ABSTRACT
Objective To study the changes of serum NO, TGF-β1, IL-10 and IL-17 Levels and study of the efficacy of Bismuth - containing quadruple and standard triple therapy for patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer. Methods 109 cases of peptic ulcer treated in our hospital were retrospectively selected, and Hp test was positive. According to different dosing regimen, the patients were divided into two groups. There were 54 patients in the control group, using standard triple therapy, and the regimen was lansoprazole, amoxicillin, and metronidazole. 55 patients in the study group were treated with bismuth-based western therapy with bismuth potassium citrate, rabeprazole, amoxicillin, and furazolidone. Two weeks after treatment were regarded as the observation period, and the levels of serum NO, TGF-β1, IL-10 and IL-17 in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. The effective rate of ulcer healing, Hp clearance rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The level of serum NO, TGF-β1, IL-10 and IL-17 was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The effective rates of ulcer healing and Hp clearance in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant differences between the study group and the control group in the incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion Western medicine with bismuth in the treatment of Hp peptic ulcer patients, the serum NO, TGF-β1, IL-10 and IL-17 levels of indicators have significantly improved, and has obvious advantages in clinical treatment, and it is a reasonable dosing regimen of high efficiency and low recurrence.

Objective To investigate the Yangwei granules on Hp positive chronic erosive gastritis and inflammatory factors in the patients with HP negative rate effect. Methods 92 Hp positive patients with chronic erosive gastritis from February 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group, 46 cases respectively. The control group was given Hp eradication standard scheme; the study group to Yangwei granules treatment. The levels of serum IL-2R, IL-6, TNF-α, and Hp were compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, serum IL-2R, IL-6, TNF-α alpha of the study group after treatment is lower. The negative rate of Hp in the control group was 69.57%, and the negative rate of Hp in the study group was 89.13%, (P<0.05). The effective rate of the control group was 73.91%, and the effective rate of the study group was 91.31% (P<0.05). Conclusion Yangwei granule can reduce inflammation in patients with Hp positive chronic erosive gastritis the reaction, improve the clinical efficacy and eradication rate of Hp, high safety.

Objective To investigate the effect of esomeprazole combined with quinolones in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer in patients in serum inflammatory factors.Methods 90 cases of Hp positive gastric ulcer were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group received omeprazole based triple therapy, the experiment group received esomeprazole plus quinolone based triple therapy,two groups were treated for 14 days.Gastric function, inflammatory factors and related indexes were detected by blood and the clinical effect were compared after the treatment .Results Compared with before treatment,scores of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, belching, acid reflux symptom decreased in two groups after treatment, levels of GAS, PG I and PG II decreased,levels of CRP,IL-1,IL-6 decreased,levels of TNF-β1 decreased, and the levels of α-resistin increased (P<0.05).Compared with the control group after the treatment, scores of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, belching, acid reflux symptom in the experiment group were lower, levels of GAS,PG I and PG II were lower,levels of CRP,IL-1,IL-6 were lower, levels of TNF-β1 were lower, and levels of α-resistin were higher (P<0.05).The negative rate in the experiment group 91.11%was higher than the control group 71.11%(P<0.05),and the effective rate in the experiment group 91.11%was higher than the control group 73.33%( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with quinolones in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer was effective ,and it reduce inflammation,improve gastric function.
