on the 14th day after treatment (℃:33.97 ± 0.83 vs.35.10 ± 0.57,35.01 ± 0.68,35.25 ± 0.23,all P < 0.05).The body temperature of Hongzhongxiao treatment group was significantly higher than that of the Hongzhongxiao pretreatment group (℃:34.87 ± 0.94 vs.33.97 ± 0.83,P <0.05).④ After treatment for 13,15,17 days, the contraction rates of swollen area in western medicine control group, hongzhongxiao pretreatment group and hongzhongxiao treatment group were greater than the rate in model group, and the change was most significant on the 17th day after treatment [(96.37 ± 5.09)%,(92.76 ± 13.56)%,(98.41 ± 3.85)% vs.(77.46 ± 19.07)%,all P < 0.05].⑤ Compared with the model group, the times of abscess localization in the western medicine control group, the Hongzhongxiao pretreatment group and the Hongzhongxiao treatment group was shorter than that in the model group (days:9.28 ± 1.38,7.33 ± 1.97,7.67 ± 1.63 vs.12.63 ± 1.99,all P < 0.05);the time of wound healing in Hongzhongxiao pretreatment group aud Hongzhongxiao treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the model group (days:17.67 ± 1.03,16.83 ± 1.51 vs.19.92 ± 2.33,P < 0.05).⑥ TcPO2 in the Hongzhongxiao pretreatment group was significantly higher than that in the model group on the 7th day after treatment [mmHg (1 mmHg =0.133 kPa):63.33 ± 9.77 vs.39.51 ± 8.42],and the Hongzhongxiao treatment group (44.25 ± 6.41) was significantly lower than that of the Hongzhongxiao pretreatment group, and the Hongzhongxiao treatment group was significantly higher than that of the model group (59.50 ± 7.34 vs.49.52 ± 10.17) on the 14th day after drug application, and the western medicine control group was significantly lower than that of the model group (37.71 ± 5.63 vs.54.33 ± 7.74),the Hongzhongxiao pretreatment group and Hongzhongxiao treatment group were significantly higher than those of the western medicine control group, the difference being statistically significant (all P < 0.05).Conclusions The Hongzhongxiao tincture applied on top and circumferentially around the periphery of the abscess can reduce the local inflammatory response, improve the body weight and mental state, increase the blood supply around wound periphery for anti-infection and anti-inflammation in order to promote the formation of defending field of nursing.Although the early application of Hongzhongxiao tincture cannot reduce the local infectious symptoms and kill the Staphylococcus aureus,it can make skin abscess localization as soon as possible and shorten the wound healing time.
ABSTRACT
Youtubers are a new media phenomenon, youngsters who add millions of followers and are called digital influencers. One uniqueness of this media is the supposed intimacy between youtuber and follower, provided by up-to-date language, shared interests, lack of intermediaries, and the speed of the interaction. In the present work, the videos of youtubers are observed as a new cultural product and taken as a quotidian, from Herrmann's theory, which proposes the abolition of the dichotomy between internal fantasy and reality, postulating a humanistic day-day that both constitutes subject and world. It ends with a reflection about intimacy and the hypothesis is raised that the popularity of this new media format can be observed as a formation of successful commitment to the yearning for intimacy that discards the traumatic encounter with the other.

PsychoanalysisABSTRACT
Groups exhibit properties that either are not perceived to exist, or perhaps cannot exist, at the individual level. Such ‘emergent’ properties depend on how individuals interact, both among themselves and with their surroundings. The world of everyday objects consists of material entities. These are, ultimately, groups of elementary particles that organize themselves into atoms and molecules, occupy space, and so on. It turns out that an explanation of even the most commonplace features of this world requires relativistic quantum field theory and the fact that Planck’s constant is discrete, not zero. Groups of molecules in solution, in particular polymers (‘sols’), can form viscous clusters that behave like elastic solids (‘gels’). Sol-gel transitions are examples of cooperative phenomena. Their occurrence is explained by modelling the statistics of inter-unit interactions: the likelihood of either state varies sharply as a critical parameter crosses a threshold value. Group behaviour among cells or organisms is often heritable and therefore can evolve. This permits an additional, typically biological, explanation for it in terms of reproductive advantage, whether of the individual or of the group. There is no general agreement on the appropriate explanatory framework for understanding group-level phenomena in biology.
ABSTRACT
The dominant view that cancer arises from successive mutations in somatic cells is so unquestioned that accumulating challenges from experimental and observational results are rarely addressed in the scientific literature. Based on these challenges, we argue that the scientific understanding of carcinogenesis has entered a period of paradigm instability. New research directions are therefore needed.
ABSTRACT
Two review articles published in 2000 and 2011 by Hanahan and Weinberg have dominated the discourse about carcinogenesis among researchers in the recent past. The basic tenets of their arguments favour considering cancer as a cell-based, genetic disease whereby DNA mutations cause uncontrolled cell proliferation. Their explanation of cancer phenotypes is based on the premises adopted by the somatic mutation theory (SMT) and its cell-centered variants. From their perspective, eight broad features have been identified as so-called ‘Hallmarks of Cancer’. Here, we criticize the value of these features based on the numerous intrinsic inconsistencies in the data and in the rationale behind SMT. An alternative interpretation of the same data plus data mostly ignored by Hanahan and Weinberg is proposed, based instead on evolutionarily relevant premises. From such a perspective, cancer is viewed as a tissue-based disease. This alternative, called the tissue organization field theory, incorporates the premise that proliferation and motility are the default state of all cells, and that carcinogenesis is due to alterations on the reciprocal interactions among cells and between cells and their extracellular matrix. In this view, cancer is development gone awry.
ABSTRACT
Awareness that the child is part of a complex relational system has ensured that all child analysts agree on the necessity of establishing a therapeutic alliance with the parents. Unconscious conflictual dynamics involve the child analyst and include him, from the time of the initial consultation, in an analytic field that is closer to that of a group than to the bi-personal set-up of therapy with adults. Through a clinical example, the author hypothesizes that the child's drawings and play can be viewed as tools capable of mapping the unconscious emotions present in an analytic field that extends beyond the analyst-child couple. Play and drawings can be used in the relationship with the parents not in an explanatory sense, but as a probe with which to explore the universe of unconscious emotions present in the group field. The images or the story of the play used with this particular modality prove to be an attractive pathway that is effective in facilitating the alpha function of each of the members of the group. Furthermore, in this sense, they create the conditions for an occasion through which the parents can become more aware of their own unconscious emotions that have been entrusted to the child and expressed through his symptomatology. The possibility for the little group of subjects involved in a child analysis for oscillation in a dual-group field permits not only a shared experience of knowledge, but also a shared creativity aimed at knowledge of emotional truth (O)...

The developmental period called adolescence has been often conceived, both in the scientific literature about the subject as well as in common sense, from a stereotyped and generalizing point of view. Historical and concrete conditions are, in this perspective, conceived as natural features of adolescence and the period is taken as a set of predictable characteristics common to all adolescents. In this paper, I analyze why and how the Gestalt Approach refutes this perspective. In the literature on adolescence, these issues have been analyzed on the perspective of the Socio-historical Psychology. As such, and also because of the affinities between this perspective with Gestalt-therapy in regard to the relationship between individual and context, the paper begins with a brief discussion about the socio-historical outlook on adolescence. Following, it is analyzed how Gestalt-therapy, according to its most elementary theoretical premises - foremost among them, the Kurt Lewin's Field theory - resonates and, at the same time, provides new nuances to the socio-historical critique, conceiving adolescence as a singular and field-related phenomenon...

This is an unpublished paper, a sub-section of Herrmann's written lectures for the course From the Extended Clinic to High Theory: Clinical Meditations. The paper deals with the considerations about the regime of truth that pertains to a science in formation, which is yet to establish the scope of its productions as theories. At its initial stage, this science works closely with its own origin in creation, that is, with the possible forms that are found in order to explore an object which defiantly emerges as an issue or problem. Freud created Psychoanalysis alongside the invention of an interpretive method of human meaning investigation, discovering the psyche. Between the invention of the interpretive method and the discovery of the psyche, founded on the construction of the notion of the unconscious, a space of tension is formed, engaged with the issue of psychic truth - a new field of knowledge, a point of view in which the frontiers of consciousness expand themselves beyond reason.
