ABSTRACT
This article intends to explore the application and implementation effect of network platform teaching in the standardized residency training of rheumatology and immunology. Through the implementation of online platform teaching (micro-class, online PBL teaching, and air class) for the training residents rotating in the rheumatology and immunology department, the questionnaire survey was carried out. The results showed that the satisfaction of the residents with the online platform teaching reached 96.88% (31/32), and more than 90.00% of the residents believed that their self-learning ability and clinical thinking ability have been improved, and their learning initiative and enthusiasm have also been improved, which deserves further promotion.

Introducing the multidisciplinary cooperation model into the clinical teaching of residents has gradually been paid attention to, and the relevant multi-disciplinary teaching teams participate in and formulate teaching plan. The Department of Urology of the Peking University Third Hospital carries out multidisciplinary cooperative teaching of residents based on network platform to improve residents' autonomous learning ability and teaching effect. This model has certain advantages in mobilizing students' subjective initiative and cultivating learning interest. It is of great significance for the training of urology residents.

In the course of pathophysiology,we gave full play to the advantages of network teaching platform to integrate teaching resources,broaden students' learning pathways,and enhance the interaction,which could benefit teachers as well as students.The traditional teaching mode and concept were changed by using Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) and relying on the network platform to carry out multi-level teaching methods such as flipped classroom and Task-Based Leaming (TBL).We gradually conducted formative assessment to promote learning.Thus,the interest and the enthusiasm of students in learning were elevated and the independent learning capability were cultivated.

Objective The paper aimed to discuss the influence of case teaching of forensic pathology based on network platform on the critical thinking ability of forensic students.Methods Students majoring in forensic were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 20 students per group. According to heterogeneity classification, the experimental group was divided into 4 subgroups. The subgroups participated in network cases learning whereas the control group received traditional case teaching. Participants were required to fill in California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version (CCTDI-CV) before and after learning. CCTDI-CV scores, the scores of final exam and the number of students who had improved in CCTDI-CV scores were compared between the two groups. Results For the experimental group, the total score of CCTDI-CVand the scores of items including looking for the truth, systematized ability, self-confidence, thirst for knowledge were significantly improved after learning. The performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group at the end of teaching (P＜0.05) . The scores of final exam were higher in the experimental group compared to the control group (P＜0.05) .Conclusion Forensic pathology cases teaching based on network platform is an effective way to stimulate students'critical thinking ability and to improve the study ability.

With the development of computer network technology,network teaching has become an important mode of continuing medical education.There are many kinds of medical imaging websites from both domestic and foreign.In general,they can be divided into three main categories,in terms of society official websites,academic journal websites,and educational resource websites.On the basis of the introduction of the representative domestic and international medical imaging websites,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of them,and emphasizes some measures to improve the application value of them in continuing medical education,including to establish an authoritative academic website to achieve continuing medical education credits,to strengthen the resources and function of various medical image sites,and to promote intelligent and personalized self-learning,etc.We hope the combination of medical imaging websites with continuing medical education will be much closer,so as to provide a good platform for imaging personnel to improve their professional level and scientific research ability.

Objective To observe the effect of the application of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) network platform in the information management of the patients with PICC.Methods Altogether 17 254 outpatients receiving PICC maintenance in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were enrolled as the control group,including 7 227 males and 10 027 females,with the median age of 58 years (12-85 years).A total of 20 384 outpatients from April 2013 to April 2014 with PICC were selected as the observation group,including 8 188 males and 12 196 females,~th the median age of 59 years (13-86 years).Those patients all received PICC maintenance in outpatient clinic during the intermission of therapy after PICC insertion.The time of data entry,the integrity of the data,description accuracy about complications,and normalization of wording were compared between the two groups.Results The average time of data entry in the control group was (46 ± 6) seconds,significantly longer than that in the observation group [(12 ± 5) seconds,t =562.660,P ＜ 0.05].In terms of the integrity of the data,there were 11 732 cases of complete data,3 623 cases of less complete data,and 1 899 cases of incomplete data in the control group;while the numbers of cases of complete data,less complete data,and incomplete data in the observation group were 19 568,725,and 91,respectively,showing significant difference compared with the control group (x2 =5 312.000,P ＜ 0.05).In the description accuracy about complications,the control group had 11 840 accurately described cases and 5 414 inaccurately described cases,while the observation group had 18 427 accurately described cases and 1 957 inaccurately described cases (x2 =2 814.000,P ＜ 0.05).The wording was standard in 15 280 cases but not standard in 1 974 cases in the control group,and standard in 19 659 cases and not standard in 725 cases in the observation group,with significant inter-group difference (x2 =872.600,P ＜0.05).Conclusion Simple and convenient data summary could help quality control and quality analysis,preferably guarantee the safety of catheter insertion and reduce the incidence of complications.

Our study discussed the experience of applying website, WeChat and so on to inspire the teaching interaction. By this way, it not only en-riches the content of course but also reforms the teaching method which makes the teaching form more flexible and interesting. Moreover, we prospect the advantage of the new information-based products in the endocrinology course. Through the above discussion, we think using internet technology reasonably can not only break the traditional teaching modes of endocrine, but also play a positive role in promot-ing the reform of endocrine teaching.

Objective We aimed to assess the influence of space teaching on junior-college nursing students' autonomous learning ability.Methods Using random number table,two classes of junior-college nursing students of Grade 2012 were selected and divided into the experimental group (46 students) and the control group (47 students) according to their classes.Students in the control group received routine multimedia teaching.Students in the experimental group received space teaching based on the platform of World University City.The effect of space teaching on developing nursing students' autonomous learning ability was assessed with the help of their test results and the nursing students' autonomous learning ability evaluation form.Results After carrying out space teaching,the average grade,theoretical performance,total points,the total score of autonomous learning ability and the score of each dimension in the experimental group and the differences were remarkably higher than those of the control group (t value was 2.80,2.45,2.29 and 11.58).Conclusions Space teaching can assist in arousing nursing students' learning motivation and improving nursing students' independent learning ability.It can be used for reference and promoted.

In view of the deficiency of class hour and the limitations of classroom teaching in the course of ocular fundus disease, a network teaching platform, based on Browser/Server structure, was explored and constructed to assist classroom teaching. The network platform was constituted with teaching demonstration system, communication-test system, search system, and help system, mainly including 18 functional modules of learning-world et al. The students can be guided with the modules such as navigation, acting as a self-regulated learner through the modules such as learning-world, searching and downloading the related learning materials through the modules such as searching and discussing different learning topics with other students and their teachers through the modules such as forum. The network platform was used for classroom teaching of ocular fundus disease in auxiliary , and the result showed it was helpful to breaking the time and space constraints in conventional teach-ing, expanding the teaching content, solving the difficulties in teaching, improving the students' learning initiative, and realizing the interactive teaching.

Objective To study the feasibility of regional network platform for wound care technical training.Methods Micro-letter pubic number and internet technologies were used to develop a regional network platform of wound care which has one center with multiple branches,training nurses how to take care of wound by the educational column.Results There were 383 nurses had browsed the web site and took part in the learning since regional network platform was working 3 months,931 nurses paid close at-tention to Micro-letter pubic number.Performance examination was improved obviously after training,the percent of pass was 17.8% before training and 80.7% after training,the difference was with statistical significance (χ2=303.629,P<0.01).Conclu-sion The regional network platform of wound care based on micro-letter and internet technologies has a promising application.

Objective:To supply the rescue and treatment to stroke patients in the first time by the building of green information network platform. Methods:Build green information network platform, which taking the UCC as the entrance, using the IP green alarm bell system as the start point, mixing the Hospital Information System, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, Laboratory Information System, and office automation system together. The platform attains the features of systems interflowed, equipment connected, information shared and data sending at once. These features make the sharing of patient’s information accurate and faster, so that the emergency rescue process is optimized. Results:In the past, it might cost about 20 minutes between the patients’ arriving and the rescue’s starting. When the green information network platform was used, the time was reduced to about 3 minutes. Conclusion: The green information network platform can optimize the process of emergency rescue effectively.
