ABSTRACT

Objective:The three-step model of ″new nurse, professional group nurse, and clinical nurse specialist″ combines the clinical professional nursing group to promote the development of clinical nurse research capabilities and the construction of nursing research teams.Methods:A three-step model of ″new nurse, professional group nurse, and clinical nurse specialist″ was established by combining the individual development of nurses and team collaboration. Taking the clinical professional nursing group as the entry point, clinical work of the clinical professional nursing group, quality control of clinical professional nursing groups, quality control circle activities, nurse career development, and nursing research team building were integrated to implement the three-step model, thereby driving the development of clinical nurses′ research capacity and nursing research team construction. The methods of the three-step model combined with clinical professional nursing groups to promote the development of clinical nurse research capabilities and the construction of nursing research teams were implemented. The following were the eleven specific management measures: Improving the structure and echelon construction of clinical professional nursing groups, developing research plans and goals from four dimensions (departments, clinical professional nursing groups, individual nurses, and new nurses), carrying out nursing research training to clinical professional nursing groups that emphasizes both theriotical methods and practical operations, organizing nursing research projects by clinical professional nursing groups, promoting the innovation of work towards digitization and informatization, promoting clinical professional nursing groups to conduct interventional studies, launching quality control circle projects by clinical professional nursing groups, participating in and hosting nursing rounds by clinical professional nursing groups, improving the clinical technical problem by The clinical professional nursing groups, encouraging collaboration and communication between clinical professional nursing groups and physicians, facilitating the cross-integration and development of clinical professional nursing groups.Results:The three-step model has promoted the growth of nurses from the route of ″new nurse, professional group nurse, and clinical nurse specialist″, built a nursing research team and talent echelon based on the breakthrough of clinical professional nursing groups, and solved clinical practical problems and produced scientific research results.Conclusions:Implementing the three-step model combined with clinical professional nursing groups to promote the development of clinical nurse research capabilities and the construction of nursing research teams can promote the collaborative development of clinical nursing research and clinical nursing work.

Introdução: Os enfermeiros em sua prática na atenção básica têm o desafio de desenvolver a gestão do cuidado, abarcando os diferentes segmentos que estruturam o contexto da saúde. Objetivo: Descrever as práticas de gestão do cuidado de enfermeiros na atenção básica. Métodos: Abordagem qualitativa do tipo descritiva e exploratória. Os participantes foram 13 enfermeiros de unidades básicas de saúde em cinco municípios da região noroeste do Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas e analisados a partir de análise temática. Resultados: Foram identificadas quatro categorias: Planejamento; Organização; Gestão de pessoas; e Avaliação. Conclusão: As práticas de gestão do cuidado desenvolvidas pelos enfermeiros contribuem para a organização do ambiente de trabalho e qualidade assistencial na atenção básica(AU)

Participaron 13 enfermeras de unidades de salud básicas en cinco municipios en la región noroeste de Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Los datos fueron recolectados a través de entrevistas y analizados en base al análisis temático. Resultados: Se identificaron cuatro categorías: planificación; organización; gestión de personas; y evaluación. Conclusión: Las prácticas de gestión desarrolladas por las enfermeras contribuyen a la organización del ambiente de trabajo y la calidad de la atención en la atención básica(AU)


Introduction: Nurses, in their practice in primary care, have the challenge of developing care management, covering the different segments that structure the health setting. Objective: To describe the care management practices in primary care. Methods: Qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study. 13 nurses from basic health units in five municipalities in the northwest region of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, participated. Data were collected through interviews and thematically analyzed. Results: Four categories were identified: planning, organization, people management, and evaluation. Conclusion: The management practices developed by nurses contribute to the organization of the work environment and the quality of care in basic care(AU)

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to test validity and reliability of the Korean-Sieloff King Assessment of Group Outcome Attainment within organization in Korea (K-SKAGOAO), and also to explore the relationship of Korean nursing group power and job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational performance. METHODS: Participants were 481 nurse managers, nurse unit managers or staff nurses with over 7 years experience. Data were collected by post mail and analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis test, Tukey test, and Spearman's correlation. RESULTS: Content Validity Index was over .82 and Cronbach's α coefficient for the K-SKAGOAO was .97. The mean score for Korean nursing group power was 136.77 among the total participants, 139.89 among nurse managers, 136.74 among nurse unit managers and 132.47 among staff nurses. These results showed high nursing group power in Korea nursing organization in hospitals. There was also a significant difference according to nurse position (p=.003). Korean nursing group power was positively related to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational performance. CONCLUSION: Findings show that the K-SKAGOAO has validity and reliability. Nursing groups can use the K-SKAGOAO to evaluate the nursing group power of each nursing organization and to develop strategies to improve nursing power and nursing outcomes.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the application efficacy of responsibility system for holistic nursing system in high-quality nursing service in the department of respiratory medicine.Methods Department of respiratory medicine unit which was the quality nursing service demonstrated unit in our hospital was selected.The nursing responsibility-bound grouping system was first performed and the nurse-incharge would provide the patients with whole and continuous nursing service.Before and 6 months after the application,the nursing job satisfaction was conducted and the nursing grouping system satisfaction was also evaluated among nurses and doctors.Results Six months after the application of nursing responsibility-bound grouping system,the patient satisfaction with nursing job was raised obviously in the unit.Conclusions The application of responsibility-bound grouping system can not only promote the activity but also mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,and then high-quality nursing service was resulted.So the service system was worthy of clinical application.
