ABSTRACT
The establishment of the National Clinical Research Base of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is very helpful for TCM research. The construction of a Chinese medicine research laboratory is an important part of the National Clinical Research Base of TCM. In this paper, researches on Chinese medicine laboratory construc-tion were discussed. It was combined with the actual construction of research laboratories of our hospital. This ar-ticle also discussed the geographical features and clinical needs of the National Clinical Research Base of TCM construction. Ideas of laboratory plan, open laboratory and experimental shared services platform construction were put forward in advance .

The status of health inspection,the setting of courses,teaching reform,requirement of professional and the training pattern of innovative professional were deeply discussed and researched.The pros and cons of several patterns on professional training were summarized.The courses setting and reform emphasis of the innovative professional training were proposed,all of which provided useful view and ideas for training health inspection professionals.

Computer laboratory teaching is the most important method to train the computer operating skills of medical students.Therefore,we have attempted the student-centered open-laboratory teaching model.This teaching model can train the computer operating skills and creative ability of students in medical college.

To culture creative persons with ability,experimental teaching systems has to be revolutionized.Comparatively concentrated and appropriately dispersed experimental managing pattern can be adopted to build up a new experimental teaching system,which combines systematic teaching and further exploration.The questions on how to develop open laboratory,change traditional experimental teaching pattern,improve the use of instrument and laboratory,pool fund to avoid repeated construction,and achieve fully share of resources are discussed in this article.
