ABSTRACT

Objective: To explore the quality control scheme of medical injection pump so as to ensure the usage safety of injection pump in clinical practice and guarantee the accuracy of liquid, and to enhance the medical quality. Method: The quality of micro injection pump should be evaluated through five aspects included of appearance, alarm function, recognition on specifications, mechanical precision and accuracy of flow. And the routine injection interface of injection pump was tested, and two methods that included antitheses and weight method were adopted. Result:After strictly tested a series technique parameters included of the injection speed of pump, mechanical precision and accuracy of flow, all of the measured data were putted into formula to judge whether the pump could meet the criteria. Therefore, the method guaranteed the precision of micro injection pump could meet the national criteria. Conclusion:Hospital should establish archive management and quality control standard for medical injection pump, and routinely carry out calibration and measurement, and keep the normal use of equipment and keep technique indicators of various aspects can achieve requirement, so as to ensure liquid could be accurately infused, and could achieve clinical requirement, and guarantee therapeutic effect.

ABSTRACT

Medical injection pump is a commonly used clinical equipment with high risk. Accurate detection of flow is an important aspect to ensure its reliable operation. In this paper, we carefully studied and analyzed the flow detection methods of three standards being used in medical injection pump detection in our country. The three standards were compared from the aspects of standard device, flow test point selection, length of test time and accuracy judgment. The advantages and disadvantages of these standards were analyzed and suggestions for improvement were put forward.

ABSTRACT

Objective To execute experimental study injection rate and volumetric error and to explore their correlations with sizes of injectors and extension tube,so as to lay a foundation for the quality control of the injection pump.Methods Simulation experiment was carried out with involving in 10,20 and 50 ml of injectors and 80 and 120 cm extension tubes,and 6 kinds of connection systems were formed with auxiliary appliances.The injection rate and flow reading of the flow meter were obtained and then compared with the set values,and the correlations were proved between sizes of auxiliary appliances and the precision of injection dose and rate.Results In case other conditions kept the same,the injector with larger capacity behaved better in controlling injection rate and dose,and the shorter extension tube gained advantages over the longer one in regulating the precision for injection and injection dose.Conclusion The experiment contributes to the selection of auxiliary appliances and the enhancement of quality control,and the further research provides references for process design and materials selection of the injector.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To discuss the quality control method of injection pump and analyze the factors that affect the quality control of injection pump.Methods: Flow error and blocking alarm error were tested by the INFUTEST 2000E dual-channel infusion pump analyzer according to the national calibration specifications.Results: The syringe specifications, injection speed and injection solvent could influence the test for accuracy of injection pump. The lower injection speed set, the bigger flow test error was, while the smaller the blocking alarm test error was. On the other hand, the higher the injection speed set, the smaller the flow test error was and the bigger the blocking alarm test error was. Besides, the higher qualified rate of flow test was, the lower the qualified rate of blocking alarm test was.Conclusion: The quality control of injection pump should abide by the principle of controllable risk, and should not pursuit too much accuracy.

ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: This paper aimed to evaluate the performance of a Diesel cycle engine, changing the configurations for the air and fuel supply system. Variables analyzed were torque, power, specific fuel consumption and thermal efficiency in four different engine configurations (aspirated, aspirated + service, turbocharged + service and turbocharged). For that, there were dynamometer experiments by power take-off of an agricultural tractor. The experimental outline used was entirely randomized, in a bifatorial design with three repetitions. Results indicated that the engine supercharge, compared to its original configuration, provided a significant increase of torque and power. Only the addition of turbo does not caused a significant effect in the engine performance. Application of turbocharger provides an improvement in the burning of the air/fuel mixture, which favors the increase of engine power and; consequently, reduced the specific fuel consumption.


RESUMO: Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar o desempenho de um motor ciclo Diesel, alterando a configuração do sistema de alimentação de ar e de combustível. As variáveis analisadas foram torque, potência, consumo específico de combustível e eficiência térmica em quatro diferentes configurações do motor (aspirado, aspirado + serviço, turboalimentado + serviço e turboalimentado). Para isso, foram realizados experimentos dinamométricos por meio da tomada de potência de um trator agrícola. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi inteiramente casualizado, em desenho bifatorial com três repetições. Os resultados indicam que, a sobrealimentação do motor, em relação à configuração original, proporciona aumento significativo do torque e potência. Somente a adição de turbo não causa efeito significativo no desempenho do motor. A aplicação do turbocompressor proporciona melhoria na queima da mistura ar/combustível, o que favorece o aumento da potência do motor e, consequentemente, reduz o consumo específico de combustível.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study the trace injection pump in the application of the common problems and treatment measures.Methods: 246 cases of general surgery patients were used trace injection pump problems for retrospective analysis, in order to propose the improvements about engineering and management.Results: The incidence rate of non-standard operation procedures or the incidents are 6.1%, injection pump failure and infusion speed is 2.03%, mismatched injection pump attachments is 1.22% and phlebophlogosis is 0.41%. The non-standard operation procedures and imperfect trace injection pump management are the major problems. Therefore, some solutions are proposed, which includes strengthening technical training for medical staff, standard operation procedures, regular quality monitoring and healthy education to the patients.Conclusion: The operation procedures of trace injection pump should be standard and programmatic. It is of great significance to clinical application of the trace injection pump and to work properly by strengthening operation personnel quality, dealing with problems timely and correctly.

ABSTRACT

Objective:is toTo detect a new type of micro-injection pump, its flow rate of quality control testing and syringe pump through the comparative analysis, and study its accuracy and stability. Methods:A certain brand of injection flow rate accuracy and stability of drug pumps and syringe pumps were detected by the use of professional Fluke infusion device analyzer and a dedicated infusion line. Results:Compared the injection pump with syringe pump flow rate of errors, a flow rate was 1 ml/h, t. The errordeviation range of micro-injection pump flow rate is larger than the syringe pump, and a flow rate was 25 ml/h and 50 ml/h, both the same, . Wwith drug detection time went on, a flow rate of injection pump has tended to stabilize. After the flow rate is stable, the longer the detection time is, the overall error is smaller. At the time of 15 min, test data are in line with national testing standards. Conclusion:The combination of injection pump and infusion pump, the micro-injection pump can meet the growing demand for clinical departments, and its stability and accuracy can meet the national standards.

According to the basic principle of each function, it gave the corresponding circuit diagram for peer reference. Injection pump in the maintenance can use this typical working principle and the typical electronic circuit to realize the common troubleshooting quickly and accurately.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the best humidifying methods of artificial airway by comparison of different humidifying approaches.Methods 124 patients were divided into the control group (60 cases) and the treatment group (64 cases).Two methods,continuous airway humidifying by the trace injection pump and continuous airway humidifying by oxygen atomization were adopted.The humidifying effect,tolerance rate of patients,the airway complications and nursing cost were compared between the two groups.Results The method of continuous airway humidifying by oxygen atomization had better effect,was easy to be tolerated,less complications and less cost.Conclusions Continuous airway humidifying by oxygen atomization is a safe,effective,low-cost method,it is easy to be tolerated by patients and is worthy of being popularized.
