ABSTRACT
Objective To observe the effect of Zhixuebao particles combined with Marvelon in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent.Methods69 cases from October 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group with 34 cases and control group with 35 patients.The control group was treated with Marvelon and observation group was another treated with Zhixuebao particles.Related indicators of two groups were compared.ResultsEndometrial thickness, menstrual volume and menstrual period of observation group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The bleeding time, stop bleeding time of observation group were shorter than that of control group (P<0.05).After treatment,hormone LH, FSH, P levels of observation group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05);Total effective rate of bservation group was 94.12%, higher than control group 74.29%(P<0.05).ConclusionZhixuebao particles combined with Marvelon is effective in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent, can improve hormone levels and it is worthy of further research and application.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Marvelon on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.MethodsIn December 2014 to December 2015, 90 cases with premenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in Anji people's hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases in each group.The control group were given curettage, on the basis of the control group, the observation group was given Marvelon.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results①The total effective rate in the observation group 91.1% was higher than that in the control group 71.1% (P<0.05).②After treatment, Estradiol (201.3±12.5) pmol/L, progesterone (1.6±0.9) nmol/L, FSH (1.3±0.2) IU/L in the observation group;estradiol (305.3±19.5) pmol/L, progesterone (2.8±1.1) nmol/L, FSH (2.9±0.9) IU/L in the control group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect is better which Marvelon was used on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, it is worthy of application.

Objective To investigate the effect of goserelin combined with marvelon in treatment of en -dometriosis(EM)and its effect on estrogen levels .Methods 120 EM patients were randomly divided into the ob-servation group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)according to the digital table.Two groups underwent laparoscopy .3.6 mg sustained release goserelin was injected subcutaneously from the anterior abdominal wall once every four weeks on the first time of menses recovery .The treatment continued during the following six months.The observation group were treated with marvelon on the basis of this , 1 tablet each day, 21 days of con-tinuous treatment and then began to take medicine on the 5 th day of the next menstruation during the following six months.The two groups were followed up for two years .The level of luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle-stimula-ting hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2), the cumulative pregnancy rate, recurrence rate and peri menopausal sta-tus of the two groups were observed before and after treatment .Results The total effective rate was 96.67%and 83.33%respectively for the observation group and the control group .The difference had statistical significance (P0.05).Conclusion Goserelin combined with marvel-on can effectively improve the effect of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of endometriosis , lower estrogen level , improve patients'pregnancy rate , and reduce the recurrence rate .

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Siwu mixture combined with Marvelon in the treat-ment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 148patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional u-terine bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 74 cases in each group the control group was treated by Marvelon alone, the observation group was treated with Siwu mixture on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment, the established indexes in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (p <0.05); the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 93.2%, the control group was 73%, there was statistical significance in the observation group compared with the control group (X2 =9.512,p =0.004).Conclusion The safety and effectiveness of Siwu mixture combined with Marvelon in the treatment of peri-menopausal functional uterine bleeding is extremely satisfactory and is worth further promotion.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery combined with marvelon,gestrinone and leuprolide in treatment of chronic endometriosis.Methods 50 cases of endometriosis were collected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group having 25 cases.The control group underwent laparoscopic surgery and the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery combined marvelon,gestrinone and leuprolide for 3 months.The two groups were compared in clinical effects,recurrence and pregnancy rate,as well as the operation situation.Results The effective rate was 92.0％ (23/25) in the observation group and 64.0％ (16/25) in the control group.The effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The recurrence rate was 8.0％ (2/25)in the observation group,and 32.0％ (8/25) in the control group.The recurrence rate of combination group was obviously lower than that of the simple surgical group(P ＜ 0.05).The pregnancy rate was 80.0％ in the observation group;and 48.0％ in the control group after treatment.The pregnancy rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Liver damage or other adverse reactions didn't occur to any group after the treatment.The mean time of leaving bed was (1.4 ± 0.4) d after operation in the observation group vs (3.6 ± 1.5) d after operation in the control group.Length of hospital stay was (7.6 ± 3.5) d in the observation group vs (11.5 ± 3.9) d in the control group.The difference had statistical significance(all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery combined with marvelon,gestrinone and leuprolide is superior to pure surgery group in treatment of endometriosis.It can improve the effective and pregnancy rate,and reduce the recurrence rate.No obvious adverse reactions can be found,thus it is worth of clinical promotion.

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect and safety evaluation of marvelon on dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent patients.Methods120 adolescent patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and experience group with 60 patients in each group.Control group was given oral administration of premarin and experience group received marvelon oral treatment.Clinical effect,the time of control bleeding and completely stop bleeding and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate in experience group was much higher than that in control group (100.0％ vs 90.0％,x2 =6.316,P ＜ 0.01 ) ;The time of control bleeding and completely stop bleeding in experience group were much lower than that in control group( t =6.638,8.542,all P ＜ 0.01 );The incidence of adverse reaction in experience group and control group were 11.7％ and 65.0％ respectively with significant difference( x2 =36.099,all P ＜0.01 ).ConclusionMarvelon on dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent patients is beneficial to rapid and effective hemostasis with less adverse reaction rate and better tolerance.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Marvelon combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). METHODS: Both prospective and retrospective clinical studies on the efficacy of Marvelon combined with metformin were searched in several databases of medicine and pharmacy, and the data was analyzed by evidence-based literature analysis method. RESULTS: There were nine randomized controlled trials(RCTs) in Chinese on Marvelon combined with metformin for the treatment of PCOS. Marvelon combined with metformin could improve hormone levels, promote ovulation and pregnancy rate markedly. CONCLUSION: It has been demonstrated in the researches that Marvelon combined with metformin is more effective for polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS), however, further randomized, double-blind studies with larger sample size are needed to prove the efficacy and safety of Marvelon combined with metformin.

Objective To explore the effect of marvelon on primenopausal blood work.Methods 84 primenopausal blood work patients were selected.Divided them into two groups,called research group and control group,the research group were given marvelon,while the patients of control group were given nothing.Observe the hemoglobin level and two times the recurrence rate of the two groups were observed.Results The hemoglobin level of research group of three months after fractional curettage were( 19.4 ± 3.1 ) g/L,while the hemoglobin level of control group of three months after fractional curettage were( 7.1 ± 1.9) g/L,it had statistical difference( P ＜ 0.05 ).8 1patients of research group were recurrence,two times the recurrence rate were 19.1％,while 11 patients of control group were recurrence,two times the recurrence rate were 26.2％,it had no statistical difference ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion Marvelon could treat premenopausal blood work effectively.

Objective To study the clinical effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone-analogue (GnRH-a) and marvelon in the treatment of ovarian endometriesis after laparoscopy.Method The postoperative women with ovarian endometriosis were divided into three groups:19 treated with GnRH-a and marvelon(greup A),20 treated with GnRH-a(group B),20 without endocrinal therapy(group C).The symptoms scores,the recurrence and side effects were compared.ResultsThree years after laparescopy,the recurrent rate and symptoms scores in group C was the highest (P＜0.05),the recurrent cyst size [(12 + 1)mm] and symptoms scores [(1.2 + 0.9)scores] in group A was the lowest among three groups.Conclusions Marvelon and GnRH-a can be used in the treatment of ovarian endometriesis after laparoseopy.The effect of marvelon combined with GnRH-a is prior to GnRH-a.
