ABSTRACT

The paper expatiates on the study situation of medical monitoring system from the aspects like mobile medical,physiological index detection equipment,monitoring system at medical institution level and household monitoring system.It analyzes study hotspots of medical monitoring system from the three aspects of cloud platform of health monitoring,wearable medical devices and body sensor network.It also points out problems in medical monitoring system based on Internet of things and predicts its future development.

ABSTRACT

Objective: This item presents a feasible scheme of home monitoring device which is a low power and miniaturization equipment for human signal detection, based on single-chip technology. Methods: Taking MSP430F149 as core, the realized functions of system contain real time data acquisition, data processing, data storage, LCD and alarming, keyboard as well as com-munication, replay and reproeessing by host computer. Results: The physiological and biochemical parameters are acquired by system and transmitted to host computer. Conclusions: This design provides a platform for multi-parameters portable detection just as dynamic ecg, ambulatory blood pressure, and so on. It has a good future for application.

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop a set of Immediate communication system of remote medical monitoring based on Internet,which is mainly used on the patient's condition for remote on-line monitoring.Methods The developing platform was Visual C++ 6.0 and the programming language was C++.The development of class libraries MFC(Microsoft Foundation Class) applied by Microsoft was also used.The real-time ECG images could be transmitted unhindered in the system.Results Medical care person could see the real-time ECG in system monitoring terminal from the client so that diagnostic results could be fed back timely to the client.Conclusion The development of community health care system is a positive solution to achieve the goal of universal health care for everybody.Its ultimate goal is to change high-tech medical care into conventional technology.On this basis,the function of hospital can be extended in to family care,thus really enhancing the quality of life

Several short range radio communication standards get involved in, including non-standard protocol radio, Bluetooth protocol, Zigbee protocol. The present situation, particularly the advantages and disadvantages of medical monitoring systems based on short range radio communication in China and other countries are discussed. New technology and standard in this field, and their effects on medical monitoring system are also available.
