ABSTRACT
Objective:To observe the effect and safety of the inhalation of Lanqin oral solutions combined with interferon in the treatment of children herpes angina. Methods:The children with herpes angina were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of support treatment, the control group (57 cases) was intravenously treated with ribavirin, and the observation group (58 cases) was treated with the combined inhalation of interferon and Lanqin oral solutions. The time of transference cure, total efficiency and adverse drug reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The time of transference cure of the observation group was sig-nificantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0. 05) with higher total efficiency (P<0. 05). The adverse drug reactions were few and mild in the two groups. Conclusion:The inhalation of Lanqin oral solutions combined with interferon in the treatment of chil-dren with herpes angina is effective with short transference cure time, convenience of use and promising security, which is worthy of clinical application.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of acyclovir in treatment of children with herpes angina. Methods127 patients suffered from herpes angina were randomly divided into two groups of children,the treatment group,64 patients received the symptomatic treatment on the basis of such general use of acyclovir treatment. The control group 63 cases, received the same general treatment as treatment grounp and, intravenous ribavirin. clinical effect was observed. ResultsThe effective rate was 98.44％, of which 37 cases markedly effective in 26 cases, 1 case of invalid; the control group, the total effective rate was 82.54％, Narkedly effective in 24 cases, effective in 28cases,ineffective in 11 cases. Two groups had significant difference. ConclusionAcyclovir in treatment of children with herpes angina could rapidly control the disease,and the clinical recovery time and efficacy was better than ribavirin.

[Objective] To explore the cure effect of Children Qingrening on herpes angina.[Method] Randomly divide 142 cases into Qingrening group 80 cases and Ganciclovir group 62.On routine therapy basis,respectively administer them Qingrening oral liquid and Ganciclovir for ivd.[Result] In Qingrening group,65 cases had marked effect(81.2%),15 had effect(18.8%),total effective rate was 100%;for other group,they're respectively 49(80.3%),13(19.7%)and 100%.There's no marked difference on effective rate.[Conclusion] Children Qingrening has better cure effect on herpes angina.
