ABSTRACT
According to the causes and pathogenesis of lung cancer in traditional medicine,the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the research achievements of modern medicine,we discuss the idea and method of syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung cancer by integrated traditional and western medicine.We believe the treatment of lung cancer can be taken from several aspects:strengthening body essence and eliminating pathogen;individualized treatment according to the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment;combining differential symptoms and diagnosis of diseases according to achievements of lung cancer treatment in traditional medicine;choosing suitable treatment by integrated traditional and western medicine considering the different stage of lung cancer.
ABSTRACT
The academic connotation of "pathogenic factors" is discussed in this article from three aspects of etiology,diagnosis and treatment.It is considered that endogenous or exogenous pathogenic factors oppose to and destruct healthy energy.TCM pathogenic factors,obtained from "examining syndromes for causes of diseases",are diverged from physical,chemical and biological those in modern medicine.What is meant by "therapy of expelling pathogenic factors" is not a single method of dispelling toxin and killing germs,but the resort of regulating the integrated abilities of the human body fighting against pathogenic factors.
ABSTRACT
Through analyzing "Formula Syndrome" and blood-serum pharmacology methods,the concept of "Concealed Effect" in pharmacology of traditional Chinese medical formulae was proposed."Concealed Effect"(conducted) by healthy energy,can make formulas bringing into full play of multidirectional adjustment effect.It can be generalized in clinic,thus we can "treat the some syndrome with different methods" and "treat different syndromes with the same principle".
