ABSTRACT
Pharmacy services in grassroots medical institutions provide professional pharmacy services for patients. This service not only expanded the scope of primary care delivery, but also meets the residents′need for appropriate medication. At present, the majority of grassroots medical institutions in China provide outpatient pharmacy services by means of pharmacy service alliance, and foreign grassroots medical institutions mainly provide pharmaceutical outpatient services with drug treatment management as the core for patients by granting pharmacists partial prescription rights.In recent years, pharmaceutical outpatient services in grassroots medical institutions had achieved good results in improving patient clinical outcomes, enhancing medication rationality, and enhancing patient compliance. However, there were many unresolved issues, including low public awareness, shortage of pharmaceutical talents, and imperfect guarantee systems. The author suggestted that efforts should be made to increase the publicity of pharmaceutical outpatient services, improve the training mechanism for pharmacists, strengthen cooperation between pharmacists and clinical physicians, include pharmacists in the contracted service team of family doctors, and improve various guarantee systems, in order to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of pharmaceutical outpatient services in grassroots medical institutions in China.

Intellectual property in medical institutions has been getting more attention in research activity.Large general hospitals have made significant achievements in intellectual property,and the management of intellectual property right has also gradually become the norm.This article discussed the possibility to carry out the intellectual property management in the primary health care sector,based on their current status and characteristics,proposed an evaluation system which suitable for the primary health care sector.We described the structure and method of this system,explored a standardized intellectual property management process used in primary health care institutions.

Objective By investigating the present situation of Chongqing grassroots medical human resources ,the demand for the grassroots doctors′professional skills and qualities as well as the citizens′requirements for the grassroots medical institutions , to improve the construction of general practitioner team .Methods Using self-designed questionnaire to investigate the manage-ments ,doctors and the locals of 152 grassroots medical institutions in 37 districts and counties of Chongqing .Results 87 .8% of grassroots medical institutions were in urgent need of general practitioners ,21 .6% were not equipped with general practitioners ;57 .6% of doctors for primary and below the title ,of which 15 .2% of them had no title ;79 .2% of doctors for specialist qualifica-tions and below ,of which 4 .9% of them were junior high school education ;no qualified medical staff physicians practicing up to 17 .8% .Conclusion The demand of grassroots medical human resources in Chongqing is big ,grassroots doctors with low qualifica-tions ,titles low ,high health needs of residents ,low satisfaction .It is essential to strengthen the preferential policies ,improve the training of the general practitioners so as to satisfy the need of both quality and quantity of the grassroots medical human resources .
