ABSTRACT
Objective By investigating the satisfaction of scientific research incentive from medical researchers in a grade A tertiary hospital to find the problems in the system of scientific research management and propose possible solution for improvement.Methods Through literature retrieval and questionnaire survey,firstly divided medical researchers into groups by gender,service period,education degree,technical title,job categories,then analyze different types of medical researcher satisfaction by using T Test,ANOVAwith SPSS 20.0 software.Results Different education levels have statistically differences,PhD researchers have the lowest satisfaction.Different technical titles of medical researchers in scientific research protection,transformation and improving their awareness have statistical differences too,Senior title have lower satisfaction.Different job categories of medical researcher engaged in scientific research of material reward satisfaction with statistical differences,clinicians and researchers conduct basic science research showed the lowest satisfaction.There is no statistical differences in different gender,or service period of medical researchers for their satisfaction of scientific research incentive.Conclusions According to the differences among satisfaction attitudes of researchers,tailored research management measurements should be developed to strengthen the incentives from multidimensions,motivate researchers for conducting scientific research,enhance their statisfaction of research job in order to improve the research capacity of hospital gradually.

Objective According to the traits of medical researchers and their needs,essential incentive measures of scientific research are raised to perfect the scientific research incentive mechanism,therefore promoting the development of scientific researches in a grade A tertiary hospital.Methods Through literature retrieval and questionnaire,we investigate the medical researcher's need in a grade A tertiary hospitals,including the basic information of scientific researcher,the traits as well as how their needs are influenced by their education background,title and post.Results The study shows diversity in the needs of medical researcher,meantime,the economic and security needs are not fully satisfied,doctoral degree is more intense than master's degree and bachelor's degree of the esteem needs that a bachelor's degree is more than a master's degree and development needs,the influence of title and post are not significant.Conclusions The mechanism of scientific research incentive requires further implementation to satisfythe economic and security needs of medical researchers,to build a scientific research exchange platform andcreate a good atmosphere for scientific research and communication,personalized incentive mechanism needs to be set up according to the education background of scientific researchers.

Big Data is a new conception after scholars have proposed the conception of Web2.0 and cloud computing.This paper focuses on traditional Chinese medical researchers in order to meet the challenges of big data era.It is suggested that TCM scientific researchers should establish the idea of lifelong learning,and emphasize information literacy,in order to grasp for the latest medical researching information to make effective contributions to research innovation and human health.
