ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of dynamic digital radiography of hysterotubography combined with hydrotubation in utero-tubal factors in infertility. Methods Totally 480 female patients with infertil-ity caused by utero-tubal factors from June 2015 to March 2017 were divided into group A and group B randomly. After the two groups were all examined by dynamic digital radiography of hysterotubography ,group A received man-ual push and group B hydrotubation. Results and safety of radiography of two groups were analyzed. Results Im-age definition of group B was higher than that of group A. Number of dots and adverse reaction were less in group B than those in group A(P<0.05),but procedural time was longer than that of group A(P<0.05). The difference in the diagnostic rates of the disease of two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Dynamic digital radiography of hysterotubography combined with hydrotubation has good diagnostic value in infertility caused by utero-tubal factors and less adverse reactions

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the clinical effect of Hin ceruminous injection after uterine lapa-roscopy combined operation in treatment of salpinx obstructive infertility ,which was done under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound . [ Methods] A series of 160 salpinx obstructive infertility patients were in-cluded and randomly divided into the treatment group ( n=80 , treated with Hin ceruminous injection under the guidance of Color ultrasound 3-7 days after the first Menstrual cycle following hysteroscopy operation ) and the control group ( n=80 , treated by expectant method ) .The pregnancies were compared in the two groups 1 year after operation .The unpregnant patients were given Ioversol check 3 to 7 days after menstrua-tion clean to compare patency conditions of Fallopian tube between the two groups . [ Results] One year after operation the normal intrauterine pregnancy rate was 68.75%,which was higher than 51.25% in the control group .The difference was significant between the two groups (χ2 =5 .104 , P =0 .024 ) .Ectopic pregnancy rates were compared between the two groups and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The patency rate of bilateral fallopian tubes in unpregnant patients of the observation group was 40 .9%, which was remarkably higher than 14.2%in the control group (P<0.05).And the incidence of impotency was 9.1%,which was markedly lower than 42.8%in the control group(P<0.01).And comparison of the total patency rates showed that the difference between the two groups was not significant ( P>0 .05 ) . [ Conclusion] Hin ceruminous injection after Hysteroscopy operation in treatment of salpinx obstructive infertility is effective and safe .

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the value of tubal catheterization and hydrotubation using hysteroscopy in the assessment of tubal patency after laparoscopic operations for ectopic pregnancy. Methods Hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and hydrotubation was carried out for evaluating tubal patency in 56 cases of ectopic pregnancy at 2~24 months after laparoscopic salpingectomy or salpingotomy. Results Of 15 cases of salpingectomy, unilateral complete tubal unobstructedness was achieved in 9 cases(60.0%).Of 41 cases of linear salpingotomy, bilateral tubal unobstructedness was found in 18 cases(43.9%) and unilateral in 18 cases(43.9%).A follow-up observation for 4~25 months(mean,10.8 months) in 37 women with childbearing demand showed normal intrauterine pregnancy in 20 cases(54.0%),intrauterine pregnancy after in vitro fertilization(IVF) in 3 cases, and recurrent ectopic pregnancy in 1 case(2.3%).Conclusions Hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and hydrotubation is a direct and accurate procedure for evaluating tubal patency after laparoscopic operations for ectopic pregnancy. It may be taken as a guide in evaluating the possibility of normal intrauterine pregnancy.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of adding chitosan in the hydrotubation on increasing conception rates.METHODS:184tubal infertility cases were divided into2groups at random,the95cases in the treatment group were injected with0.3%chitosan solution10ml after the routine hydrotubation;89cases in the control group were only given the conven-tional hydrotubation.RESULTS:The conception rates for the treatment group and the control group were40.7%and24.4%respectively within6months after hydrotubation(P
