ABSTRACT

Objective To study and analyze the curative effect of Oza Grey Na (continuous micro pump) combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction from Feb. 2015 to Aug. 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group were treated with the routine treatment, patients in the experimental group were received Oza Grey Na(continuous micro pump), 2 weeks for one treatment period, and were given psychological intervention. To pay attention to the psychological status of the patients, strengthen communication and exchanges, increase confidence and compliance in treatment. The effect in the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 94 %, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There were no severe complications in the two groups, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of Oza Grey Na(continuous micro pump)combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of cerebral infarction is ideal, and it has clinical value.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of Oza Grey Na (continuous micro pump infusion) on cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine treatment, while the experimental group received Oza Grey Na (continuous micro pump) treatment, intravenous drip, 1 courses for 2 weeks. The liver and kidney function, coagulation function, blood routine and other indexes of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were examined before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, 50 patients in the experimental group were invalid, 3 cases were effective, 20 cases were markedly effective, and the total effective number was 47 cases in 27 cases. Patients in the control group, 8 patients were invalid, 18 patients were effective, 24 patients were markedly effective, and the total effective number was 42 cases. The effective rate of the treatment group was 94%, and the effective rate of the control group was 84%, which was lower than that of the experimental group (P<0.05). There were no severe complications in the experimental group and the control group, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the 2 groups, and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion Oza Grey Na (continuous micro pump) treatment of cerebral infarction clinical effect is better, more efficient, with further clinical promotion and application of significance.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study influence of intravenous injection urapidil and nitroglycerin micro pump on blood pressure and heart rate (HR) of hypertension patients undergoing tooth extraction.Methods:116 hypertension patients underwent electrocardiographic monitoring tooth extraction in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 58 cases,the control group was given nitroglycerin plus pump static point to maintain,the observation group was given intravenous urapidil and pump maintenance,compared the changes of systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and HR in two groups before operation,at anesthesia,10min after anesthesia,in operation,10 min after operation,and compared the adverse reactions condition of the two groups.Results:The levels of SBP and DBP in two groups in operation and 10 min after operation were significantly lower than that before operation,and the SBP and DBP levels in the observation group in operation were significantly lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).The HR in control group in operation,10 min after operation were significantly higher than before operation,while the observation group were significantly lower control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.90%(4/58),which has no significant difference than 10.34% (6/58) in control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous injection urapidil has little effect on blood pressure and HR in hypertension patients undergoing tooth extraction,and with good safety,which is worthy of promotion.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the influence of hydrocortisone sodium succinct by intravenous infusion or continuous intravenous micro pumping on the vital signs,shock duration,blood glucose and mortality in the patients with severe sepsis secondary shock.Methods Ninety patients with septic shock treated in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and observasion group by using the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given hydrocortisone sodium succinct 200mg/d by slow intravenous drip for 2h,while the observasion group was given hydrocortisone sodium succinct 8.33mg/h by continuous intravenous micro pumping.The two groups were treated for continuous 5 d.The blood glucose,hemodynamics and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results In the observasion group,the blood glucose indicators such as the time window of high blood glucose,LAGE,MBG and CV levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference had statistical significance (P0.05).The shock duration,ICU stay length,total hospital stay and 28 d mortality in the observasion group were lower than those in the control group,but the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Continuous intravenous micro pumping of hydrocortisone sodium succinct can stabilize blood glucose fluctuation range in the patients with septic shock,but the hemodynamic indexes and prognosis have no obvious improvement.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and feasibility of highly concentrated Potassium Chloride via central venous catheterization by micro pump on severe hypokalemia patients in EICU.Methods A totlal of 120 severe hypokalemia patients in our department were randomly divided into experimental group (treated with highly concentrated Potassium Chloride) and control group (normal treatment group) respectively,and treated with Potassium Chloride liquid of different concentration.Potassium levels in blood were checked every hour and the time for reaching standard potassium level (4.0mmol/L) and the total volumes of infusion fluid within 24 hours in the two groups was compared.Results The mean time for reaching standard potassium level and the total volumes of infusion fluid within 24 hours in the experimental group,(12.83 ± 3.57) h and (402.56 ± 54.61) ml respectively,were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.01),(23.18 ±4.98) h and (2875.2 ± 206.26) ml respectively.Conclusion Highly-concentrated potassium chloride injection via central venous catheterization by micro-pump is a safe,effective and feasible treatment on the patients with severe hypokalemia,especially on the patients with volume-overloaded heart and severe hypokalemia,which is worthy of further clinical research.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine injected by micro pump for the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods:One hundred and six cases of patients with refractory heart failure were chosen as the research object, which were cardiac functionⅢ~Ⅳlevel. All patients were treated with sodium nitroprusside and dopamine injected by micro pump. Starting dose of sodium nitroprusside was 6.25 μg/min. At same time pumping dopamine, starting dose of 2 g/kg·min, the dose was increased gradually until blood pressure dropped to 90~100 mm Hg, continuous 7~10 d, the signs and symptoms after treatment and parameters of cardiac function and adverse reactions were observed. Results: 1)In 106 cases of patients with refractory heart failure after treatment, the total effective rate 85.85%(91/106). 2)The heart rate, blood pressure, cardiothoracic ratio, left ventricular short axis reduced rate,cardiac output, each index of cardiac,indexes of left ventricular ejection fraction were improved significantly after treatment. Conclusion:The clinical effect for the treatment of refractory heart failure by using the micro pump injection of small doses of sodium nitroprusside combined dopamine would be obvious, have less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical popularization and application.

ABSTRACT

[Objective] To observe the cure effect of atropine micro pump sustainable intravenous injection on organic phosphorous pesticide poisoning. [Method] Select 100 such cases taking atropine, divide them into treatment group(micro pump sustainable intravenous injection, 30 cases) and control group(interval intravenous injection, 70 cases); the atropine administration was revised according to poisoning degrees. [Result] The treatment time of atropinzation for treatment group was (6.78±1.89)h,and (9.09±2.79)h for control one;the poisoning rate in treatment group was 6.67%, the cure time (14.08±3.59)h;they were respectively 27.14%,and(16.49±4.58)h for control one;their differences were of statistical meaning and marked statistical mean-ing respectively by comparison. [Conclusion] The treatment above can increase the cure effect and effectively reduce poisoning rate.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the feasibility of high concentration potassium cbloride infusion by micro pump through peripheral vein together with fluid infusion.Methods 160 patients were divided into the observation group A and B (each with 40 patients) and the control group(80 patients).For the control group,only high concentration potassium chloride was infused by micro pump through peripheral vein,high concentration potassium chloride pumped through peripheral vein together with 5% sodium chloride and dextrose injection were adopted in the observation group A.High concentration potassium chloride pumped through peripheral vein together with medication liquid were adopted in the observation group B.The rate of pain and phlebitis in three groups were observed.Results The rate of pain and phlebitis decreased significantly in the observation groups compared with those of the control group.There was no significant difference in the rate of phlebitis between the observation group A and B.Conclusions High concentration potassium chloride infusion by micro pump through peripheral vein together with fluid infusion are more effective to alleviate pain,reduce the rate of phlebitis,and can change the kind and drip rate of the fluid based on the condition of the patients.
