La presente norma tiene por objeto establecer las disposiciones técnicas y administrativas para la implementación, uso, funcionamiento y mejora continua del Sistema Integrado de Salud, como componente del Sistema Único de Información en Salud en el Ministerio de Salud.

The purpose of this standard is to establish the technical and administrative provisions for the implementation, use, operation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Health System, as a component of the Single Health Information System in the Ministry of Health
