ABSTRACT

Objective To understand the humanistic Care quality status of master of nursing specialist (MNS), and put forward the structural equation model of influencing factors of humanistic care quality. Methods using convenient sampling, the survey came from 191 postgraduates of MNS from 14 universities, using the nurses' Humanistic Care quality questionnaire, the professional ability Self-Assessment questionnaire, the care ability evaluation scale and the self setting general situation questionnaire. Results The total quality of humanistic care was in the middle level (125.43 ± 16.27), among which, the highest sharing of humanistic care (4.56±0.57) and the lowest sharing of humanistic care (4.18 ± 0.63). Through the analysis of the influence factors, the humanistic care education and the awareness of caring will influence the development of humanistic care quality by influencing the master's caring ability and professional ability. Conclusion To strengthen humanistic care education, to create a caring education and practice environment, to learn caring and experience care, and then to care and strengthen the professional ability to better provide quality care services for patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the social support of clinical nurses in second-level hospitals in remote areas of Tibet, and to explore the influencing factors, so as to provide the basis for nursing managers to develop targeted interventions. Methods A total of 212 nurses were selected by convenient holistic sampling method and investigated by self-designed questionnaire and social support rating scale. Results The total score of social support of clinical nurses was (30.72 ± 6.78) points. The main influencing factors of social support were educational background(F=4.602),ages(F=2.694),working years (F=2.387), budgeted posts(t=2.391), income(F=3.112) and marital status (F=2.636). Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The social support of clinical nurses in second-level hospitals in remote areas of Tibet is low. It is important to establish a relatively perfect social support system according to the difference of nurses working conditions and geographical to improve their work enthusiasm and satisfaction rate.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To understand the application of warfarin hospitalized patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation, summarize the clinical experience and provide reference for clinical medication, and explore the significance of clinical pharmaceutical care for warfarin. METHODS: The information of 726 cases with non-valvular atrial fibrillation hospitalized in the first cardiovascular ward from January 2012 to December 2013 were retrospectively collected and analyzed in the aspect of types of anticoagulant solution, warfarin dosage and INR monitoring. RESULTS: The anticoagulation solution commonly used in our patients with atrial fibrillation included dual antiplatelet therapy, aspirin antithrombotic therapy and warfarin anticoagulant therapy. 13.8% of the cases had initial INR of 2.0-3.0, and 43.4% of the cases attained INR target after dosage adjustment. CONCLUSION: At present the clinical application of warfarin still exists deficiencies. It is necessary to continue to raise people's awareness of warfarin and atrial fibrillation anticoagulant. Active clinical pharmaceutical care for warfarin is of great significance.

ABSTRACT

@#Objective To investigate the total number, reasons, and distributing characteristics of vagrant psychosis patients in Xi'an. Methods The colony random sample in 4 objective research units from 2005 to 2010 in Xi'an, Shaanxi were included. Databank was set up according to the total number of vagrant psychosis patients based on basic information. Grading statistics was used. Results Total number of vagrant psychosis patients and salvation needs increased year by year in Xi'an. Home return and social assistance were the main approaches for distributing characteristics of medical assistance. Conclusion The total number of vagrant psychosis patients is relative large. Such number is increasing year by year in Xi'an. A better treatment and diagnostic system for vagrant psychosis patients should be set up governmentally as quickly as possible.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation factors of nosocomial infection in patients after receiving craniocerebral operation.METHODS Totally 388 hospitalized patients after receiving craniocerebral operation from Jan 2006 to Dec 2006 were studied retrospectively.RESULTS From them 45 pateints were suffering from nosocomial infection and total incidence of nosocomial infection was 11.59%.Among them,60.0% was lower respiratory tract infection,11.11% was surgical wound infection and 8.89% was upper respiratory infection.Aging,length of stay and invasive operation(deep vein needle detaining,trachea incision,tracheal intubation,urinary canal and drainage tube dwelling) were the main correlation tactors.CONCLUSIONS Minimizing invasive operation and early removing various kinds of dwelling tubes,using antibiotics correctly,improving hospitalizd environment and strengthening wards management are the measures to reduce nosocomial infection according its correlation factors.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To explore the reason, characteristic,prevention and treatment measures of acquired fungal infection in cardiosurgery intensive care unit(CSICU). METHODS A total of 153 patients who were admitted to our CSICU ward and had perfect microorganism materials from Jan 1999 to Jul 2002 were investigated with retrospective method,in which 34 cases were acquired fungal infection. RESULTS The rate of fungal infection was 21.52%.The most common infection site was lower respiratory tract.The patients after cardiac injury were easy to be infected.The Candida were the main pathogens,especially Candida tropicalis.The cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) time,the time stayed in ICU,mechanical ventilation time, urinary dwelling tracheal intubation or tracheotomy,fiber bronchoscope and central venous intubation were the risk factors. CONCLUSIONS The reason of acquired fungal infection in CSICU is that CPB decreases patient′s immunity and every invasive exam or treatment can break the normal immunity.

ABSTRACT

By analyzing the questionnaire survey of consciousness of rights protection and status quo of rights and interests among medical staff in three 3rd degree and A grade hospitals located in northwest Hubei province,this paper concludes that medical staff there have a generally strong consciousness of rights,while their rights and interests are not well protected by society and hospitals,especially certain aspects including personal security,occupational health,working hours,legal vacation,and the rights to be involved in hospital management.It is suggested that legal rights and interests of medical staff should be improved through legislation,social support,and the direction function of public opinions.
