ABSTRACT
Objectives:To understand the medical students'cognition of violence injury medical and the impact of medical injury events reports on medical students.Methods:A sample survey was conducted among 480 medical students in a medical university using self-developed questionnaire.Results:A total of 63.67％ of the medical students get violence injury events information through television news;more than 90％ of medical students were concerned about the media reports of violence injury medical events.The media reports of violence injury medical events had an important impact on medical students,and especially television reports had the greatest impact.41.2％ of the students would enhance their awareness of protection;37.9％ of medical students thought that work passion and enthusiasm would decline;the impact of reports on men was bigger than women (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The report of violence injury medical events has an important impact on medical students.The media should improve self-discipline,create a harmonious public opinion environment and promote the healthy development of doctor-patient relationship.

As a standard method for early stage prostate cancer, 125Ⅰ seed implantations are used widely in America. Although there are guidelines from American Brachytherapy Society and American Association of Physicists in Medicine, some hospitals still cannot implant the seeds properly according to the guidelines. Complications were observed inevitably. The medical events about seeds implantation in America from 2002 were investigated and the reasons were analyzed in this paper. Additionally, some solutions were given to avoid the medical events, so that the practitioners in China can learn from it and make sure the 125Ⅰ seeds implantation can be developed healthily and smoothly.

ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the relationship problems between refresher doctors and nurses and their cau-ses which mainly include the specificity of the works of refresher doctors, duty differences, lack of communication and understanding and imperfect regulations.This paper proposes that nurses and doctors shall play their own roles to increase their personality and enhancecommunication so as to improve the management system of nurse and re-fresher doctor, and thus to build a new harmonious interpersonal relationships, improve the quality of medical treat-ment and service for patient.
