Investigation and reflections on the pre-graduation practice for preventive medicine specialty / 中华医学教育探索杂志

Pre-graduation practice is an important part of teaching work for preventive medical science.The article is about investigation on the pre-graduation practice of 85 preventive medical students just graduated,and some suggestions for improvement.It is found that the overall teaching effect is good,but there are some problems,mainly on the construction of practice base,practice contents and time,and also graduation design.

Graduation practice of clinical laboratory profession is the important link of the teaching.In this stage,it is necessary for the students to adapt to the transition role and the thought method,and deal with interpersonal relation,cultivate noble professional ethics,master skills as soon as possible and get aware of the protection of the safe medical treatment to avoid the medical entanglement.It is also very important to accelerate personal skill,increase practice result and cultivate talented persons.
