ABSTRACT
Shortages in the fostering of medical humanistic spirits for students majoring medical science of law in medical colleges and universities were discussed from the perspectives of concept establishment,curriculum,clinical teaching and teaching staff.The fostering of medical humanistic spirits for students should be enhanced to achieve the balance between medical humanity and legal professionalism.

The aim of the education of medical science of law is to cultivate some applied talents who have not only the medical knowledge and skills but also the legal knowledge and technical ability.In view of the characters covering the fields of medical science and the science of law,the education of the medical science of law for undergraduates should be based on the integration of the educational resources to realize the innovation of the educational model and teaching method.
ABSTRACT
The scientific definition for the nature of medical law,the personnel training objectives and the nature of talent is the prerequisite in the construction of the course system for medical science of Law. The construction of the course system for medical science of law is playing a central role in the training of medical law professionals,and it should highlight the talent nature of medicine and law based on following unique principles of training of medical law professionals. Professional course system of medical law should operate on the basis of a variety of securities.

The experience in the orthopedic teaching of the interns of medical science of law was explored.The features of the students of the medical science of law were analyzed.And related teaching project was established during the progress of orthopedic practice.Our experience emphasized on the knowledge teaching of medical ethics and medical disputes.
