@#ObjectiveTo observe the effects of XinShu parenteral solution (XSPS) on the activation of platelet, the activity of fibrinolysis system after intima denudation of rabbits.Methods20 male Japanese white rabbits (2.5±0.5)kg were randomly divided into the control group and XSPS group .The celiac arterial endothelium of all rabbits were denuded with balloon. Before the operation and 3d, 7d, after balloon denudation, vein blood samples were obtained from each group rabbits for measurement of α granule membrane protein of platelets(GMP-140), tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-type Ⅰ(PAI-1).ResultsPlasma GMP-140 and PAI-1 activity obviously elevated after balloon injury, and there was a little elevation in plasma t-PA activity in control group. Activity of plasma GMP-140 in XSPS group remained bottom level after balloon injury, and there was a significant increase in plasma t-PA activity and a marked reduce in PAI-1 activity in XSPS group. There was a notable difference between group B and group C (P<0.05). ConclusionXSPS obviously inhibits platelet activation, and improves fibrinolysis activity after balloon injury.

Objective:To study the effect of grape procyanidin (GPC) on the levels of plasma?-granule membrance protein 140 (GMP140) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2 ) in rats. Method:Wistar rats fed by high fat diet (HFD) were given GPC i.g. at different doses for 6 w, and the levels of plasma GMP140 and TXB2 were examined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Result:Plasma GMP140 and TXB2 levels of high dose GPC were respectively 7.89?1.02ng/ml, 131.71?42.13 pg/ml, significantly lower than those of HFD group. Conclusion:GPC could inhibit the increase of plasma GMP140 and TXB2 induced by high fat diet in rats.

Obejective To assess the influence of apheresis and wash on platelet function and morphology.Methods To determine the count,size,distribution,agglutination,aggregation,GMP 140 & GPⅡb/Ⅲa of the platelet from the peripheral blood prior to apheresis and aphersed or washed platelets produced by CS 3000 plus.Results Both apheresed and washed platelets showed decreased PDW,PCT & MPV,but there were no statistical difference between groups.There were no difference in platelet adhesion,aggregation,CD 62p +,CD 41a +,and CD 62p +expression.Both apheresed and washed platelets showed increased CD 41a + expression,but there was no difference between apheresed and washed platelets.Conclusion Flow cytometry measurement of GMP 140 & GPⅡb/Ⅲa may be used for in vitro platelet function assessment.Although apherisis can induce mild platelet activation,platelets apheresed or washed by CS 3000 plus have reliable quality and can be used in a variety of clinical conditions.

Objective To investigate the change of serum remnant like particle cholesterol (RLP C) and the association of RLP C with diabetic nephropathy (DN) in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Serum RLP C concentration was assayed by immunoseparation method. Plasma ? granule membrane glycoprotein 140 (GMP140) and nitric oxide (NO) levels were also measured. Urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) was measured by radioimmunoassay, and the patients with type 2 DM were assigned to three groups according to UAER 〔35 without DN (D 1 group, UAER200 ?g/min)〕. ABSTRACT
To investigate the change in GMP 140 and its significance in patients with diabetes accompanied with cerebral infarction. Plasma GMP 140 levels were assayed by radilimmunoassay in diabetes accompanied with cerebral infarction, controlled diabetes, cerebral infarction patients and normal controls, respectively. The results showed the GMP 140 levels were significantly higher in patients with diabetes accompanied with cerebral infarction than in patients with diabetes and normal control ( P 0 05). The results suggested that the level of GMP 140 in plasma might be used as a sensitive and reliable indicator reflecting the degree of platelet activation.
