ABSTRACT
As a new form of medical practice,narrative medicine has been paid much attention since it was put forward.In the view of "narrative ability",narrative medicine has a strong oriental temperament.In the literature and art tradition of our country,which has existed thousands of years ago,disease and narrative of medicine has always been an important topic.Oriental physician group,represented by Confucian doctor,has the strongest narrative ability.Medical temperament and quality,represented by narrative,can connect the western and eastern medical traditions and medical culture and become the starting point of modern Chinese medical spirit,which combines western medical technology and oriental culture.

The humane spirit,being a crucial part of medical science,builds up the spiritual cornerstone of medicine and professional doctors,thus it is the spirit and soul of medical science.This paper clarifies its emphasis on humane spirit from the perspectives of medical modes,medical purpose,medical legislation,medical education,medical practice,medical market,medical high-tech,physician-patient relationship,and medical risks,and emphasizes that physician-patient relationship can not be handled simply by economic or legal means,but also be modified and improved by humane spirit of medical science.
ABSTRACT
The people-oriented view is a universal idea,which holds different manifestations in different domain,and as for medical field manifests as the principle of no injury.There are certain obstacles during the application of no injury principle,including the neglect of the psychological injury,arrogance of the science,and the absence of humanities and psychology knowledge.This paper provides some countermeasure to make a best application of the no injury principle,that is,to stress the patients′ psychological health,eliminate the tyranny idea over patients,and consummate medical knowledge structure.
