ABSTRACT
Objective @#To explore the reform of the operating mechanism of centers for disease control and prevention ( CDCs ) in the new era, and to put forward recommendations. @*Methods @#We collected the financial investment and staffing of CDCs in Zhejiang Province from 2018 to 2020 through China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and Zhejiang Health Statistical Yearbook. We conducted a questionnaire survey among 620 staffs selected by convenience sampling, and a qualitative interview among 40 leaders and experts from CDCs and general hospitals in Zhejiang Province. @*Results @#By the year 2020, there were 105 CDCs in Zhejiang Province, including 1 province-level, 11 prefecture-level, 90 county-level and 3 development zone-level ones. The revenues were mainly from financial subsidy and business incomes, which were over expenditures. There were 7 008 posts in CDCs, with a staffing allocation ratio of 1.29/10 000. Among the reform measures of operation mechanism of CDCs, the flexible communication between clinicians and public health doctors was highly approved (90.03%); among the reform measures of enhancing the integration of prevention and treatment, further clarifying the public health functions of hospitals and ensuring financial compensation was highly approved (74.01%).@*Conclusion @#We should further stimulate the endogenous power and vitality of CDCs, strengthen the construction of talent team, promote the active integration of hospitals and CDCs, and improve public health level.

Objective How to make good use of the construction opportunity of the medical association to integrate resources,build scientific research platform and establish practical operation mechanism,to improve the technology innovation ability of district county-level hospitals.Methods Through literature analysis and empirical study,this paper discusses the feasibility and operation mechanism of the construction of research platform in district county-level hospitals.Results The research platform can be built with the help of medical association construction.The operation mechanism can effectively improve the research level of district county-level hospitals,by taking the chance of discipline construction,implementing the institutional mechanism for rewards and punishment.Conclusions With the help of superior medical experts,two-way referral,academic lectures and other activities,advanced scientific culture idea was spread;The training of scientific research personnel,resource integration,and project cooperation increased opportunities.All of this to set up a new platform for district county-level hospitals to promote their scientific and technological innovation abilities.By taking the chance of discipline construction,clarified target responsibility,to carry out the rewards and punishment system and the implementation of the scientific and technological innovation incentive mechanism,can force them to actively promote the ability of scientific and technological innovation,actively carry out scientific research and improve the level of business.

Chinese herbal medicine supply chain as the core link of construction of Chinese herbal medicine circulation system, is currently facing the diversification of sales formats, the flow of channel reconstruction, the rapid development of electronic commerce and Chinese herbal medicine quality and safety awareness of the impact of increasing. The supply chain of Chinese herbal medicine is based on the theory of supply chain of agricultural products, but the diversity of Chinese herbal medicines, the complexity of the source and the particularity of the production and processing and maintenance processes determine that the supply chain of Chinese herbal medicine cannot simply apply the agricultural product logistics theory. By analyzing the basic connotation and current model of the supply chain of Chinese herbal medicine, this paper analyzes the theoretical difficulties and practical dilemma faced by the supply chain of Chinese herbal medicine, and puts forward the basic framework of the theory research of supply chain theory of Chinese herbal medicine, as well as supply chain operation mechanism, supply chain logistics management and supply Chain financial innovation strategy, aimed at promoting the Chinese herbal medicine supply chain theory and industrial development breakthrough.

The paper reviewed the history of drug price addition system and its impact on hospital management. Based on such facts,authors stated that the significance of abolishing drug price addition helped hospital management not to run their hospitals as a business, helped medical practitioners to make their clinical decisions based on medical needs, and to make the health care service deserve the professionals′value and contributions. Following the abolishment, the hospitals need to reform their internal operating mechanisms before they can achieve better performance.

The first family doctor studio was established at 2011 in Shanghai,afterwards a wide variety of family doctor studios were set up over the country.Family doctor studio has been become a significant form and carrier to promote the family doctor service.However,there are still lacks of unified standards and perfect mechanisms for its operation and evaluation.To adapt the reform of community health service,it is urgent to standardize the family doctor studio,to promote the development of the community health service and the reform of the family doctor system.Based on Zhoujiaqiao mode,Changning District has kept exploring the operation mechanism,standardizing the management and service mode,and promoting brand building of the family doctor studio since 2012.The service mode and operation mechanism of family doctor studio with Changning characteristics has gradually formed.This article summarizes the construction,development and improvement of the family doctor studio.
ABSTRACT
A summary of the reform for public hospitals'internal operating mechanism in 17 pilot cities identified its four main patterns,the internal decision-making machanism,human resource management mechanism,compensation allocation system,and business mechanism.It also analyzed the initial outcomes and problems encountered in the reform.On this basis,the authors proposed the direction for the reform pattern in designing the internal operating mechanism for reference of a wholescale reform of public hospitals in China.
