ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To explore the feasibility of using network system to carry out desktop health emergency response exercise for sudden poisoning incidents,and to understand the emergency response capability on sudden poisoning incident in Guangdong Province. METHODS: A chemical poisoning incident caused by drinking polluted water was simulated. Eight questions were designed in 4 sections including the emergency report,response,disposal and strain capacity to the emergency. A total of 10 teams from prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province answered through the desktop network exercise system designed by National Institute of Occupational Health and Poison Control. Meanwhile,the experts judged score using this system. RESULTS: Ten teams were familiar and adapted to the network system in a relatively short period of time. The scores of emergency report,response,disposal and strain capacity on emergency were(14. 9 ± 2. 3),(6. 0 ±2. 2),(20. 7 ± 4. 1) and(13. 2 ± 3. 5),respectively. The score rates of above 4 sections were(74. 5 ± 11. 5) %,(50. 4 ±18. 7) %,(43. 5 ± 8. 5) % and(66. 2 ± 17. 5) %,respectively. The score rate of emergency report was higher than that of response and disposal( P < 0. 05). The score rate of strain was higher than that of disposal( P < 0. 05). The total score of desktop exercises of the 10 teams was(55. 0 ± 8. 0),which was low on the whole. CONCLUSION: The network system can be used for desktop exercise for sudden poisoning incidents. There is a weak link in the health emergency response capacity of sudden poisoning incidents in Guangdong Province and the capability of emergency response and disposal should be strengthened.

ABSTRACT

The real-time training and mutual network system of stomatology is particularly suited for evaluating the clinical practice training process.This mutual system introduced the closed loop type mutual mode,which ensured the reliability of the evaluation in the practice teaching process by the mutual feedback between students and students,students and teachers.The system solved the deficiency of the previous open loop mutual systemand made the evaluation results more objective.The system realized the process control in practice teaching,and made progress in many ways such as improving the evaluation system of students' abilities,and promoting independent learning and feedback of the teaching.Through this system platform,the students make homework as a link to discover knowledge and further solve the problem.This system guides students to develop the abilities of independent learning and mutual learning,which combines students' mutual evaluation and teachers' evaluation,and shows teaching points comprehensively.The realtime training and mutual network system can explore an effective mean in the transformation education of stomatology,and further meet the new requirements of the social development.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the nursing cooperation ofpre-hospital emergency trauma and hospital treatment intelligent network operation system seamless docking. Methods 56 cases of traumatic patients had surgical treatment in the hospital from July 1,2016 to November 30,2016 had pre-hospital emergency trauma hospital treatment intelligent network operation system (TPEITS) applied in emergency saving, at the same time of pre-hospital first aid, by CT and ultrasound B checking hospital appointments was finished with TPEITS system to open checking green channel and shorten the checking waiting time of patients. When the booking checking, operating room and emergency personnel appointment was finished through TPEITS system, open the green channel of the surgery, shorten the surgery patients waiting time,and in pre-hospital and hospital emergency care coordination were applied. Effective treatment time (patients disease onset to surgery time), rescue success rate, length of hospital stay and patients′satisfaction of the patients were statistically analyzed.And 32 cases of emergency trauma patients had normal pre-hospital emergency, hospital surgical treatment and nursing from February 1, 2016 to June 30,2016 were taken as control group.TPEITS system and regular pattern effective treatment time, rescue success rate, length of hospital stay and patients′ satisfaction, etc were compared. Results Effective treatment time and hospital stay of TPEITS system were(42.26±5.47)min and(36.45±9.85)d respectively,which were shorter than the(78.53±16.78)min and(48.28±12.55)d of regular pattern.And rescue success rate and patients′satisfaction of TPEITS system were 94.64%(53/56)and 92.86%(52/56) respectively,which were higher than the 75.00%(24/32)and 68.75%(22/32)of regular pattern(x2=5.500, 8.846, P<0.05). Conclusions Pre- hospital emergency trauma combined with hospital treatment intelligent network operation system seamless docking with good nursing can shorten the emergency response time, shorten the operation prepare time, improve the rescue effect and patient satisfaction,therefore,it worth clinical promotion.

ABSTRACT

University life can be stressful for even the most satisfied students. Especially medical school students have higher levels of stress. To manage their stress level and social connection, they are using SNS. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of SNS on medical students by analysis of SNS use pattern of medical students. In the analysis of the first grade of Medicine, 51 students (58.6%) posted on Facebook in the past year and posted a total of 1,452 articles (average: 28.5). We analyzed the content of the posts and found that most of them were celebrating a birthday (50%) or confirming their regards (18%). Next, there were other people's posts (10%) and travel posts (6%). Besides, there were profile photo upload (3%), school life (3%), romance (2%) or family (1%). Female students (16 times / 17 students) changed the profile pictures more frequently than male students (18 times / 34 students) (p = 0.003). There was no statistical significance in all items except for the change of profile picture according to sex. On the other hand, the analysis of the content of the share showed that most of the contents shared about humor (42%), food (15%) and music (14%). Most of the medical students used SNS primarily for social activities, not for educational purposes. Based on this analysis, there should be more research on how SNS can help medical students during medical education.

However, the development and revision of TCM CPGs have been influenced due to lack of TCM CPGs reporting and feedback channel. Therefore, during the TCM standardization network establish-ment, we studied the application model of TCM CPGs with spontaneous reporting network, in order to provide the ba-sis for further TCM CPGs development and revision.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for clinical rational drug use.METHODS:Computer network system(CNS)of clinical rational drug use was constructed by using Hospital Information System(HIS),electronic medical records for both outpatients and inpatients and Prescription automatic screening system(PASS),which was then used for real time monitoring of clinical drug use.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:CNS has become an indispensable means for hospital management and clinical drug use in that it can provide support for the data analysis of clinical rational drug use,improve the level of clinical rational drug use,standardize the medical behavior and imrpove the treatment quality.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To improve real time monitoring,and early precaution and treatment of nosocomial infection(NI) achievement ratio,increase rescue achievement ratio,and reduce mortality and boost medical quality.METHODS NI is related to the health of hospital crowd,especially inpatients′ rehabilitation.NI could aggravate patient pathogenetic condition,and increase complication and case fatality.So NI might make big economic loss to a person,even an nation.In order to prevent and control the incidence of NI,based on the hospital information system(HIS),we fully used the patient information,bacterial culture,and susceptibility test result and network to track,and to analyze the infection case and prewarning monitoring of NI by preset prewarning parameter.Therefore we could promptly discover sporadic infection case and know the infection prevalence and outbreak.RESULTS Now in our hospital we have changed retrospective investigation to prospective and targeted investigation.The hospital infection incidence rate and underreporting rate have reduced efficiently.CONCLUSIONS Real time monitoring of NI network system is a necessary method in modern hospitals.

ABSTRACT

This study was to develop the home care nursing network system for low income and vulnerable health people by utilizing wire- wireless network and mobile computing in order to record and send patients' data in real time, and connect the headquarter office and four local community health centers. The methods were the Method/1 and Prototyping were adopted to develop the main network system. Results were: 1) home care nursing standard guidelines for Diabetes, cancer and peritoneal-dialysis, dementia/mental disorder, and chronic arthritis were added in 12 domains of nursing problem field with nursing assessment/intervention algorithms. 2) upgrading PDA system by utilizing the machinery and tools where the PDA and the data transmission modem are integrated, CDMX - 1X base construction in order to reduce a transmission hour and the transmission failure.

ABSTRACT

This paper introduces the setting and configuration of our hospital's fPACS workstation, which is developed by the First Military Medical University. The fPAX video workstations are used as the terminals, including fPAX sampling workstation for video, picture and number, fPAX diagnosis workstation, fPAX clinician workstation and fPAX consultation center workstation. The workstation is equipped with an IBM4 2G host computer, an 80G fixed disc, an EMS memory more than 512M and a SONY 21″ pure flat display. Our experience of building PACS workstation proves that the reasonable setting and configuration is helpful to save the money and increase the efficiency.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this project is to implement "Homecare Nursing Network System" using wireless network which was able to manage homecare service efficiently. Therefore, by completing the project of "Homecare Nursing Network System", the research team connected the headquarter and the local homecare service offices over the Internet, and built the database and application programs to operate the offices. Homecare nurses are using the PDA(personal digital assistant) in order to provide homecare nursing service, to record the patients' data, and to send and receive the data in real time. It results in improving the quality of the homecare service through the computerized knowledge-based assess and intervention algorithms. The team also has implemented the homepage to introduce the homecare office and to provide the homecare service information. "Homecare Nursing Network System" allows us to manage homecare nursing service under the computerized environment, to keep track of the homecare nursing document efficiently, to improve the quality of homecare nursing, and to expand its business territory.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to evaluate cervical lymph node metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma patients by MRI film and neural network system. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The oral squamous cell carcinoma patients(21 patients, 59 lymph nodes) who have visited SNU hospital and been taken by MRI, were included in this study. Neck dissection operations were done and all of the cervical lymph nodes were confirmed with biopsy. In MR images, each lymph node were evaluated by using 6 MR imaging criteria(size, roundness, heterogeneity, rim enhancement, central necrosis, grouping) respectively. Positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and accuracy of each single MR imaging criteria were calculated. At neural network system, the layers of neural network system consisted of 10 input layer units, 10 hidden layer units and 1 output layer unit. 6 MR imaging criteria previously described and 4 MR imaging criteria (site I-node level 2, site II-other node level, shape I-oval, shape II-bean) were included for input layer units. The training files were made of 39 lymph nodes(24 metastatic lymph nodes, 10 non-metastatic lymph nodes) and the testing files were made of other 20 lymph nodes(10 metastatic lymph nodes, 10 non-metastatic lymph nodes). The neural network system was trained with training files and the output level (metastatic index) of testing files were acquired. Diagnosis from neural network was decided according to 4 different standard metastatic index-68, 78, 88, 98 respectively and positive predictive values, negative predictive values and accuracy of each standard metastatic index were calculated. RESULTS: In the diagnosis of using single MR imaging criteria, the rim enhancement criteria had the highest positive predictive value, 0.95 and the size criteria showed the highest at negative predictive value, 0.77. The highest accurate criteria was heterogeneity with the accuracy of 0.81 and the lowest one was central necrosis with accuracy of 0.59. In the diagnosis of using neural network systems, the highest accurate standard metastatic index was 78, and that time, the accuracy was 0.90. Neural network system was more accurate than any other single MR imaging criteria in evaluating cervical lymph node metastasis. CONCLUSION: Neural network system has been shown to be more useful than any other single MR imaging criteria. In future, Neural network system will be powerful aiding tool in evaluating cervical node metastasis.

Objective:establishment a Laboratory Information Management System.Methods:The interface is designed by visual basic 6;the database managed by ACCESS;the enquiry and statistic work is finished by SQL sentences;data is received by utilizing Active X control;and the report work is finished by Printer object and DataReport designer.Results:This system has over-all functions,beautiful interface and resistant database,it performs the common statistics and supervisory functions basically.Conclusion:There are some innovative things such as three-steps management pattern,dynamic contrast current record with historical information,variegated seek and statistics,humanization design and utility tools.on the whole,it is a software which can service the needs of clinical work and has a broad future.
