ABSTRACT
The research on health ethics has gone through three stages: the discussion of concepts, the all-round theoretical extension and become the spiritual power of healthy China. The paper mainly discussed the theoretical support and practical guidance provided by health ethics as a category of ethics for the development of public health undertakings in various eras, and its concept had gradually penetrated into many fields such as economy, politics, society, ecology and culture. Under the guidance of the Healthy China strategy, health ethics plays an important role in maintaining individual health, solving social public health problems, building a healthy China and constructing a community of human health.
ABSTRACT
Healthy China has been a national strategy,of which ethical implications and values manifest in the following aspects:firstly,it surpassed the instrumental good,resultant good and extrinsic good of medicine and health,and eventually established the ultimate value position of health as objective good,itself good and intrinsicgood;secondly,the strategy provided a good opportunity and atmosphere to develop the health morality and health ethics,which is beneficial to the different social subjects to clarify their moral responsibility for the health;thirdly,the strategy is beneficial to breaking the ethical dilemma in the current healthcare system,for example,the nature of welfare and its regression objective is unclear.

From the perspective of individuals,health is the cornerstone to be competent for their learning and work,achieve their academics and career,and create valuable and happy life.From the perspective of society,health is the basis to promote family well-being,achieve national prosperity,boost social productive forces,economics,and civilization and harmony.From the perspective of nation,health is the guarantee to achieve the national development goals,enhance the comprehensive national strength,enhance the international status,and show the national image in the world.
