ABSTRACT

Objetivo: analisar os desafios para a efetividade da formação do internato em enfermagem na Atenção Básica, a partir dos discursos coletivos dos atores envolvidos. Método: estudo exploratório-descritivo, que ocorreu entre março de 2013 e janeiro de 2015. Teve sua investigação no Internato de Enfermagem na Atenção Básica de duas Universidades do Nordeste brasileiro. Participaram sete discentes, três docentes e seis preceptores, selecionados a partir de critérios pré-estabelecidos. Utilizou o Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo, com o apoio do Quantiqualisoft©. Resultados: foram identificados, como principais desafios para a efetividade do internato, a interligação entre teoria e prática e a integração ensino-serviço, as quais foram entendidas como desafios do seio educacional e estrutural, o que denotou a necessária participação do sistema de saúde pública. Conclusão: evidenciou-se a necessidade de reestruturação dos internatos, destacando a construção de uma agenda de compromisso e deveres entre universidade e gestão municipal.


Objective: to examine the challenges for nursing education in Basic Care to be effective, based on the collective discourses of the actors involved. Method: this exploratory, descriptive study of Basic Care nursing internships took place between March, 2013, and January, 2015, at two universities in northeast Brazil. Participants were seven students, three teachers and six preceptors, selected on pre-established criteria. Collective Subject Discourse was used with the support of Quantiqualisoft© software. Results: the main challenges for an internship to be effective were identified as being the interconnection between theory and practice, and integration between education and work. These were understood as challenges of an education and structural order, denoting necessary participation by the public health system. Conclusion: there was shown to be a need to restructure internships, particularly to construct an agenda of commitment and duties between university and municipal administration.

Método: estudio exploratório y descriptivo, que ocurrió entre marzo de 2013 y enero de 2015. Su investigación tuvo lugar en el Internado de Enfermería en la Atención Básica de dos Universidades del Nordeste brasileiro. Participaram siete alumnos, tres profesores y seis preceptores, seleccionados por criterios pre-establecidos. Se utilizó el Discurso del Sujeto Coletivo con el apoyo de Quantiqualisoft©. Resultados: se identificaron como principales desafíos para una efectividad del internado, la interconexión entre la teoría y la práctica, y la integración del enseñanza-servicio, que fueron entendidas como desafíos del seno educativo y estructural, lo que mostró necesaria participación del sistema de salud pública. Conclusión: se mostró la necesidad de reestructuración de los internados, destacando una construcción de una agenda de compromiso y deberes entre la universidad y la gestión municipal.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the level of mindfulness,mental toughness and clinical practice of nursing internship, to analyze the relationship between the level of mindfulness and mental toughness and clinical practice, to further improve the level and ability of nursing internship in clinical practice. Methods A total of 298 nursing internship in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were included in the study. The level of mindfulness, resilience and clinical practice ability of all nursing internship were examined. The level of mindfulness, resilience and clinical practice ability of nursing students were analyzed. The relationship between mindfulness level, resilience and clinical practice ability of nursing students in our hospital were observed. Results The score of male nursing internshipin observation and description dimensions were 3.36±0.45, 3.52±0.43, significantly higher than female nursing internship 3.02 ± 0.41, 3.19 ± 0.38, the difference was statistically significant (t=6.815, 7.028, P<0.05). The scores of male nursing internship in individual ability, social ability, planning style, social resources and family cohesion dimensions were 4.82±0.36, 5.09±0.46, 4.06±0.42, 4.73±0.35, 5.04± 0.39, which were higher than those of female nursing students 4.51 ± 0.34, 4.89 ± 0.42, 3.91 ± 0.38, 4.58 ±0.31, 4.88 ± 0.32, the difference was statistically significant (t=3.268-6.847, P<0.05). Male nursing internship in the use of theoretical knowledge, communication and clinical skills scores were 3.35 ± 0.38, 3.76±0.45, 3.59±0.46, lower than that of female nursing internship 3.56±0.39, 3.54±0.42, 3.42±0.41, the difference was statistically significant (t=4.678, 2.851, 2.243, P<0.05). The level of mindfulness and the level of resilience of the male and female nursing internship were positively correlated with the ability of clinical practice (r=0.823- 0.884,P<0.05). Conclusions The level of mindfulness and mental toughness is the influencing factors of nursing internship in clinical practice ability, through the cultivation of the level of mindfulness and mental toughness for clinical nursing internship, we can effectively improve the clinical practice ability of nursing students,improve the level of nursing and ensure medical safety.

Objetivo: Desenvolver um programa de treinamento para enfermeiros residentes em cirurgia robótica. Método: Trata­se de um relato de experiência em um hospital filantrópico privado de grande porte no município de São Paulo. Para o programa de residência em Enfermagem foi desenvolvido um treinamento para enfermeiras residentes com foco na especialização em cirurgia robótica com carga teórico­prática para o sistema do robô Da Vinci. Resultados: As enfermeiras residentes desenvolveram o conhecimento cognitivo com o treinamento virtual e a habilidade técnica durante a simulação com o manuseio do robô, dos instrumentais e dos equipamentos. Foram liberadas para iniciação prática com supervisão de enfermeiro especialista até que possuam segurança na execução do procedimento de montagem do robô Da Vinci. Conclusão: O treinamento foi avaliado pelas residentes como satisfatório para aquisição de conhecimento teórico­prático. A capacitação de profissionais especialistas em cirurgia robótica é um diferencial na residência de Enfermagem perioperatória.


Objective: To develop a training program in robotic surgery addressed to resident nurses. Method: This is a case report conducted in a major private, philanthropic hospital in the city of São Paulo. For the Nursing Residency Program, resident nurses were trained focusing on the specialization in robotic surgery, including theory and practice, to use the Da Vinci robot system. Results: The resident nurses developed cognitive knowledge through virtual training, and technical skills during the simulation of robot handling, as well as the instruments and the equipment. They were referred to practical initiation, supervised by an expert nurse, until they were confident to execute the procedure of assembling the Da Vinci robot. Conclusion: The residents considered the training satisfactory to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge. The training of professionals specialized in robotic surgery is a differential in perioperative Nursing residency.

Método: Se trata de un relato de experiencia en un hospital filantrópico privado de grande porte en el municipio de São Paulo. Para el programa de residencia en Enfermería fue desarrollada una capacitación para enfermeras residentes con enfoque en la especialización en cirugía robótica con carga teórico­práctica para el sistema del robot Da Vinci. Resultados: Las enfermeras residentes desarrollaron el conocimiento cognitivo con la capacitación virtual y la habilidad técnica durante la simulación con el manejo del robot, de los instrumentos y de los equipos. Fueron liberadas para iniciación práctica con supervisión de enfermero especialista hasta que posean seguridad en la ejecución del procedimiento de montaje del robot Da Vinci. Conclusión: La capacitación fue evaluada por las residentes como satisfactorio para adquisición de conocimiento teórico­práctico. La capacitación de profesionales especialistas en cirugía robótica es un diferencial en la residencia de Enfermería perioperatoria.
