ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the clinical effects of flurbiprofen axetl injection on the treatment of postoperative pain in patients with laparoscopic appendectomy and on the platelet aggregation function. Methods From April 2013 to October 2015,100 laparoscopic appendectomy patients were randomly divided into observation and control groups,50 cases in each group.Observation group was injected flurbiprofen axetl injection 1 mg/kg,the control group was injected normal saline 5 ml.Analgesic effect, platelet aggregation function, and side effect were observed for two groups. Results Activities and resting visual analogue scale (VAS) score were significantly lower after flurbiprofen axetl injection in observation group (P < 0.01),while activities and resting VAS score were not significantly decreased after normal saline used (P > 0.05).Compared to those in control group, activities and resting VAS score at 30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h,and 6 h after flurbiprofen axetl injection in observation group were significantly lower (P <0.01).Platelet aggregation level before and after medication in two groups were no significant change (P > 0.05).Drug side effects in two groups were no difference (P > 0.05).Conclusions Patients with laparoscopic appendectomy do well with flurbiprofen axetl injection, and no obvious side effects. It is worthy of clinical application.

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of flurbiprofen axeyil injection combined with sufentanil for postoperative patient undergoing ovarian cancer radical operation.Methods60 postoperative patients undergoing radical ovarian cancer surgery were randomly divided into three groups with 20 cases in each group, including Sufentanil 150 μg (group S) ,Flurbiprofen Axeyil injection 200 mg (group F) ,Flurbiprofen Axeyil injection 100 mg plus Sufentanil 100 μg (group FS).The drugs in each group were added with Azasetron 10 mg and diluted to 100 ml, then infused by a pump in a rate of 2 ml/h.The visual analogue scale (VAS) and Ramesays scores were used to evaluate the analgesic effect at 0.5,2,4,8,12,24 and 48 h after surgery. The incidence of side effects was recorded.ResultsAll the patients showed good pain relief with PCIA.The VAS of group F(3.3 +0.8) at 2 h after operation was slightly higher than that of group S (2.6 + 1.0) and SF (2.8 + 1.1) (P < 0.05), which became similar 4 h later (P >0.05).In groups F (2.4 +0.8,2.3 +0.6) and FS(2.9 +0.8,2.6 ±0.4), the average Ramsay score was slightly lower than that in group S(3.8 +0.9,3.6 +0.5) (P <0.05).But the differences were not significant within 8 h after operation (P > 0.05).The accidence rates of nausea, vomiting, itching, somnolence of group S(20% ,15% ,20%) were significantly higher than those in group F (5% ,0,5%)and FS(5%,5% ,5%) (P <0.05).No respiratory depression or abnormal bleeding occurred in three groups during the period of postoperative 48 hour. The amount of hydrothorax had no difference between 3 groups (P <0.05).ConclusionsIntravenous postoperative analgesia with Flurbiprofen Axeyil injection combined with Sufentanil had a better analgesic effect than Sufentanil or Flurbiprofen Axeyil used alone, and it could significantly reduce the dose requirement of Sufentanil as well as its associated side effects.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the effects of flurbiprofen axetil and fentanyl in postoperative analgesia on immune function and stress response of the patients undergoing esophagectomy. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into three groups with 20 cases in each group, including Group F_1 (pre-operative: flurbiprofen axetil 50mg, postoperative : flurbiprofen axetil 50mg + fentanyl 10μg/kg + droperidol 2.5 mg), F_2 (postoperative: flurbiprofen axetil 100mg + fentanyl 10μg/kg + droperidol 2. 5 mg) , and group C (postoperative: fentanyl 10μg/kg + droperidol 2.5 mg). The VAS score was recorded at 1, 24, 48 hours after surgery. Blood samples were obtained from peripheral vein for determination of NE, ACTH, COS, CD3~ + , CD4~+ , CD8~+ and CD4 VCD8~+ at 30min before surgery, 1 d, 2d after surgery. Results Patients in the three groups did not show any significant difference in the VAS scores ( P > 0.05). NE was significantly lower in group F_1 than group F_2 and group C at 1 d after surgery ( P < 0. 05). There were significantly decreased ACTH in group F_2 and F_1 than group C at 1d after surgery( P <0. 05), and it was significantly decreased in group F, than that in group C at 2d after surgery( P < 0.05). COS was significantly decreased in group F_1 than that group C at 1d after surgery( P <0.05 ). CD3~+ T-lymphocytes were significantly higher in group F_2 and F_1 than that group C at 1h after surgery ( P <0. 05) , and group F, was significantly higher than group C at 2d after surgery( P <0.05). CD4~+ T-lymphocytes were significantly increased in group F_1 than that in group C and F_2 at 1d after surgery( P < 0.05). CD8~+ T-lymphocytes were no significantly change in 3 groups and at each time point ( P >0.05). CD4~+/ CD8~+ were significantly higher in group F_1 than that in group C and F_2 at 1 d after surgery( P <0.05). Conclusion Postoperative analgesia by using flurbiprofen axetil and fentanyl can diminish the using dose of postoperative opoiod drug, it can decrease patients postoperative stress level and improve patients cellular immune function.
