OBJECTIVE:To discuss the feasibility of enforcing zero stock in hospital drug storehouse.METHODS:The merits,conditions and patterns of enforcing zero stock in the hospital drug storehouse were analyzed.RESULTS&CON?CLUSION:The zero stock in hospital drug storehouse can be enforced if certain conditions were satisfied,which is also in line with the future tendency of development.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the possibility of null stock in hospital drug storehouse.METHODS:The current situation of the drug storehouse of our hospital and pharmaceutical company of our district,and the existing problems in implementation of null stock were analysed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:There exist difficulties in carrying out complete null stock in hospital drug storehouse now,however,if computer network is adopted and the drug storage is shared by both hospital and pharmaceutical company,implementation of null stock in hospital drug storehouse will be practical.

METHODS: Based on the tasks for drug storehouse, the application of THIS System in the management of drug storehouse was studied. RESULTS: The application of THIS System in management of drug storehouse helps transform traditional manners and improve work efficiency and quality. CONCLUSION:The flexible application of current technique and improvement of information system is an important approach to achieve work efficiency and quality as well as the management targets of drug storehouse.

OBJECTIVE:To consummate the flow sheet in drug storehouse management so as to improve the management efficiency.METHODS:5S management,visible management and demand-oriented management stated in lean management were applied in drug storehouse management.RESULTS:Due to the application of the methods in lean management,the storage capability of hospital drug storehouse was increased,medicine circulation was accelerated,and the work efficiency was enhanced.CONCLUSIONS:The application of lean management theory is conducive to the upgrading of scientific management as well as the enhancing of both efficiency and performance of hospital drug management.
