ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the basic functional orientation of countywide healthcare alliances and how to maintain their stable operation and sustainable development direction. Methods 42 government officials, experts, employees of countywide healthcare alliances and residents were interviewed. The grounded theory was used to analyze data from the interview, with the core categories gradually extracted. Results Three basic functions were defined for such healthcare alliances, namely basic functions, stable operation and sustainable development. Conclusions The healthcare alliances prove an effective way to build the hierarchical medical system and improve people's health in general. Such alliances rely on good governance mechanism, reasonable balance mechanism of interests and scientific resource sharing mechanism.

The legitimate rights of mental health workers don't get expected protection,which has caused negative influence on the development of mental health work.By introducing the Gantt v.Arnie Sethcase,we an-alyzed the law applicable disputes of doctors who are hurt by the patients with mental disorders,and made legal e-valuation on the views of relevant responsibility identification at home and abroad,and attempted to come up with some suggestions on construction of legitimate interest safeguard mechanism for mental-health workers from the as-pects of legislation and administrative policy.

In order to promote the farmers' health and to relieve their financial burden, a scientific program of appropriate health technology application in countryside has been performed from "10th five-year" to "11th five-year " period in Henan Province. Some practical experiences have been accumulated. Based on these experiences, the mechanism construction of the long-term application was discussed in this article.

Integrity education,as the main content of strengthening and improving ideological and political education of medical students,is an important part in building the socialist-cored value system and plays a key role in cultivating high-quality medical talents.This paper analyzes the connotations of integrity education from the perspective of socialist-cored value system,clarifies its demonstrations and expounds on the reasons for the lack of integrity among medical students.A deep understanding of integrity education is proposed in order to enhance students' cognition of integrity.Various strategies should be applied in its implementation process,and innovations should be brought forth in practice to achieve an effective long-term mechanism of integrity education.
