ABSTRACT

Ainda é desconhecido o papel da amizade enquanto constitutiva da rede de apoio social nos transtornos alimentares (TAs). Esta revisão integrativa teve por objetivo analisar a produção científica sobre relações de amizade em pessoas com TAs. Foram consultadas as bases PubMed/MEDLINE, LILACS, PsycINFO, Web of Science e EMBASE, de 2010 a 2020. Dos 1126 artigos recuperados, 15 preencheram os critérios de elegibilidade. A maioria tem abordagem qualitativa e delineamento transversal, sem indicar referencial teórico. Aspectos qualitativos das relações de amizade foram associados com redução da frequência e intensidade de sintomas quando o vínculo era considerado de boa qualidade. Já amizades que envolviam comentários depreciativos e influências negativas acerca do corpo e hábitos alimentares foram considerados fatores de risco para desencadeamento dos transtornos. Investir na qualidade dos relacionamentos entre pares pode contribuir para fortalecer a rede de proteção social e reduzir a vulnerabilidade psicossocial de adolescentes com risco para desenvolver TAs. There is still little knowledge about the role of friendship within the social support network in eating disorders (EDs). This integrative review aimed to analyze the scientific production about friendship relationships in people with EDs. The literature review was conducted using the PubMed/MEDLINE, LILACS, PsycINFO, Web of Science, and EMBASE databases in the period from 2010 to 2020. Among the 1126 articles retrieved, 15 met the eligibility criteria, most with a qualitative approach and cross-sectional design, without indicating a theoretical framework. The qualitative aspects of friendship were associated with a reduced frequency and intensity of symptoms when the bond was considered to be of good quality. On the other hand, friendships that involved derogatory comments and negative influences related to body image and eating habits emerged as potential risk factors for triggering disorders. Investing in the quality of peer relationships can contribute to strengthening the social safety net and reducing the psychosocial vulnerability of adolescents at higher risk for developing EDs. El papel de la amistad como constitutiva de la red de apoyo social en los trastornos alimentarios (TAs) es aún desconocido. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la producción científica sobre las relaciones de amistad en personas con TAs. Se consultaron las bases PubMed/MEDLINE, LILACS, PsycINFO, Web of Science e EMBASE, entre 2010 y 2020. De los 1126 artículos recuperados, 15 cumplían los criterios de elegibilidad. La mayoría tiene enfoque cualitativo y diseño transversal, sin indicar el marco teórico. Los aspectos cualitativos de las relaciones de amistad se asociaron con una menor frecuencia/intensidad de los síntomas cuando el vínculo se consideraba de buena calidad. Amistades que implicaban comentarios despectivos e influencias negativas sobre el cuerpo y los hábitos alimentarios se consideraron factores de riesgo. Invertir en la calidad de las relaciones entre pares puede contribuir a reforzar la red de protección social y reducir la vulnerabilidad de adolescentes con riesgo de desarrollar TAs. (AU)

ABSTRACT

Objetivo: verificar os fatores associados à alta tolerância nas relações de amizade durante o período acadêmico. Métodos: estudo transversal, analítico, realizado com 151 discentes de enfermagem de duas instituições de ensino superior privadas com coleta de dados sociodemográficos e aplicação de instrumento de avaliação da tolerância nas relações de amizade. Realizada análise por meio de estatística descritiva e regressão linear, com método backward. Resultados: verifica-se a predominância de discentes do sexo feminino, solteiras e católicas. Os discentes possuem idade média de 22,8 anos e 1,3 filhos. Reconhecer que é difícil conviver consigo; pedir desculpas, mesmo não estando errado; e acreditar que a amizade é aceitar a outra pessoa do jeito que ela é, foram fatores contribuintes para a alta tolerância. Além disso, o número de filhos contribui para o aumento da tolerância nas relações de amizade. Conclusão: a alta tolerância nas relações de amizade é importante não só para a permanência nos cursos de enfermagem, mas para o estabelecimento de vínculos interpessoais efetivos, o que reflete no comportamento em equipe, pois está relacionada à interdependência e multidisciplinaridade profissional contribuindo para a prestação de cuidado nos diversos serviços de saúde. Objective: to verify the factors associated with high tolerance in friendships during the academic period. Methods: cross-sectional, analytical study carried out with 151 nursing students from two private educational institutions with collection of sociodemographic data and application of an instrument for assessing tolerance in friendship relationships. Analysis performed using descriptive statistics and linear regression, using the backward method. Results: there is a predominance of female, single and Catholic students. The students have an average age of 22.8 years and 1.3 children. Recognizing that it is difficult to live with you, apologizing even if you are not wrong and believing that friendship is accepting the other person as they are were contributing factors to high tolerance. In addition, the number of children contributes to increasing tolerance in friendly relationships. Conclusion: the high tolerance in friendship relationships is important not only for staying in nursing courses, but for establishing effective interpersonal bonds, which reflects in team behavior because it is related to professional interdependence and multidisciplinarity contributing to the provision of care in the various health services. Objetivo: verificar los factores asociados a la alta tolerancia en las amistades durante el período académico. Métodos: estudio transversal, analítico realizado con 151 estudiantes de enfermería de dos instituciones educativas privadas con recolección de datos sociodemográficos y aplicación de un instrumento para evaluar la tolerancia en las relaciones de amistad. Análisis realizado mediante estadística descriptiva y regresión lineal, utilizando el método hacia atrás. Resultados: hay predominio de estudiantes mujeres, solteras y católicas. Los alumnos tienen una edad media de 22,8 años y 1,3 hijos. Reconocer que es difícil vivir consigo; pedir perdón, aunque no te equivoques; y creer que la amistad es aceptar a la otra persona como es, fueron factores que contribuyeron a una alta tolerancia. Además, el número de hijos contribuye a aumentar la tolerancia en las relaciones amistosas. Conclusión: la alta tolerancia en las relaciones de amistad es importante no solo para la permanencia en los cursos de enfermería, sino para establecer vínculos interpersonales efectivos, se refleja en el comportamiento del equipo, puesto que se relaciona con la interdependencia profesional y la multidisciplinariedad contribuyendo a la prestación de cuidados en los distintos servicios de salud. ABSTRACT

On the basis of combing and reflecting on the literature related to doctor-patient shared decision-making, this paper proposed the necessity of discussing the ethical basis of shared decision-making from a theoretical perspective, and attempted to analyze the suitability of Aristotle’s "friendship" ideology as its ethics’ basis. At the practical level, starting from Ropohl’s technical ethics, it was recommended to establish a shared decision-making responsibility sharing system, providing methodological guidelines for the clinical application of shared decision-making.

ABSTRACT

O presente artigo apresenta parte da experiência da pesquisa-intervenção ocorrida em um assentamento em Sergipe. Tal pesquisa teve como base os princípios da Psicologia Comunitária e a noção de experimentação política da amizade que nortearam a construção de um corpo coletivo junto aos/às moradores/as, materializado nas figuras do mutirão e da horta coletiva. A roda de conversa foi o dispositivo usado para reunir os/as moradores/as e a partir disso desdobrar uma relação horizontal e solidária, na qual todos/as têm voz e vez, tendo por base a concepção política de amizade, a partir de Arendt e Espinosa, possibilitando uma abertura ao/a outro/a em sua radicalidade.


The present article presents part of the experience of research-intervention that took place in a settlement in Sergipe. This research was based on the principles of Community Psychology and the notion of political experimentation of friendship, which guided the construction of a collective body with the residents, materialized in the figures of collective effort and the collective garden. The conversation circle was the tool used to gather the residents and from that unfold a horizontal and solidary relationship, in which everyone has a voice and a turn, based on the political conception of friendship, from Arendt and Espinosa, allowing an opening to the other in its radicality.


Este trabajo presenta parte de la experiencia de investigación-intervención ocurrida en un asentamiento de Sergipe. Esta investigación se basó en los principios de la Psicología Comunitaria y en la noción de experimentación política de la amistad que orientó la construcción de un cuerpo colectivo con los residentes, materializado en las figuras de esfuerzo colectivo y la huerta colectiva. El círculo de conversación fue la herramienta utilizada para reunir a los vecinos y a partir de ahí desplegar una relación horizontal y solidaria, en la que todos/as tienen voz y turno, basada en la concepción política de la amistad, de Arendt y Espinosa, permitiendo una apertura al otro en su radicalidad.

Abstract Introduction: Understanding the processes of socialization during youth and their association with healthy behaviors is crucial for university education. Objective: To explore the associations of the characteristics of friendship networks with being physically active and having a sedentary behavior in university students. Materials and methods: Cross-sectional study conducted in 475 university students and based on a social network analysis. Measurements included sociodemographic, physical activity, sedentary behavior, and friendship network variables. The associations between the characteristics of friendship networks and physical activity and sedentary behavior were explored using logistic regression models. Confidence intervals (95%) were estimated and a significance level of p<0.05 was considered. Results: In women, being part of at least a cluster of friends was significantly associated with being physically active (adjusted OR [aOR]: 2.3; 95%CI: 1.2-4.6), while being popular was significantly associated with a lower probability of being physically active (aOR: 0.3; 95%CI: 0.1-0.7). Also, a ten-percentage point increase in active friends was significantly associated with a higher probability of being physically active (aOR: 9.3; 95%CI: 3.5-24.6). Regarding sedentary behavior, a ten-percentage point increase in the number of sedentary friends was significantly associated with a higher probability of being sedentary (aOR: 5.5; 95%CI: 2.5-12.3). In men, none of the studied associations were statistically significant. Conclusion: Some characteristics of social network are relevant for female university students in relation to their physical activity levels and sedentary behaviors. These findings highlight the need to consider friendship network dynamics for designing initiatives aimed at physical activity promotion and sedentary behavior reduction.


Resumen Introducción. El entendimiento de los procesos de socialización durante la juventud y su relación con conductas saludables son cruciales para la educación universitaria. Objetivo. Explorar las asociaciones de las características de la red social de amigos con ser físicamente activo y con tener un comportamiento sedentario en estudiantes universitarios. Materiales y métodos. Estudio transversal, basado en un análisis de redes sociales, realizado en 475 estudiantes universitarios. Las mediciones realizadas incluyeron variables sociodemográficas, actividad física, conducta sedentaria y redes sociales de amigos. Las asociaciones entre las características de la red social de amigos con la actividad física y el comportamiento sedentario fueron exploradas mediante modelos de regresión logística. Se estimaron intervalos de confianza (95%) y se consideró un nivel de significancia de p<0.05. Resultados. En mujeres, ser parte de al menos un conglomerado de amigos se asoció significativamente con ser físicamente activa (OR ajustados: 2.3; IC95%: 1.2-4.6), mientras que ser popular se asoció significativamente con una menor probabilidad de ser físicamente activa (OR ajustados [aOR]: 0.3; IC95%: 0.1-0.7). Asimismo, un incremento de diez puntos porcentuales de amigos activos se asoció significativamente con una mayor probabilidad de ser físicamente activa (aOR: 9.3; IC95%: 3.5-24.6). En relación con el comportamiento sedentario, un incremento de diez puntos porcentuales de amigos sedentarios se asoció significativamente con una mayor probabilidad de ser sedentaria (aOR: 5.5; IC95%: 2.5-12.3). En hombres, ninguna de las asociaciones estudiadas fue estadísticamente significativa. Conclusión. Algunas características de las redes sociales de amigos fueron relevantes para las estudiantes universitarias en relación a sus niveles de actividad física y comportamiento sedentario. Estos hallazgos resaltan la necesidad de considerar las dinámicas de las redes sociales de amigos en el diseño de iniciativas orientadas a la promoción de la actividad física y la reducción de conductas sedentarias.

Através de uma leitura simbólica da correspondência entre os escritores brasileiros Clarice Lispector e Fernando Sabino, a autora mergulha na individuação proporcionada por tal relação de amizade, que perdurou por mais de 30 anos. Tece reflexões a respeito dos arquétipos da anima e do animus.


This article adresses the bond of frienship between a man and a woman as a booster of individuation of both. Through a symbolic reading of the correspondence between the brazilian writers Clarice Lispector and Fernando Sabino the author dives on the individuation booster by such a friendship, which lasted for more than thirty years. Reflections are made about the archetypes of anima and animus.


El artículo aborda la amistad entre un hombre y una mujer como propulsor de la individuación de ambos. A través de una lectura simbólica de la correspondencia entre los escritores brasileños Clarice Lispector y Fernando Sabino la autora profundiza en la individuación proporcionada por tal relación de amistad, que perduró por más de treinta años. Hace reflexiones acerca de los arquetipos del ánima y del animus.

ABSTRACT

O trabalho propõe uma reflexão sobre o lugar da alteridade e da dimensão do laço social articulados à expressão da subjetividade. Para tanto, partimos da análise da amizade entre Freud e o psicanalista e pastor Pfister que, ao longo de décadas, sustentaram uma relação de amizade significativa, sem renunciarem aos fundamentos e pressupostos que eram caros a cada um, preservando, dessa forma, suas diferenças nessa relação, tal como acompanharemos em alguns trechos das correspondências trocadas entre os autores. A alteridade é representada também pelo debate entre ciência e religião no diálogo entre os teóricos. Utilizamos alguns fundamentos da psicanálise freudiana para construir nossa reflexão, a saber, a onipotência, o lugar da alteridade, o laço social, a idealização, a ilusão e a direção do tratamento analítico. A abertura à alteridade, fundamento da clínica psicanalítica, parece fundamental para uma experiência subjetiva significativa que, nesse sentido, mantém estreita conexão com âmbito da coletividade.


This paper proposes a reflection on the place of alterity and the dimension of the social bond articulated with the expression of subjectivity. To do so, the starting point was the analysis of the friendship between Freud and the psychoanalyst and pastor Pfister, who, for decades, maintained a meaningful relationship, without renouncing the fundamentals and assumptions that were dear to each one, thus preserving their differences. In this relationship, as we will see in some excerpts of the correspondence exchanged between the authors, alterity is also represented by the debate between science and religion. Freudian psychoanalysis fundamentals were used to build this reflection, namely, omnipotence, the place of alterity, the social bond, the idealization, the illusion, and the direction of the analytical treatment. Openness to alterity, the foundation of psychoanalytic clinic, seems fundamental to a significant subjective experience that, in this sense, maintains a close connection with the scope of the collectivity.

ABSTRACT

Tem havido um reconhecimento crescente de que os coletivos sociais, como as comunidades de saberes, apoiam a aprendizagem dos/as professores/as e aprimoram a prática docente. Concomitantemente, há poucas pesquisas sobre como essas comunidades se formam, sustentam-se ao longo do tempo, criam saberes e práticas profissionais e transformam a vida profissional de seus/as participantes. Abordamos essas lacunas neste artigo, recorrendo à metodologia de autoestudo para estruturar uma reflexão crítica das experiências de Luiz ao participar de um grupo autônomo de professores/as-pesquisadores/as que constituíram sua própria comunidade de saberes desde 2005. Por meio da amizade crítica, uma lente de pensamento da complexidade guiou a reflexão compartilhada sobre a experiência de Luiz nessa comunidade de saberes, considerando as conexões relacionais, as forças afetivas, as oportunidades de ação e as capacidades proativas que são continuamente reconfiguradas na natureza coletiva das comunidades de aprendizagem. Em conclusão, discutimos tanto a facilitação quanto o cultivo de processos colaborativos de longo prazo em direção a uma perspectiva complexa, crítica e socialmente justa da formação de professores/as de Educação Física. Cada vez se reconoce más que los colectivos sociales, como las comunidades de saberes y redes de aprendizaje profesional, apoyan los/as docentes y mejoran sus prácticas. Al mismo tiempo, hay poca investigación sobre cómo se forman, se sostienen en el tiempo, crean saberes y prácticas profesionales y transforman la vida profesional de sus/as participantes. Abordamos estas brechas en este artículo, recurriendo a la metodología de self-study para estructurar una reflexión crítica de las experiencias de Luiz al participar en un grupo autónomo de profesores/as-investigadores/as que constituyeron su propia comunidad de saberes desde 2005. A través de la amistad crítica, un lente de pensamiento de la complejidad hay guiado la reflexión compartida sobre la experiencia de Luiz en la comunidad de saberes al considerar las conexiones relacionales, las fuerzas afectivas, las oportunidades de acción y las capacidades proactivas que se reconfiguran continuamente dentro de la naturaleza colectiva de las comunidades de aprendizaje. En conclusión, discutimos tanto la facilitación como el cultivo de procesos colaborativos de largo plazo hacia una perspectiva compleja, crítica y socialmente justa de la formación de profesores/as de educación física. There has been increasing recognition that social collectives, such as knowledge communities, support teachers learning and enhancing practice. At the same time, there is little research on how such communities form, are sustained over time, create professional knowledge and practices, and transform the professional lives of their participants. We address these gaps in this paper by drawing on self-study methodology to structure a critical reflection of Luiz's experiences of participating in an autonomous group of teacher-researchers that constituted their own knowledge community since 2005. Through critical friendship, a complexity thinking lens guided the shared reflection on Luiz's experience in the knowledge community by considering the relational connections, affective forces, opportunities for action and agential capacities that are continually made and reconfigured within the collective nature of learning communities. In conclusion, we discuss both the facilitation and cultivation of long-term collaborative processes towards a complex, critical, and socially just perspective of PETE. (AU)

O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar o processo de adaptação e as propriedades psicométricas da Escala McGill-UFRGS de avaliação das funções de amizade em grupos de amigos. Participaram do estudo 521 jovens adultos com idades entre 18 e 30 anos (M = 22,68; DP = +-3,21). A estrutura de seis fatores da escala apresentou bons índices de ajuste (CFI = 0,968, TLI = 0,965, RMSEA = 0,067, IC90% = 0,063-0,071) na análise fatorial confirmatória e demonstrou invariância de medida entre gêneros e grupos etários. Os coeficientes de confiabilidade dos fatores da escala foram bons, com alfas de Cronbach variando entre 0,875 e 0,912, e confiabilidade composta variando entre 0,956 e 0,966. A Escala McGill-UFRGS mostra-se uma adaptação válida e confiável para a avaliação das funções de amizade em grupo de amigos entre jovens adultos. (AU)


The purpose of this article was to present the adaptation process and psychometric properties of the McGill-UFRGS Scale for the assessment of friendship functions in peer groups. A total of 521 young adults aged 18 to 30 years (M = 22.68; SD = + 3.21) participated in the study. The six-factor structure of the scale had good fit indices (CFI = 0.968, TLI = 0.965, RMSEA = 0.067, CI90% = 0.063-0.071) in confirmatory factor analysis and demonstrated measurement invariance across sex and age groups. The reliability estimates of the factor scores were good, with Cronbach's alphas ranging from .875 to .912 and composite reliability ranging from .956 to .966. The McGill-UFRGS Scale proved to be a valid and reliable instrument for assessing friendship group functions among young adults. (AU)


El objetivo de este artículo es presentar el proceso de adaptación y las propiedades psicométricas de la Escala McGill-UFRGS para la evaluación de las funciones de amistad en grupos de amigos. Participaron del estudio un total de 521 adultos jóvenes de 18 a 30 años (M = 22,68; DS = +-3,21). La estructura de seis factores de la escala mostró buenos índices de ajuste en el análisis factorial confirmatorio (CFI = 0.968, TLI = 0.965, RMSEA = 0.067, IC90% = 0.063-0.071) y demostró invarianza de medición entre géneros y grupos de edad. Los coeficientes de confiabilidad de los factores de la escala fueron buenos, con alfa de Cronbach oscilando entre 0,875 e 0,912 y confiabilidad compuesta entre 0,956 e 0,966. La escala McGill-UFRGS se presenta como un instrumento válido y fiable para la evaluación de las funciones de amistad en un grupo de amigos entre adultos jóvenes. (AU)

ABSTRACT

The globalized epidemic of the COVID-19 forced the international community to reconsider the importance and urgency of global public health in world peace and development. The authors analyzed the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control situation in Africa, and discussed the functions and layout of China-Africa friendship hospitals from the perspective of global health governance. It was suggested that the functions of China-Africa friendship hospitals should be positioned as the high-level medical centers in Africa, regional medical and disease control linkage centers, regional health technology training centers, regional telemedicine collaboration center, and regional health policy research center.Furthermore, the layout of China-Africa friendship hospitals should respond to China′s assistance in the construction of Africa′s center for disease control and China-Africa′s cooperation plan for promoting the " one belt and one road" construction, and work together with the medical team to build a new pattern of medical integration and health care system for African disease prevention and control and medical treatment.

Objetivo: analisar a importância das amizades no processo de tolerância durante o período acadêmico. Método: Estudo transversal, analítico e quantitativo, realizado com 276 discentes da área de saúde de uma instituição privada do estado de Goiás. Foram aplicados formulário sociodemográfico e o instrumento de Avaliação da Tolerância nas Relações de Amizade. A análise deu-se por meio de estatística descritiva e regressão linear, com método backwar. Resultados: As relações interpessoais de amizades facilitam a permanência dos discentes no curso. A religião, o curso de graduação escolhido e o período do curso em que o aluno está matriculado foram fatores que contribuíram para o aumento da tolerância às relações de amizade. Conclusão: Os achados principais sugerem que dois fatores são importantes para a manutenção da tolerância características sociodemográficas e relação interpessoal entre os amigos.


Objective: to assess the importance of friendships in the tolerance process during the academic period. Method: Cross-sectional, analytical and quantitative study, carried out with 276 students in the health area of a private institution in the state of Goiás. A sociodemographic form and the instrument of Assessment of Tolerance in Friendship Relationships were applied. The analysis was carried out through descriptive statistics and linear regression, with the backwar method. Results: Interpersonal friendship relationships facilitate the permanence of students in the course. Religion, the chosen undergraduate course and the period of the course in which the student is enrolled were factors that contributed to the increased tolerance for friendship relationships. Conclusion: The main findings suggest that two factors are important for the maintenance of tolerance, sociodemographic characteristics and interpersonal relationships among friends.


Objetivo: analizar la importancia de las amistades en el proceso de tolerancia durante el período académico. Metodo: estudio transversal, analítico y cuantitativo, realizado con 276 estudiantes del área de la salud de una institución privada del estado de Goiás. Se aplicó un formulario sociodemográfico y el instrumento de Evaluación de la Tolerancia en las Relaciones de Amistad. El análisis se realizó mediante estadística descriptiva y regresión lineal, con el método backwar. Resultados: las relaciones de amistad interpersonal facilitan la permanencia de los estudiantes en el curso. La religión, el curso de graduación elegido y el período del curso en el que está matriculado fueron factores que contribuyeron al aumento de la tolerancia a las relaciones de amistad. Conclusión: los principales hallazgos sugieren que dos factores son importantes para el mantenimiento de la tolerancia, las características sociodemográficas y las relaciones interpersonales entre amigos

ABSTRACT

Abstract: The understanding of childhood changes along with the development and changes of society and the social paradigm. Consequently, the child's understanding and acceptance of the role of participation in personal upbringing and education changes, while respecting the child's right to express and respect his/her opinion. This research is aimed at understanding the children's perspective, their subjective experience of current and long-term wellbeing. It was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Teacher Education in Zagreb, and implemented in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Research with Children (2003), with the consent of children and their parents. The concept of wellbeing is considered in the dimensions of personal satisfaction, and social and educational achievement. The opinions of 63 children, age 5 to primary school enrollment was surveyed. A qualitative research paradigm was used, which included children's expressions through drawings and narrative ethnographical research. The research findings indicate that children recognize subjective wellbeing through play and social interactions (friendships and family relationships). They recognize the importance of learning as a personal present and long-term benefit. They perceive the ECE setting as a safe place that has appropriate conditions for their residence. Some children emphasize the importance of a sense of security. It is possible to assume that the perception of children in the sample is related to the current epidemiological situation.


Resumen: La consideraciones relativas a la niñez van cambiando conforme la sociedad va transformándose y el paradigma social en el que se apoya su conocimiento. En consecuencia, la valoración que se hace de la participación de los niños y las niñas en su crianza ha ido evolucionando hasta quedar definido como un derecho de ellos y ellas a poder expresar sus opiniones; así como, a ser oídas y respetadas. Esta investigación se centra en comprender la perspectiva infantil en relación con el bienestar subjetivo actual y a largo plazo. Fue aprobada por el Comité de Ética de la Facultad de Formación del Profesorado en Zagreb. Así, fue llevada a cabo de acuerdo con el Código de Ética para la Investigación con Niños (2003) y habiendo obtenido el consentimiento de los niños y niñas participantes y sus padres. Las dimensiones de satisfacción personal, logro social y educativo cobran una gran importancia en este bienestar. Utilizando un cuestionario, se entrevistó a 63 escolares de 5 años pertenecientes a la educación infantil. Se utilizó un paradigma de investigación cualitativa, recogiendo dibujos infantiles de estos escolares, apoyándose, además, en la investigación etnográfica narrativa. Los resultados de la investigación indican que los niños y niñas reconocen el bienestar subjetivo a través del juego y las interacciones sociales (amistad y relaciones familiares). Consideran, también, la importancia del aprendizaje como un beneficio personal presente y a largo plazo. Perciben el jardín de infancia como un lugar seguro que cuenta con las condiciones adecuadas para su estancia en él. Algunos niños y niñas enfatizan la importancia de sentirse seguros. Es posible asumir que las percepciones infantiles obtenidas con esta muestra están relacionada con la situación epidemiológica actual.


Resumo: A compreensão da infância está se modificando com as mudanças no desenvolvimento da sociedade e no paradigma social. Conseqüentemente, muda se a compreensão e a aceitação da criança de sua participação na educação pessoal e formal. O direito da criança se expressar e ter sua opinião levada a consideração é respeitado. Esta pesquisa e focada em compreender a perspectiva das crianças sobre o proprio bem-estar subjetivo atual e de longo prazo. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética da Faculdade de Formação de Professores de Zagreb e realizada de acordo com o Código de Ética em Pesquisa com Crianças (2003), com o consentimento das crianças e de seus pais. O bem-estar é considerado nas dimensões de satisfação pessoal e desempenho social e educacional. Foi pesquisada a opinião de 63 crianças com 5 anos de idade até o ensino fundamental utilizando um paradigma de pesquisa qualitativa, que incluiu as expressões das crianças por meio de desenhos e pesquisa etnográfica narrativa. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que as crianças reconhecem o bem-estar subjetivo por meio de brincadeiras e interações sociais (amizade e relações familiares). Reconhecem tambem a importância da aprendizagem como um benefício pessoal atual e de longo prazo. Elas enxergam o jardim de infância como um local seguro e com condições adequadas para sua estadia. Parte das crianças enfatiza a importância de sensação de segurança. É possível supor que a percepção das crianças que fizeram parte da pesquisa esteja relacionada à situação epidemiológica atual.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: It is reported that the hip-conserving effect of osteonecrosis of femoral head is closely related to the retention of lateral column. The classification of China-Japan Friendship Hospital is based on the three-column structure, and the prediction accuracy of femoral head collapse is high. OBJECTIVE: To establish a three-dimensional finite element model for China-Japan Friendship Hospital classification of femoral head necrosis, and to analyze the mechanical changes of fibula implantation in each classification by finite element method, and to explore the significance of lateral column retention in hip preservation, so as to provide a basis for precise prediction of collapse of the classification. METHODS: Three groups of 11 kinds of three-dimensional finite element models of normal femoral head, China-Japan Friendship Hospital type femoral head necrosis (type M, type C, type L1, type L2, type L3) and fibula implantation were established. The finite element analysis was carried out by ANSYS software. The maximum stress, maximum displacement and load transfer mode of proximal femur were observed in each group. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) In the necrosis group, the strain was the largest, and the displacement was different due to the different types of necrosis. The displacement changes were as follows: Type M < type C < type L1 = type L2 < type L3. The displacement recovery of fibula implantation group was lower than that of the normal group, and the displacement recovery was different due to the different necrosis types. The displacement changes were as follows: Type M < type C < type L1 < type L2 < type L3. The reduction range of the displacement of the repaired necrotic femoral head gradually decreased from the lateral column to the medial column, which was lower than the maximum displacement of the normal femoral head. (2) The peak value of the stress nephogram of the loading area of the femoral head after necrosis was higher than that of the normal group. The peak value of necrotic type M was nearly normal. The peak value of necrotic type C was 74.5% higher than that of the normal group, and the peak value of necrotic type L was more than 100% higher than that of the normal group. The peak value of necrotic type M after operation was not only 14.2% lower than that before operation, but also was lower than that of the normal group. The peak value of necrotic type C after operation was 5.3% lower than that before operation, but higher than that of normal group. The peak value of necrosis type L after operation was lower than that before operation, but significantly higher than the normal level. (3) The load transfer in the normal femoral head was continuous. The conduction path was from the lateral column of the femoral head to the femoral moment. In the necrosis group, the internal load transfer of types M and C femoral head was continuous, and the conduction of type M was basically consistent with normal. The stress of type C conduction to femoral moment was reduced. The load transfer of L1, L2 and L3 type femoral head was interrupted. The stress changed in cliff type, and was unable to transmit to femoral moment, resulting in stress concentration in load area of the femoral head. A certain effective load transfer mode was reconstructed in the femoral head of the fibula implantation group, and the stress concentration at the femoral moment occurred in all types of conduction. Part of the load was transferred to the femoral moment through fibula, and the normal load transfer mode was partially restored. (4) China-Japan Friendship Hospital type fibula placement can prevent the collapse of the femoral head to a certain extent. The location and size of the necrosis area are very important. The closer the necrosis is to the lateral column, the easier it is to collapse and the more difficult it is to repair. The retention of the lateral column is an important factor for accurate prediction of the collapse of the femoral head.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To sum up staging treatment experiences of hip preservation for avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) according to China-Japan Friendship Hospital Classification (CJFH Classification). Methods: The literature about hip preservation of ANFH was extensively reviewed, and a staging treatment method for ANFH was set up base on CJFH Classification and the 28 years of clinical experience in this research group. Results: According to CJFH Classification, the ANFH can be rated as types M, C, and L. And the type L is rated as L1, L2, and L3 subtypes. The staging treatment method for ANFH based on CJFH Classification is set up. Conservative treatment was selected for CJFH-M patients because the necrotic area is small and in the medial non-weight-bearing area. Minimally invasive sequestrum clearance, impacting bone graft, and supporting allogenic fibular graft is selected for CJFH-C patients because the necrotic area is also small and in the lateral non-weight-bearing area. If patients are in CJFH-L1, normal bone area is less than 1/3 on hip abduction radiograph, the sequestrum clearance and impacting bone graft via surgical hip dislocation approach can be selected. If patients are in CJFH-L1, normal bone area is more than 1/3 on hip abduction radiograph, the transtrochanteric curved varus osteotomy can be selected. The rotational osteotomy on the base of femoral neck via surgical hip dislocation approach is for CJFH-L2 patients. Total hip arthroplasty via direct anterior approach is for CJFH-L3 patients. Conclusion: The staging treatment method for ANFH according to CJFH Classification has good short-term effectiveness. But the long-term effectiveness needs further follow-up.

ABSTRACT

Dentre as modalidades de relacionamentos interpessoais, a amizade desponta como uma das mais significativas, considerando os valores e comportamentos associados ao que se espera em uma relação de amizade. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar os elementos caracterizadores das representações sociais da amizade para universitários. Compôs a amostra 120 estudantes, de ambos os sexos, tendo sido utilizada uma entrevista semidiretiva para a coleta dos dados, complementada por questões de caracterização da amostra. As entrevistas foram organizadas em um corpus, submetido a uma Classificação Hierárquica Descendente, com auxílio do software IRaMuTeQ. Os resultados indicaram diferenças entre os sexos, sendo que o grupo feminino apresentou maior quantidade de elementos associados à amizade, enquanto a ênfase na amizade entre o sexo masculino se associa mais à confiança e companheirismo entre pares. Ressalta-se que ambos os sexos consideram a confiança e o companheirismo elementos igualmente importantes. Os dados permitem identificar padrões representacionais que influenciam nas expectativas e ações frente a comportamentos associados à amizade


Among the modalities of interpersonal relationships, friendship emerges as one of the most significant, considering the values and behaviors associated with what is expected in a relationship of friendship. The objective of this study was to identify the characterizing elements of the social representations of friendship for university students. The sample comprised 120 students, of both sexes, and a semidirectional interview was used to collect the data, complemented by questions of characterization of the sample. The interviews were organized in a corpus, submitted to a Hierarchical Descending Classification, with the aid of IRaMuTeQ software. The results indicated differences between the sexes, with the female group presenting a greater amount of elements associated with friendship, while the emphasis on friendship between males is associated more with confidence and companionship among peers. It is emphasized that both sexes consider trust and companionship equally important. The data allow us to identify representational patterns that influence expectations and actions in relation to behaviors associated with friendship

ABSTRACT

Abstract Background: Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) and its related symptoms (e.g. pain) have been associated with interference in the daily life of adolescents with JIA including their friendships. There is little research in that sense and in consequence, interventions designed to improve this area. The objectives of this study are 1) to gain knowledge about the needs of adolescents with JIA, particularly focused on their friendships; 2) to explore the potential of the Internet to help them, and 3) to determine what kind of online resource would be the best and what elements it should include. Methods: To achieve the proposed objectives we designed a qualitative study including two phases: the first one exploratory (semi-structured interviews) and the following, confirmatory (online focus group). Results: 14 adolescents were interviewed and 7 participated in the focus group. They reported some social challenges related to their illness: feeling different, criticized by peers, or not believed. Additionally, they specified some of the coping strategies they used, such as disclosing to others that they have JIA, using communication skills, maintaining activities with friends, trying to minimize pain, and ignoring negative comments. Adolescents considered an online resource useful and mentioned that they would like to find general information and to have the possibility to interact with others. They considered Instagram and WhatsApp as good platforms to implement the online resource. Conclusions: According to their perceptions, adolescents with JIA can benefit from an online resource which delivers information, strategies and facilitates interaction with others.(AU)

ABSTRACT

Sustentado na articulação contemporânea entre amizade e virtualidade, evidenciada por meio da apropriação pelo Facebook do termo amigo para se referir ao usuário que possui uma conta em seu website, este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar algumas mudanças ocorridas na forma de iniciar, manter e romper relações de amizade criadas ou potencializadas pelas novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação (TIC), bem como demonstrar o papel basilar da figura adolescente propriamente dita e/ou de seus ideais na introdução e propagação dessas transformações na medida em que ele se torna o representante do sujeito contemporâneo às voltas com o laço social. A Netnografia foi utilizada como ferramenta metodológica para chegar às comunidades do Facebook que fizeram parte do corpus empírico e que foram analisadas com o suporte teórico da Psicanálise e das Ciências Sociais e Humanas. Esse percurso teórico-empírico revelou que as relações amicais atuais estão passando por processos de mudança na medida em que os laços sociais sob o discurso da perfeição estão perdendo espaço para as amizades virtualizadas calcadas na liberdade, representada de forma máxima na figura adolescente. Tais mudanças são vivenciadas pelo "sujeito adolescente contemporâneo", mesmo que cronologicamente não pertença a essa faixa etária.


Sustained on the contemporary articulation among friendship and virtuality, evidenced through the appropriation of Facebook of the term friend referring to the user who has an account in its website, this article aims to present some of the changes that occurred in the shape of initiating, maintaining and breaking up friendship relations created or potentialized by the new information and communication technologies (ICT), as well as showing the foundation role of the actual figure of the adolescent and/or his ideals on the introduction and propagation of these transformations as far as he becomes the individual's representative in the return to the social bond. Netnography was used as Methodological tool to get to fakebook's communities which have been part of the Psychoanalysis and Social and Human Sciences. This theoretical and empirical path revealed that the current friendship relations are experiencing a changing process as the social bounds under the perfection speech, are losing their space to the virtualized friendships based on liberty, represented in a maximal way on the adolescent figure. Such changes are experienced by the "contemporary adolescent individual", even not chronologically belonging to this age range.


Soutenu dans l'articulation de relation contemporaine entre l'amitié et la virtualité, comme en témoigne l'appropriation par Facebook, le terme "ami", pour se référer à l'utilisateur qui possède un compte sur leur site web, cet article vise à présenter quelques changements dans la façon de démarrer, maintenir et rompre les relations qui sont créés ou potentialisées par de nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC), ainsi que de démontrer le rôle fondamental de la figure d'adolescent elle-même et / ou ses idéaux dans l'introduction et la propagation de ces changements, dans la mesure où ce rôle devient le représentant du sujet contemporain, en rapport avec le lien social. La Netnographie a été utilisé comme un outil méthodologique pour atteindre les communautés Facebook qui faisaient partie du corpus empirique, et qui ont été analysées, avec le soutien théorique de la Psychanalyse et les Sciences Humaines. Ce parcours théorique et empirique a révélé que les relations amicales actuelles sont en train de passer par un processus de changement, dans la mesure où les liens sociaux, sous le discours de la perfection, sont en train de perdre du terrain par rapport aux amitiés virtualisés, basées sur la liberté, représentées au maximum, par la figure des adolescents. Tels changements sont expérimentés par "le sujet adolescent contemporain" même si chronologiquement il n'appartient pas à ce groupe d'âge.

Este artigo tem como foco um tema pouco analisado no escopo da produção acadêmica sobre Direitos Humanos: a amizade e o cuidado entre gerações na cultura popular. Tem como base uma pesquisa que buscou compreender a amizade como perspectiva de cuidado mútuo e expansão do exercício da cidadania entre crianças, adolescentes e idosos. As autoras discutema importância da amizade e do cuidado entre as gerações, mostrando que ambos fortalecem o direito à convivência familiar e comunitária dos atores envolvidos.


This article has as its focus a theme that is hardly analyzed in the academic production on Human Rights: friendship and intergenerational care in popular culture. The article is based on are search that discussed friendship as mutual care and expansion of the practice of citizen ship among children, youth and senior citizens. The authors discuss the importance of friendship and intergenerational care, revealing that they streng then the right the involved actors have to live in family and community contexts.


El presente artículo tiene como foco central un tema poco analizado en el campo de la producción académica brasileña sobre Derechos Humanos: la amistad y el cuidado entre generaciones de la cultura popular. Tiene como sustento una investigación que procuró comprender la amistad como perspectiva de cuidado mutuo y expansión del ejercicio de la ciudadanía entre niños, adolescentes y adultos mayores. Las autoras discuten la importancia de la amistad y del cuidado entre las generaciones, mostrando que ambas fortalecen el derecho a la convivencia familiar y comunitaria de los actores involucrados.

ABSTRACT

Este estudo tem como objetivo refletir sobre os modos de vida e de luta de mulheres quebradeiras de coco piauienses junto ao Movimento Interestadual de Quebradeiras de Coco Babaçu (MIQCB). Tratou-se de um estudo cartográfico realizado em três comunidades da zona rural da cidade de Esperantina, no Piauí, onde está localizada a sede regional do MIQCB. Para a produção dos dados, utilizamos como recursos a intervenção fotográfica e a produção de narrativas de vida. Assim, destacamos, por um lado, as relações de poder com os patrões que marcaram as trajetórias de vida das mulheres, produzindo assujeitamento; mas por outro, evidenciamos suas formas de luta. Para isso, utilizamos a noção de parresía foucaultiana e da amizade como exercício político enquanto formas de contraconduta e resistência às sujeições e como modos de reinvenção de si, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da luta.


The objective of this study was to reflect on the female coconut breakers from Piauí in their ways of life and fights with the Interstate Movement of Babassu Breakers (MIQCB). It was a cartographic study carried out in three rural communities in Esperantina, where the Piauí regional headquarters of the MIQCB is located. We used as resources the production of life narratives and photographs. Thus, on the one hand, we highlighted the power relations which marked the life trajectories of those women, producing lack of subjectivation; but on the other hand, we show their forms of fights. For this, we use a Foucauldian parresia notion and friendship in its political potential as ways of hostile conducts and resistance and ways of reinventing oneself, contributing to the strengthening of the fight.


Este estudio tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre los modos de vida y de lucha de mujeres quebradoras de coco piauienses junto al Movimiento Interestatal de Quebradoras de Coco Babaçu (MIQCB). Se trató de un estudio cartográfico, realizado en tres comunidades de la zona rural de la ciudad de Esperantina, en Piauí, donde está ubicada la sede regional del MIQCB. Resumen Los objetivos fueron indagar el concepto de mejor amigo en escolares y explorar la comprensión del mejor amigo como factor protector en situaciones de maltrato entre pares. Se optó una metodología cualitativa y la indagación mediante grupos focales. Participaron 85 escolares de 4º a 7º grado (M = 10.68, DT = 1.34). Se realizó el análisis del método comparativo constante. Las categorías emergentes fueron: compañerismo, conflictos, fraternidad, fidelidad, confianza, ayuda, emociones positivas y aspectos morales, manifestaciones de violencia y búsqueda de diálogo con el agresor, contención afectiva hacia la víctima y recurrencia al docente. Diferentes conceptualizaciones se interpretan considerando el desarrollo cognitivo y socioemocional. La amistad es un recurso psicosocial para amortiguar efectos del rechazo y propiciar el desarrollo socioemocional.


Abstract The aims were to inquire the concept of best friend in school children and to explore the best friend concept as a protective factor against situations of mistreatment between peers. A qualitative methodology was chosen and focus groups made. The sample was made up of 85 schoolchildren, from 4th to 7th grade (M = 10.68, SD = 1.34). The analysis was carried out via constant comparative method. The emergent categories were: companionship, conflicts, fraternity, fidelity, trust, help, positive emotions and moral aspects, manifestations of violence and search for dialogue with the aggressor, affective containment towards the victim and recourse for teacher support. Different conceptualizations are interpreted considering cognitive and socioemotional development. Friendship is a psychosocial resource to cushion the effects of rejection and foster socioemotional development.
