ABSTRACT

In order to develop quality education which focuses on fostering students' innovative consciousness and practical ability, we should make clear the significance of innovative quality education, and improve the quality of innovation through education of a new meaning on cultural and psychological course, guide of value, and self-construction; we should make sure of its present value to our society and also its significance on quality education, so as to improve our understanding of the importance and necessity of innovation education, and carry out an overall quality education which chiefly works for the training of students' innovative consciousness and practical ability.
