ABSTRACT
Dos categorías fundamentales se utilizan para el análisis a lo largo de este artículo, el financiamiento de las instituciones de educación superior (IES), y la gestión universitaria. Ambas se relacionan con la producción de conocimientos. Partimos de la convicción de que a pesar, que en países industrializados del mundo, la aparición de instituciones privadas dedicadas a la investigación va en aumento y con excelentes resultados, en nuestros países, sigue estando de manera importante e insustituible por los momentos, esta responsabilidad en manos de las universidades y en el apoyo necesario del Estado a través de una relación de doble sentido que determina la pertinencia de nuestros esfuerzos investigativos
There are two categories use in the analysis in this article, the financing of the higher education institute and the higher education management. Both are related to the production of new knowledge.
