ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To analyze the literature knowledge structure and acupoint matching rules of acupuncture for depression.@*METHODS@#The articles regarding acupuncture for depression published from January 1 of 1984 to October 19 of 2020 were searched in CNKI database. CiteSpace5.7.R2 software was used to import the literature data, and the keyword cluster analysis, emergence analysis and time-zone analysis of articles and acupoints were conducted, and the map of scientific knowledge was draw.@*RESULTS@#A total of 3524 articles were included to the knowledge structure analysis, while 601 articles into the acupoint matching rules analysis. There were 13 keyword clusters of acupuncture for depression, with "post-stroke depression" and "electroacupuncture treatment" as high-frequency keywords, and "electroacupuncture treatment" and "Hamilton depression scale" had high centrality, and "electroacupuncture treatment" had the highest emergence intensity. The keywords such as "electroacupuncture treatment" and "Hamilton depression scale", etc. appeared the earliest, followed by "post-stroke depression", "fluoxetine" and "auricular point therapy", etc. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, acupoint keywords were divided into four clusters: ①core acupoint, ②replenishing-spleen and dispelling phlegm, dispersing-liver and relieving depression, reinforcing @*CONCLUSION@#The main knowledge structure of acupuncture for depression includes five parts: treatment method, depression type, TCM-related diseases, literature type and curative effect index. Clinical acupoint matching should adhere to the principle of "focusing the disease before syndrome" and "combination of disease and syndrome", and treatment should be modified for the syndromes of phlegm stagnation blocking, liver-stagnation and

ABSTRACT

Objective The present study aims to establish a professional knowledge structure for the family planning technical team at the current stage in Zhejiang Province so as to meet the needs of training and offer reference evidences for specific and effective training. Methods This study applied a stratified cluster sampling method to carry out a self-administered questionnaire which was anonymous and including general survey, the situation of training, as well as the professional skill structure. This questionnaire was designed through the method of literature review and based on the actual situation of the operation. It col-lected the information from 365 family planning technical staffs who were from different levels of plan family service agencies in four cities, which were Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Taizhou, Wenzhou, respectively, from April to June in 2016. Epidata 3.0 software was utilized to record the data and the data was analyzed using SPSS version 20.0. Subsequently, the relationship between the mastery of professional skill and demographic characteristics was researched by students' t test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test. Results The education background, major and the professional title structure of the family planning technical staffs varied among different areas. At present, it seems that most of the family planning technical staffs have an aspiration to attend training and 97.53% of them wanted to get professional knowledge through training. The result was not satisfactory when surveyed 298 staff for the mastery of knowledge and skills: 3.66% (9/246) for pelvic floor rehabilitation training, 7.42% (19/256) for genetic counseling, 4.9% (12/245) for prena-tal screening, 5.26% (13/247) for screening and prevention of common breast diseases and 6.22% (15/241) for infertility treatment. There was a significant difference (P=0.000) among the different levels of plan family service agency, education background, major, occupation type and professional title in the mastery of professional knowledge and skill. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the training plan and conduct clas-sification and layering training since the knowledge and skills of family planning technical personnel can not meet the needs of reproductive health services at the new period.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate and analyse the status and influential factors of nurses' palliative care knowledge in Shanghai city. Methods Using cluster sampling method,a questionnaire survey using Palliative Care Quiz for Nursing (PCQN) was conducted on 973 nurses in 9 hospitals of Shanghai city. Results 939 nurses completed the survey whose scores were 8.88±2.51.The status quo of palliative care knowledge of Shanghai nurses were not very desirable. The scores of palliative care philosophy and principles and psychological, social and spiritual support were 0.376±0.009 and 0.310±0.008.The scores of knowledge of the pain and symptomcontrol was 0.496±0.005,which was better than the other two aspects. There were differences between dimension 1 and dimension 2,3 (t=-1 1.78,5.465,P<0.01),and also between dimension 2 and 3 (t=19.673,P<0.01).Conclusions Lacking of education and training, insufficient recognition of related institutions and the limit of traditional ideas caused the defect in the knowledge structure of palliative nursing.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to identify knowledge structure of the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing from 1991 to 2014. METHODS: 400 articles between 1991 and 2014 were collected. 1,369 keywords as noun phrases were extracted from articles and standardized for analysis. Co-occurrence matrix was generated via a cosine similarity measure, then the network was analyzed and visualized using PFNet. Also NodeXL was applied to visualize intellectual interchanges among keywords. RESULTS: According to the results of the content analysis and the cluster analysis of author keywords from the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing articles, 7 most important research topics of the journal were 'Workers & Work-related Health Problem', 'Recognition & Preventive Health Behaviors', 'Health Promotion & Quality of Life', 'Occupational Health Nursing & Management', 'Clinical Nursing Environment', 'Caregivers and Social Support', and 'Job Satisfaction, Stress & Performance'. Newly emerging topics for 4-year period units were observed as research trends. CONCLUSION: Through this study, the knowledge structure of the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing was identified. The network analysis of this study will be useful for identifying the knowledge structure as well as finding general view and current research trends. Furthermore, The results of this study could be utilized to seek the research direction in the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVES: This study aimed at exploring the knowledge structure of Korean medical informatics. METHODS: We utilized the keywords, as the main variables, of the research papers that were presented in the journal and symposia of the Korean Society of Medical Informatics, and we used, as cases, the English titles and abstracts of the papers (n = 915) published from 1995 through 2008. N-grams (bigram to 5-gram) were extracted from the corpora using the BiKE Text Analyzer, and their cooccurrence networks were generated via a cosine correlation coefficient, and then the networks were analyzed and visualized using Pajek. RESULTS: With the hub and authority measures, the most important research topics in Korean medical informatics were identified. Newly emerging topics by three-year period units were observed as research trends. CONCLUSIONS: This study provides a systematic overview on the knowledge structure of Korean medical informatics.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to describe decision making model of 180 public health nurses in Korea and their knowledge structure for decision making. The differences of decision making models by nurse's knowledge structure were also tested. Research concepts were measured using the instrument based on systemic and interpretive decision making approaches that were developed by Lauri & Salantera (1995). The results were as follows. 1. The public health nurses turned to, most commonly, a mixed practical-theoretical knowledge structure (45.9%), followed by practical knowledge (32%) and theoretical knowledge (22.1%). 2. The six different decision making models were identified. These were named for decision making theories and nursing process. These were client-oriented decision making, rule-oriented systemic decision making, wholistic and intuitive decision making, decision making depending on subjective view and experience, systemic decision making for defining problems, and hypotheticodeductive decision making for defining problems. 3. The public nurses who had practical and practical-theoretical knowledge structure and community health practitioner (CHP) retold that decision making depends on subjective view and experience. Also the public health nurses who had 5~19 years clinical experience represented hypothetico-deductive decision making for defining problems.
