ABSTRACT

Este trabalho analisa as Residências Multiprofissionais em Saúde, com o objetivo de identificar de que maneira os programas financiados pelo Ministério da Saúde, a partir da Portaria Interministerial 1.077 de 2009, encontram-se distribuídos pelo país. Realizou-se uma pesquisa documental exploratória utilizando editais e portarias publicados pelo Ministério da Saúde, através da Secretaria de Gestão do Trabalho e da Educação em Saúde em conjunto com o Ministério da Educação, através da Secretaria de Educação Superior. A análise foi dividida em três momentos: distribuição dos programas de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde de acordo com as regiões brasileiras, com as áreas de concentração consideradas pelo Ministério da Saúde como prioritárias para o Sistema Único de Saúde e com as instituições proponentes. Ao longo da escrita, os aspectos históricos das Residências Multiprofissionais em Saúde são revisitados desde a década de 70, até sua configuração como parte integrante da Política Nacional de Gestão da Educação na Saúde. São discutidos os elementos que permeiam a implementação das Residências Multiprofissionais em Saúde, como a concepção de atenção integral à saúde, o trabalho em equipe multiprofissional e a formação em serviço, além de questões relativas ao seu financiamento, à sua institucionalização e à sua inserção na Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde. As Residências Multiprofissionais em Saúde são consideradas como potenciais indutoras de transformação dos processos de educação e de trabalho vigentes na saúde, trazendo à discussão a importância de sua legitimação e consolidação como peça fundamental de uma política de formação voltada para o Sistema Único de Saúde. The complex health demands of contemporary society require the construction of a professional profile and a more integrated health workforce. Interprofessional Education (IPE) for patient-centered collaborative practice has been globally recognized as a strategy capable of fostering changes in training and improving health outcomes. Guided by the teaching-service-community integration and training for teamwork, seeking to overcome the trend of isolated and fragmented professional performance, the Multiprofessional Residency in Health (RMS) constitutes a modality of in-service education that favors the development of interprofessionals collaborative skills. This thesis aimed to analyze the educational context of RMS programs from the perspective of EIP and collaborative practices in health. For this, a multi-method, exploratory and descriptive study of multiple cases was carried out between March and November 2020, with 86 actors from three RMS programs in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Data were collected through bibliographic research on the theme of EIP in the RMS; documentary analysis of the political-pedagogical projects (PPP) of the programs; online survey and application of the Jefferson Scale of Attitudes Related to Interprofessional Collaboration (EJARCI) to residents and tutors; and semi-structured online interviews with course coordinators. The analysis and combination of data were guided by the theoretical-methodological framework of the EIP. The publications found in the bibliographic research are mostly experience reports that evaluated the impacts of adopting EIP strategies, studies on the perception of residents about interprofessional performance, and PPP analyses. From the documental analysis, it was verified that the PPP of the three RMS programs are close to the EIP precepts, but they do not present a standardized structure oriented to the development of interprofessional competences. The EJARCI analysis showed a favorable attitude towards the interprofessional collaboration of all actors, with no statistical differences between the studied variables. The survey and interviews indicated that the RMS are configured as powerful educational scenarios for the acquisition of collaborative skills, as they promote communication and knowledge exchange between different professionals from integrative activities and contextual teaching methodologies that aim care integrality. The barriers that limit the success of EIP in the RMS could be mitigated through the qualification of teachers and tutors, reorganization of the workload of residents, deepening the use of interactive methodologies, greater interaction with medical residency, and diversification of scenarios and activities that promote interprofessional integration. ABSTRACT

O relato descreveu o primeiro curso presencial visando capacitar profissionais de saúde pública na realização de vigilância genômica em tempo real, durante períodos pandêmicos. Relato de experiência sobre um curso teórico-prático com foco em pesquisa e vigilância genômica, incluindo tecnologias de sequenciamento móvel, bioinformática, filogenética e modelagem epidemiológica. O evento contou com 162 participantes e foi o primeiro grande treinamento presencial realizado durante a epidemia de covid-19 no Brasil. Não foi detectada infecção pelo SARS-CoV-2 ao final do evento em nenhum participante, sugerindo a segurança e efetividade de todas as medidas de segurança adotadas. Os resultados do evento sugerem que é possível executar capacitação profissional com segurança durante pandemias, desde que seguidos todos os protocolos de segurança.


The objective of this report was to describe the first face-to-face course aimed at training public health professionals in performing real-time genomic surveillance during the pandemic period. Experience report on a theoretical-practical course focusing on genomic research and surveillance, including mobile sequencing technologies, bioinformatics, phylogenetics and epidemiological modeling. There were 162 participants in the event and it was the first major face-to-face training course conducted during the COVID-19 epidemic in Brazil. No cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection was detected among the participants at the end of the event, suggesting the safety and effectiveness of all safety measures adopted. The results of this experience suggest that it is possible to conduct professional training safely during pandemics, as long as all safety protocols are followed.


Este estudio tuvo como objetivo describir el primer curso presencial para capacitar a los profesionales de la salud pública para llevar a cabo la vigilancia genómica en tiempo real durante los períodos de pandemia. Este es un informe de experiencia en un curso teórico-práctico centrado en la investigación y vigilancia genómica, que incluye secuenciación móvil, bioinformática, filogenética y tecnologías de modelado epidemiológico. Este evento contó con la asistencia de 162 participantes y fue la primera gran capacitación presencial realizada durante la epidemia de COVID-19 en Brasil. No se detectó infección por SARS-CoV-2 al final del evento en ningún participante, lo que sugiere la seguridad y efectividad de todas las medidas de seguridad adoptadas. Por lo tanto, los resultados del evento sugieren que es posible realizar entrenamientos profesionales de manera segura durante pandemias, siempre y cuando se sigan todos los protocolos de seguridad.

Introducción. Las tasas de abandono de cursos obstaculizan el logro de metas de capacitación del personal afectando el servicio que brindan a la población. Objetivo. Identificar las principales dificultades y obstáculos que los trabajadores de salud reportan para participar en las actividades académicas de ENSAP, 2018-2020, con fines de mejorar el alcance de su oferta académica. Métodos. Investigación transversal descriptiva de nivel nacional aplicando un cuestionario virtual anónimo tipo Likert de 44 preguntas, validado (α de Cronbach de 0,888). Resultados. Recibimos 3299 respuestas de personal con características generales similares y representativas del público objetivo y beneficiario de ENSAP. Las respuestas fueron de una muestra mayoritariamente femenina, con formación enfermería y/o técnico en enfermería, entre los 30 y 49 años de edad. 41% tuvo un trabajo adicional; dedica a la capacitación un máximo 5 horas/semana después de las 18:00 hs. La carga laboral (82%), carga familiar (51%), mala conexión a red (57%), la falta de reconocimiento o compensación por capacitación de los jefes (49%), olvidar haberse inscrito (47%) y olvidar la contraseña de acceso (41%) fueron los obstáculos más mencionados. Conclusiones. La formación continua a distancia ofrece una oportunidad para llegar al personal de salud nivel nacional. El alto número de inscritos en las actividades de ENSAP refleja una gran demanda e interés por capacitarse a distancia, pero es necesario plantear alternativas frente a los obstáculos que enfrentan para culminar la capacitación sin reforzar las desigualdades existentes.


Introduction. Dropout rates hinder the achievement of staff training goals, affecting the service they provide to the population. Objective. Identify the main difficulties and obstacles to participate in the academic activities of ENSAP, 2018-2020, that health workers report in order to improve the scope of its academic offer. Methods. Descriptive cross-sectional research at the national level applying an anonymous online Likert-type questionnaire with 44 questions, validated (Cronbach's α of 0.888). Results. We received 3299 responses from personnel with similar general characteristics and representative of the target audience and beneficiary of ENSAP. The answers come from a mostly female sample, with nursing and / or nursing technical training, between 30 and 49 years of age. 41% have an additional job; dedicates a maximum of 5 hours / week to training and after 6:00 p.m. Excessive workload (82%), family burden (51%), poor network connection (57%), lack of recognition or compensation for training hours (49%), forgetting registration (47%) and forgetting platform´s password (41%) were the most mentioned obstacles. Conclusions. Continuous training through online modalities offers a great opportunity to reach more people at the national level. The high number of people enrolled in ENSAP activities reflects a great demand and interest in distance training, but it is necessary to propose alternatives to the obstacles they face to complete training without reinforcing existing inequalities.

Desde 1982 hasta 2017, el CIESUNAN Managua ha entregado a la Región Meso Americana um aproximado de 1532 Profesionales Graduados de Posgrado, donde el 64% son mujeres, y el resto varones. 930 son nicaragüenses (60.7%), y el resto son graduados de otros países de la Región Mesoamericana. Estos Graduados han aprobado uno o más de los cinco programas de Maestrías (Administración de la Salud y Epidemiología desde 1982, Salud Pública desde 1990, Economía de la Salud desde 2005 y Salud Ocupacional desde 2010). En el 2015 es abierto el Programa de Doctorado en Ciencias de la Salud. La Gestión Institucional basada en la Extensión Universitaria y la Internacionalización se constituyen en las bases imprescindibles de la Formación de Recursos Humanos en ambientes complejos y a veces hasta conflictivos. Es posible identificar diferentes momentos o kayros en los 35 años del CIES, y deducir las lecciones aprendidas en este proceso, condición necesaria para comprender y emprender los retos del futuro de la Educación de Posgrado en Salud Pública en función del impacto tecnológico y epistemológico que caracteriza a la determinación social de la Salud y la necesaria Intersectorialidad a construir en el marco de la Iniciativa Salud en Todas las Políticas y de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenibles. Se exploran los diferentes períodos (kayros) de desarrollo y las lecciones aprendidas en cada uno de ellos, especialmente en los aspectos relacionados con la internacionalización de estos procesos, las relaciones establecidas con los actores surgidos y los espacios abiertos en estos processos.


From 1982 to 2017, CIESUNAN Managua has delivered to the Mesoamerican Region approximately 1532 Graduate Graduates, where 64% are women. Among those graduates, 930 are Nicaraguans (60.7%), and the rest are graduates coming from other countries of the Mesoamerican Region. These Graduates have approved one or more of the five Master's programs (Health Administration and Epidemiology since 1982, Public Health since 1990, Health Economics since 2005 and Occupational Health since 2010). In 2015 the Doctorate Program in Health Sciences is opened. Institutional Management based on University Extensionand Internationalization constitute the essential bases of Human Resource Training in complex and sometimes even conflicting environments. It is possible to identify different moments or kayros in the 35 years of the CIES, and to deduce the lessons learned in this process, a necessary condition to understand and undertake the future challenges of Postgraduate Education in Public Health according to the technological and epistemological impact that characterizes to the social determination of Health and the necessary intersectorality to be built within the framework of the Health Initiative in All Policies and the Sustainable Development Goals. It explores the different development periods and lessons learned in each one of them, especially in the aspects related to the internationalization of these processes, the established relationships with the actors that have emerged and the open spaces in these processes

Abstract Introduction: Professional training in physiotherapy still focuses primarily on rehabilitation; however, there is a need to ensure that these professionals are also equipped to work in primary care (PC), since it is the gateway to the healthcare system. Objective: Identify practices carried out in PC by undergraduate physiotherapy courses in Santa Catarina state, Brazil, from the perspective of professors. Method: Qualitative study with a multiple-case design. All eight undergraduate physiotherapy courses available in the state were included as cases in this study. Five physiotherapy professors also took part as key informants (KIs) Data were collected by document analysis of course pedagogical projects (CPPs) and a semi-structured interview regarding training practices conducted in primary care (PC) settings. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: Based on content analysis of the interviews, practices carried out in PC by the different courses include territorialization; specific group activities; home health care/home visits; postural education in school settings; interdisciplinary and multiprofessional experiences; interviews; waiting room activities; combined consultations and singular therapeutic projects. Conclusion: practices performed in primary care facilities by undergraduate physiotherapy courses in Santa Catarina state (SC), Brazil, are aimed at meeting primary care needs; however, teaching-service-community integration is essential in order to diversify these PC experiences throughout the training process and expand interdisciplinary and multiprofessional activities.


Resumo Introdução: A formação profissional em Fisioterapia ainda se dá muito centrada em práticas reabilitadoras, contudo, observa-se a necessidade de garantir no processo formativo práticas desenvolvidas na Atenção Básica (AB), visto que esta é a principal porta de entrada para o sistema de saúde. Objetivo: Desvelar as práticas realizadas na AB pelos cursos de graduação em Fisioterapia no estado de SC, segundo o olhar dos docentes. Método: Estudo de abordagem qualitativa, tendo como método o estudo de casos múltiplos. Oito cursos de graduação em Fisioterapia presentes no estado catarinense, constituíram-se nos casos desta pesquisa. Participaram do estudo cinco docentes fisioterapeutas como Informantes-Chave (IC). A coleta de dados se deu por meio de análise documental dos Projetos Pedagógicos dos Cursos (PPCs) e de entrevista semiestruturada quanto as práticas realizadas no contexto da AB. A análise de dados se deu mediante análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: A partir da análise de conteúdo das entrevistas, entre as práticas realizadas na AB pelos cursos, estão a territorialização; ações em grupos específicos; atenção domiciliar/visita domiciliar; educação postural no contexto escolar; vivências interdisciplinares e multiprofissionais; entrevista; ações em sala de espera; consultas compartilhadas e projeto terapêutico singular. Conclusão: As práticas realizadas pelos cursos de graduação em Fisioterapia no estado de SC buscam atender as demandas da atenção básica, no entanto, há que se estabelecer a integração ensino-serviço-comunidade, a fim de potencializar a diversificação dessas vivências na AB ao longo do processo formativo, ainda ampliar as atividades interdisciplinares e multiprofissionais.

Objectives: To clarify the current status of education and training at home-visit nursing service agencies, and to compare them by size.Methods: A convergent mixed method design was employed to analyze national administrative data of home-visit nursing service agencies in Tokyo in 2015. The categories regarding the training institution and its themes were created based on the detailed description of the training. For qualitative analysis, the corresponding analysis was conducted for the size of the agencies, and the utilization rate and scale of training for each theme were analyzed quantitatively. The qualitative and quantitative results were then integrated.Results: A total of 311 agencies were included in the analysis. Eight categories for training institutions, such as "medical institutions", were identified among the medium-sized agencies, with the smaller agencies having higher utilization rates. Among the 38 categories for training themes, "psychiatric nursing" and "child health nursing" were found among medium-sized or larger agencies. Moreover, larger agencies had higher utilization rates of training for these themes.Conclusions: We identified the training institutions and the themes of the home-visit nursing service agencies in Tokyo. Home-visit nursing service agencies used many training institutions, regardless of size, whereas the themes were related to agency size.

Objective To develop an intelligent scheduling system for surgery by setting up constraints in an intelligent working environment to achieve automatic scheduling of surgery and personnel,and to precisely match the sub-professional nurses for surgeries.Methods Scheduling constraints were set up,and finally efficient scheduling was developed.Results During the process of clinical application,the rates of error and omission for surgical schedule fell to 4.78%,the rate of surgery re-adjustment fell to 17.74%,the number of average daily operation increased,the matching degree of sub-professional surgery nurse post reached 94.71%.Conclusion The intelligent surgical scheduling system can improve the scheduling efficiency and quality,improve the utilization of the operation rooms,and improve the collaboration quality and efficiency of the sub-professional nurses.

ABSTRACT Objective: To verify the opinion of Nursing Technical Training students on the stages of construction of the End-of-Course Paper. Method: A cross-sectional study with a qualitative and quantitative approach. A total of 94 students participated from a Nursing Technical course of an institution in the State of São Paulo. A questionnaire was used with assertions, followed by a "Likert Scale" and open field for additional comments. Results: The students gave a positive evaluation of the stages involved in completing the paper, but negative responses regarding the time available and obligatory nature (38%). Nevertheless, they understood the essence of the task, in order to foster personal and professional growth; with perspectives to advance in other modalities of the course. Conclusion: It is important that course administrators and professors are prepared to support their students, aiming at an effective transformation for the way of thinking and practice in health care.


RESUMEN Objetivo: Verificar la opinión de los estudiantes de la Enseñanza Técnica de Enfermería sobre las etapas de construcción del trabajo de conclusión de curso. Método: Estudio transversal, con abordaje cualitativa y cuantitativa. Participaron 94 estudiantes del curso Técnico de Enfermería de una institución del Estado de São Paulo. Fue utilizado un cuestionario con asertivas, seguidas por una "Escala Likert" y campo abierto para comentarios adicionales. Resultados: Los estudiantes evaluaron positivamente la realización de las etapas de trabajo de conclusión de curso, excepto el tiempo disponible y su obligatoriedad. Ellos asimilaron la esencia de la construcción de ese trabajo, en el sentido de propiciar crecimiento personal y profesional, con perspectivas para avanzar en otras modalidades de curso, aunque 38% no concuerde con la obligatoriedad de esa construcción. Conclusión: Es importante que gestores y docentes estén preparados para apoyar a los estudiantes, visando la efectiva transformación en la manera de pensar y reaccionar en salud.

The study of public health systems is an important, but very difficult task. The concept and functions of public health systems are influenced by the views, interests, and influence of the various stakeholders belonging to public health systems and broader social, economic, political, and environmental sectors. To define public health system with conceptual clarification, we must take into account the dynamic and complex aspect of the public health system. This paper reviews health systems and public health systems literature to suggest the concept, goals, and functions of public health systems. In addition, this paper recognizes some challenges, such as leadership and management, resource development, economic support, and service delivery to strengthen public health systems for improving health and well-being of population.

ABSTRACT

This study investigated the educational dimension of matrix support practices for mental health within primary care. Using an interpretative-explanatory qualitative approach, professionals involved in matrix support for mental health in a municipality in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, were interviewed. The data were compared with matrix support frameworks with two pedagogical trends: directive and constructivist. The analysis on this content was incorporated with the interviews and two themes could be identified: “matrix supporter’s profile”, and “challenges for construction of matrix supporter’s practice.” The subjects’ perceptions regarding supporters’ competence profiles were coherent with matrix support assumptions, whereas their educational practices related mainly to the directive trend. The challenge of implementing constructivist practice was only partially recognized, since this requires a critical and transformative stance regarding the hegemonic educational practices within healthcare.


Trata-se de investigação sobre a dimensão educacional das práticas de apoio matricial (AM) em saúde mental na atenção básica. A partir de uma abordagem qualitativa, do tipo interpretativo-explicativo, foram entrevistados profissionais envolvidos com AM em saúde mental de um município do interior de São Paulo, Brasil. Esses dados foram confrontados com os referenciais de AM em duas tendências pedagógicas: diretiva e construtivista. A análise deste conteúdo foi incorporada às entrevistas e permitiu a identificação de duas temáticas: “perfil do apoiador matricial”; e “desafios para a construção da prática do apoiador matricial”. A percepção sobre o perfil de competência do apoiador mostrou-se coerente com os pressupostos do AM, ao passo que suas práticas educacionais apresentaram-se predominantemente vinculadas à tendência diretiva. O desafio para uma prática construtivista foi parcialmente constatado, uma vez que requer uma posição crítica e transformadora frente às práticas educacionais hegemônicas presentes na saúde.


Se trata de una investigación sobre la dimensión educativa de las prácticas de apoyo matricial (AM) en salud mental en la atención básica. A partir de un abordaje cualitativo, se entrevistaron profesionales envueltos en AM en salud mental de un municipio del interior de São Paulo, Brasil. Esos datos se confrontaron con los datos referenciales de AM en dos tendencias pedagógicas: directiva y constructivista. El análisis de este contenido se incorporó a las entrevistas y permitió la identificación de dos temáticas: “perfil del apoyador matricial” y “desafíos para la construcción de la práctica del apoyador matricial”. La percepción sobre el perfil de competencia del apoyador se mostró coherente con las presuposiciones del AM, sus prácticas educativas se presentaron predominantemente vinculadas a la tendencia directiva. El desafío para una práctica constructivista se constató parcialmente, puesto que requiere una posición crítica y transformadora ante las prácticas educativas hegemónicas presentes en la salud.

ABSTRACT

Objetivos Caracterizar las particularidades en la formación, ejercicio y desempeño del talento humano que labora en salud ambiental en Colombia. Método Revisión documental y de bases de datos, encuestas y entrevistas semiestructuradas. Resultados Aproximadamente el 70 % de los profesionales que laboran en el área de salud ambiental han sido formados en administración en salud, ingeniería de alimentos, ingeniería ambiental, ingeniería sanitaria, medicina veterinaria y química farmacéutica. El 63 % de los tecnólogos pertenecen a tecnología en saneamiento ambiental. Solo un 20 % de las instituciones educativas encuestadas aplica el enfoque por competencias para la formación de sus estudiantes y la identificación de características ocupacionales en el mercado laboral sólo se utiliza en el nivel de pregrado como un criterio de análisis y diseño académico. El 20% de las instituciones educativas identifica tendencias educativas nacionales y/o internacionales en salud ambiental como insumo de sus programas. En el ejercicio prospectivo se identificaron los siguientes temas para fortalecer: identificación, medición y control de factores de riesgo, formas de trabajo interdisciplinario entre las ciencias naturales, sociales y de salud, medidas preventivas y de protección ambiental y concepto de ambiente (natural, social y cultural). Conclusión El talento humano que actualmente labora en salud ambiental en el país está concentrado en actividades de atención primaria (inspección, vigilancia y control) y existe una gran dispersión en los procesos misionales y en las competencias tanto en los profesionales como en los tecnólogos. Se aprecia desarticulación entre el sector ambiental y el sector educativo.(AU)


Objectives To characterize the peculiarities in the training, exercise, and performance of human talent working in environmental health in Colombia. Method Documentary and database reviews. Surveys and semi-structured interviews. Results Approximately 70 % of professionals in the area of environmental health work in health management, food engineering, environmental engineering, sanitary engineering, veterinary medicine, and pharmaceutical chemistry. 63 % of technologists belong to the field of sanitation technology. Only 20 % of surveyed educational institutions apply the competence approach to training to their students and the identification of occupational characteristics in the labor market is only used at the undergraduate level as a criterion of academic analysis and design. Only 20 % of educational institutions identify educational trends in Colombian and or international environmental health as a contribution to their programs. In prospective practices, the following topics to be strengthened were identified: risk factor identfication, measurement, and control; design and implementation of mechanisms for controlling environmental risks; forms of interdisciplinary work between the natural, social and health sciences; preventative and environmental protection measures and the concept of environment (natural, social, and cultural). Conclusion The human talent currently working in environmental health in the country is concentrated in primary care activities (inspection, monitoring and control) and a large spread exists in mission processes and competences, both professionally and technologically. A lack of coordination between the environmental sector and the education sector can be observed. A great diversity exists among the profiles offered by the different educational programs related to environmental health.(AU)

ABSTRACT

Este estudo objetivou analisar uma experiência de formação do educador físico como profissional de saúde mental, inserido em uma equipe interdisciplinar. A investigação ocorreu no segundo semestre de 2009, em um Núcleo de Apoio Psicossocial, em Santos, estado de São Paulo, Brasil. Foram utilizados, como materiais de análise, os projetos e relatórios produzidos pelos alunos. Os trechos mais significativos destes foram destacados, agrupados segundo tema-chave, e discutidos. Tratou-se de uma coleta de dados qualitativa, que gerou um ensaio reflexivo sobre o tema. Foram identificados três temas-chave: tendência ao sedentarismo entre os usuários; possibilidades de atuação para o educador físico, e aprendizado mútuo e significativo. O educador físico apareceu como um interlocutor no diálogo terapêutico, alguém que veio conversar sobre o corpo ou com o corpo do ser humano acometido pelo sofrimento psíquico. Nossos resultados corroboram a importância deste profissional nesse contexto e descortinam novos horizontes para tal intervenção.


This study aimed to analyze an experience in developing physical educators as mental health practitioners, within an interdisciplinary team. The investigation took place in the second semester of 2009, in a psychosocial support center in Santos, state of São Paulo, Brazil. The projects and reports produced by the students were used as investigation materials. Their most significant excerpts were extracted, grouped according to their key messages, and discussed. This was qualitative data gathering that generated a reflective essay. Three key themes were identified: a tendency towards a sedentary lifestyle among the users; possibilities of actions for physical educators; and mutual significant learning. Physical educators appeared as interlocutors in the therapeutic dialogue: people who came to talk about the body or to the body of the human being affected by mental distress. Our results corroborate the importance of these professionals in this context and unveil new horizons for this intervention.


Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar una experiencia de formación del educador físico como profesional de salud mental, en un equipo interdisciplinario. La investigación se produjo en 2009, en un Centro de Apoyo Psico-social en Santos, Estado de São Paulo, Brasil. Se utilizaron como materiales de análisis proyectos e informes elaborados por los estudiantes. Los pasajes más significativos fueron agrupados por temas clave, y se discutidos. Se trataba de una recopilación de datos cualitativos, con un ensayo reflexivo sobre el tema. Se identificaron tres temas principales: tendencia a la inactividad entre los usuarios, posibilidades de acción para el educador físico y el aprendizaje mutuo y significativo. El educador físico apareció como un interlocutor en el diálogo terapéutico, alguien que vino a hablar sobre el cuerpo o con el cuerpo de los seres humanos afectados por sufrimientos psíquicos. Nuestros resultados corroboran la importancia de este profesional en tal contexto y descubren nuevos horizontes para la intervención.

ABSTRACT

"Boa noite, bom dia HUAP!" é um Projeto de Extensão da Universidade Federal Fluminense, cuja proposta é: contribuir para a humanização da formação na área de saúde, facilitando a integração de estudantes de diferentes cursos, a aquisição de competências comunicacionais, capacidade para cuidar e melhor lidar com a afetividade; contribuir para a recuperação e melhor qualidade do período de hospitalização de clientes do Hospital Universitário Antônio Pedro. São realizadas três intervenções por semana nas enfermarias, ocasiões em que os participantes são estimulados a interagir com a clientela por meio do diálogo e de atividades lúdicas criativas. Este trabalho avalia a contribuição do projeto na formação dos estudantes mediante os significados atribuídos pelos mesmos a essa experiência. Os relatos mostram que, apesar das dificuldades iniciais para lidar com sentimentos e emoções, as atividades têm proporcionado aos estudantes experiências consideradas gratificantes e importantes para sua formação.


"Good evening, Good morning HUAP!" is an extension project at Universidade Federal Fluminense in which the aim is to contribute towards humanizing training within healthcare through facilitating integration between students on different courses, acquisition of communication skills and capacity to care for and cope better with feelings and emotions. This will contribute towards recovery and better quality of hospital stay among patients at the Antônio Pedro University Hospital. Three interventions are made in the wards every week and, on these occasions, the participants are encouraged to interact with the clientele through dialogue and creative play activities. This study evaluated the contribution of the project towards the students' training, by analyzing the meanings that they ascribe to this experience. The reports showed that, despite the initial difficulties in dealing with feelings and emotions, the activities provided the students with experiences that they considered to be rewarding and important for their training.


"Buenas noches, Buenos días HUAP!" es un Proyecto de Extensión de la Universidad Federal Fluminense en el estado de Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, cuya propuesta es: contribuir para la humanización de la formación en el área de la salud, facilitando la integración de estudiantes de diferentes cursos, la adquisición de competencias de comunicación, capacidad para cuidar y tratar mejor con la afectividad; contribuir para la recuperación y mejor calidad del periodo de hospitalización de clientes del Hospital Universitario Antonio Pedro. Se realizan tres intervenciones por semana en las enfermarías, ocasiones en que se estimula a los pacientes a interaccionar con la clientela por medio del diálogo y de actividades lúdicas creativas. Este trabajo evalúa la contribución del proyecto en la formación de los estudiantes mediante los significados que ellos atribuyen a esta experiencia. Los relatos muestran que, a pesar de las dificultades iniciales en tratar con sentimientos y emociones, las actividades han proporcionado a los estudiantes experiencias consideradas gratificantes e importantes para su formación.
