ABSTRACT

Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the root of Actinidia chinensis. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral methods. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as γ-quinide (1), stearyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), daucosterol (3), (-)-epi-catechin (4), 2α,3α,24-trihydr-oxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (5), 3-epi-corosolic acid (6), ursolic acid (7), n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (8), sucrose (9), lignocericacid (10), and β-steriol (11). Conclusion: Compound 1 is isolated for the first tine as natural substance, and compounds 2,8, and 10 are isolated from A. chinensis for the first time.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To study the chemical constituents in herb of Pronephrium triphyllum. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as (2S, 4R)-4′-methoxy-8-methyl- [(4, 2″)(11, 2‴)]-dioxidoflavan-5, 7-di-O-β- D-glucopyranoside (shelincaoide A, 1), n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (2), triphyllin A (3), 6, 7-dihydroxycomnarin (4), daucosterol (5), and β-sitosterol (6), respectively. Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound named shelincaoide A. Compounds 2 and 4 are firstly isolated from the plants of Pronephrium Presl. and all compounds except 3 are obtained from P. triphyllum for the first time.
