ABSTRACT

It is a new attempt to interpret the essence of doctor-patient relationship and reveal the mechanism of doctor-patient conflict by using game theory. According to James Cass’s philosophy theory of finite and infinite games, this paper applies the four elements of finite and infinite games: "goal-actor-rule-boundary". Combined with the four elements of game theory, the doctor-patient relationship was systematically interpreted, and the evolution model of finite games and infinite games was constructed. This paper held that the essence of doctor-patient relationship is an infinite game in theory, the nature of doctor-patient relationship is a finite game in reality, and doctor-patient conflict is the result of the evolution of the finite game of doctor-patient relationship. Based on the finite game evolution model, this paper analyzed the causes of doctor-patient conflict in the specific narrative of doctor-patient conflict, and pointed out that the doctor-patient relationship can only be resolved by changing their "game view", so as to achieve the transcendence of the doctor-patient relationship from finite game to infinite game.

O presente artigo resulta de uma investigação sobre a hermenêutica de Schleiermacher, visando a relacioná-la com recentes debates sobre a racionalidade hermenêutica, com destaque ao caráter indicativo-formal dos conceitos filosóficos. Sem entrar numa discussão direta sobre "índices" ou "indicativos formais", constantes da obra de Heidegger, serão apenas discutidos conceitos e expressões do autor, de modo que se evidencie sua relação com o tema.


This article results from an investigation into the hermeneutics of Schleiermacher, in order to relate it to recent debates about the rationality hermeneutics, especially the character of formal indication of philosophical concepts. Without entering into a direct discussion about "rates" or "formal indications", contained in Heidegger’s work, will only be discussed concepts and expressions of the author, in order to demonstrate its relationship to the subject.

ABSTRACT

El propósito del escrito consiste en explorar la metáfora levinasiana del no-lugar, precisar sus sentidos y evaluar críticamente su pertinencia en el ámbito de las reflexiones contemporáneas. Para ello, contextualizaremos la propuesta levinasiana en torno al no-lugar, especialmente bajo los conceptos de sensibilidad, proximidad e infinito; reconstruiremos algunas de las críticas de Levinas a lo que denominamos: "filosofías del regreso a casa"; y, finalmente, sugeriremos algunos aspectos en los cuales las tesis del filósofo judío podrían hacerse pertinentes. Este último propósito lo acompañaremos con una investigación social adelantada al respecto.


The purpose of this writing is to explore the Levinasian no-place metaphor, in order to clarify its meanings as well as to critically evaluate its pertinence under the light of contemporary reflections. In order to do this, we will contextualize the Levinasian proposal around the no-place, especially under the concepts of sensitivity, proximity, and infinite; we will reconstruct some Levinas's critiques which we will call "philosophies of the coming back home", and finally we will suggest some aspects in which the Jew philosopher theses might be pertinent. This last purpose will be accompanied by a social research carried out about this issue.

ABSTRACT

Prolonged imbalance between input and output of any element in a living organism is incompatible with life. The duration of imbalance varies, but eventually balance is achieved. This rule applies to any quantifiable element in a compartment of finite capacity. Transient discrepancies occur regularly, but given sufficient time, balance is always achieved, because permanent imbalance is impossible, and the mechanism for eventual restoration of balance is foolproof. The kidney is a central player for balance restoration of fluid and electrolytes, but the smartness of the kidney is not the reason for perfect balance. The kidney merely accelerates the process. The most crucial element of the control system is that discrepancy between intake and output inevitably leads to a change in total content of the element in the system, and uncorrected balance has a cumulative effect on the overall content of the element. In a living organism, the speed of restoration of balance depends on the permissible duration of imbalance without death or severe disability. The three main factors that influence the speed of balance restoration are: magnitude of flux, basal store, and capacity for additional storage. For most electrolytes, total capacity is such that a substantial discrepancy is not possible for more than a week or two. Most control mechanisms correct abnormality partially. The infinite gain control mechanism is unique in that abnormality is completely corrected upon completion of compensation.

ABSTRACT

In this paper we study a class of symmetric polynomial differential systems in R³, which has a set of parallel invariant straight lines, forming degenerate heteroclinic cycles, which have their two singular endpoints at infinity. The global study near infinity is performed using the Poincaré compactification. We prove that for all n Î N there is epsilonn > 0 such that for 0 < epsilon < epsilonn the system has at least n large amplitude periodic orbits bifurcating from the heteroclinic loop formed by the two invariant straight lines closest to the x-axis, one contained in the half-space y > 0 and the other in y < 0.


Neste trabalho estudamos uma classe de campos vetoriais polinomiais com simetria, definidos no R³ e dependendo de um parâmetro real épsilon, que possui um conjunto de retas invariantes paralelas que tendem para dois pontos singulares no infinito, formando ciclos heteroclínicos degenerados. A análise global na vizinhança dos pontos no infinito é desenvolvida utilizando-se a compactificação de Poincaré. Provamos que para todo n Î N existe épsilonn > 0 tal que, para todo 0 < épsilon < épsilonn, o sistema considerado possui pelo menos n órbitas periódicas de grande amplitude, que bifurcam do ciclo heteroclínico formado pelas duas retas invariantes mais próximas do eixo-x, uma contida no semi-espaço y > 0 e a outra contida no semi-espaço y < 0.

ABSTRACT

砄bjective: To establish two dimensional infinite model for endodontic endosseous implants in order to set up infinite element method and study the stress distribution of the apical foramen area of endodontic endosseous implant. Methods: Based on the analysis of two dimensional endodontic endosseous implants model with finite element method, left and right areas beside the apical foramen were selected as infinite domains including implant dentin and ligament sections. D N interactive method was used to connect the finite and infinite domains. Results: After ten times interaction between finite and infinite domains with D N interactive method, the outcome approached to a stable numerical value close to the displacement of both domains. Conclusion: The infinite model of two dimensional endodontic endosseous implants established by D N interactive method is efficient and accurate.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To study the precise stress distribution in the apical foramen area of endodontic endosseous implant. Methods:After analysis of the two-dimensional endodontic endosseous implants model with finite element method, left and right areas beside the apical foramen were selected as infinite domains for calculation. Results:Under 45? axial right oblique loading, the stress concentration occurred in both infinite domains of the apical foramen. The tension stress concentrated in the infinite domain near the load side,but the other side was compress concentrated. Two stress concentration points were just at the central points, which were intersections between implant and dentin. In the implant and dentin section, the stress reduced in all directions from two stress concentration points, but in the ligament section, the result was contrary. Conclusion:It is helpful to keep the root stable when the fulcrum of the root changed to lower part after restoration. In the implant area,the diameter of implant at the apical foramen of root shouldn't be reduced for the protection of root in clinical work;It is very important to preserve the tissue of periodental ligament for endodontic endosseous implants.
