Publicações de enfermagem após implantação da Política Nacional de Humanização do SUS: estudo bibliográfico / Nursing publications after implantation of the National Humanization Policy of SUS: bibliographic study

Introdução: A humanização está presente no cotidiano dos profissionais de enfermagem e é um tema recorrente em pesquisas das ciências sociais e da área de saúde, que já realizaram estudos históricos, conceituais e relacionais sobre a temática. Observa-se nesses estudos que o conceito humanização, assim como suas práticas, são de alta complexidade e requerem uma aproximação para qualquer apontamento que precise ser feito sobre a temática. Hoje em dia o grande desafio é viver a complexidade do conceito com a proposta da Política Nacional de Humanização da Atenção e Gestão do Sistema Único de Saúde (PNHAG/SUS). Objetivo: Analisar as publicações de enfermagem com a temática humanização, após a implantação da PNHAG/SUS que se deu no ano de 2009. Metodologia: Um trabalho descritivo-exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa, por meio de uma Pesquisa bibliográfica, segundo as estratégias e procedimentos sugeridos por Antonio Carlos Gil (2010): Leitura exploratória; Leitura seletiva; Leitura analítica; Leitura interpretativa. Aplicados os procedimentos metodológicos, forma selecionados 131 textos que seguiram para a sintetização, categorização e criação dos temas para discussão. Resultados: As características bibliográficas apontaram elementos relevantes para entendimento do caminho que as publicações percorreram para organizar, pensar e discutir a temática e produzirem conteúdos de humanização, com a revelação de três temas que colocaram o trabalho e o trabalhador de enfermagem no centro das ideias de humanização: Cuidado humanizado; Gestão do processo de trabalho; Condições de trabalho e a promoção da saúde do trabalhador. Considerações finais: Nas publicações de enfermagem, que produziram a temática humanização após a implantação da PNHAG/SUS (2009), não se encontram produções de cunho filosóficos, epistemológicos e ou metafísicos sobre o conceito humanização. Suas produções estão focadas no compromisso ético político de estudar as condições de trabalho e do trabalhador da saúde e formas de reivindicação de caminhos, ações, de humanizar tais condições e realidades para a efetiva validade da proposta da PNHAG/SUS (2009)

Introduction: Humanization is present in the daily life of nursing professionals and it is a recurring theme in social science and health research, which has already carried out historical, conceptual and relational studies on the subject. It is observed in these studies that the concept of humanization, as well as its practices, are highly complex and require an approximation for any notes that need to be made on the subject. Nowadays, the great challenge is to live the complexity of the concept with the proposal of the National Humanization Policy. Objective: To analyze the nursing publications within the humanization theme, after the implementation of the National Humanization Policy. Methods: Bibliographical research, according to the strategies of Antonio Gil (2010): Exploratory reading; Selective reading; Analytical reading; Interpretive reading. After that, the synthesis, categorization and creation of the topics for discussion. Results: The bibliographic characteristics pointed out relevant elements to understand the path that publications have taken to organize, think and discuss the theme and produce contents of humanization, with the revelation of three themes that placed work and the nursing worker at the center of ideas of Humanization. Final considerations: There are no philosophical, epistemological, or metaphysical productions about the humanization concept in the nursing publications that produced the humanization theme after the PNHAG / SUS implantation. Its productions are focused on the political and ethical commitment to study the conditions of work and the health worker and ways of claiming ways, actions, to humanize such conditions and realities for the effective validity of the SUS proposal and the National Humanization Policy

Clinical control study in methods of pre-labor pubic preparation / 中国实用护理杂志

Objective To determine whether it is necessary to execute pre-labor pubic shaving.Methods Women(336 cases)who received pubic shaving through vaginal delivery from 2003 to 2006 were set as the control group.Women(103 cases)who were waiting for delivery currently in our hospital were set as the test group.The test group only received perineal cleaning without pubic shaving.If episiotomy was needed during the operation,the perineal hair Was cut by scissors.The perineum infectious rate and postpartal infection Was compared in the two groups.We interviewed the patients attitude for pubic shaving and counted the numing time used for pubic shaving.Results The perineal infection in the test group was 5.8%,which was no statistically different from that of the control group(2.4%),U=0.33,P＞0.05.Totally 95% women in the test group support this method demonstrated humanization.In the telephone folow-up visit for patients in the control group they comphined itch and discomfort during the regeneration of pubes.The average numing time for pubic shaving Was(4.6±0.6)minutes.Conclusions No pubic shaving for pre-labor skin preparation was feasible.If operation was disturbed by pubes we could use scissors to cut it short.This method could reduce the skin infection and propagation of blood-derived infectious disease.It increased the comfort of parturient,saved time and proved to be a nursing method of humanization.
