ABSTRACT
A green, rapid and efficient method was developed for the extraction of 4 kinds of hosenkosides from the seeds of Impatiens balsamina L. The hosenkosides were extracted by ionic liquid, and then enriched by solid phase extraction. The effects of the kinds and volume of ionic liquid, pH value, ultrasonic time, solid phase extractant and eluent on the extraction fields were investigated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the recoveries of 4 kinds of hosenkosides were between 92. 1% and 108. 2% , the correlation coefficients were 0. 9945-0. 9975, and the detection limits were 1. 8-4. 5 μg / mL. The RSD values were all less than 3. 9% . The experimental results showed that this method was fast, efficient, environmental protection. This study provided a reference for the extraction and enrichment of trace components in Chinese medicinal herbs.
ABSTRACT
A new triterpene ester,α-amyrin caffeate(1),was isolated from the seeds of Impatiens balsamina L.
ABSTRACT
Objective To study if Bacillus subtilis can affect the rapid clonal propagation of Impatiens balsamina. Methods To treat I.balsamina by B.subtilis,at different concentration of 0.5?104,5?105,5?106,5?107,and 5?108 cfu/mL,then it was cultured on MS + 0.5 mg/L NAA + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA with leaves and stems as explants. Results The rate of callus induction was the highest by 5?105 cfu/mL,they were 95.3% (leaf as explant) and 13.3% (stem as explant),and analysis (t test) was remarkable.Meanwhile, young plant grew faster and better by 5?105 cfu/mL than other treatments, and could be transplanted to garden soil after 50 d.Conclusion B.subtilis is favorable for the rapid clonal propagation of I.balsamina.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the flowers of Impatiens balsamina L.. Methods: The compounds were isolated by chromatography and solvant extration and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis. Results: Four compounds were isolated and identified as stigmasterol(1), kaempferol(2), Kaempferol 3 glucoside(3) and Kaempferol 3 glucosyl rhamnoside(4). Conclusions: All the compounds were isolated from the flowers which were cultured for the first time in China.
