ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the operative cooperation of the intra-extra cranial bypass operation of the intracranial giant aneurysms. Methods A retrospective analysis of 7 patients who had intracranial giant aneurysm and received the intra-extra cranial bypass operation from October 2014 to June 2016. All preoperative and intraoperative nursing points of operative cooperation were analyzed. Results The post-operative digital subtraction angiographies of 7 patients without any perioperative nursing complications showed enough flow in the bypass arteries. Conclusions Operative multi-incision managing, positive temperature intervening, special instruments using and thrombosis preventing play very important roles in the nursing points of the successful operative cooperation.

ABSTRACT

Objective To summarize the key points of cooperative nursing care to patients with pelvic, acetabular and peripheral tumors treated with half pelvic prosthesis replacement with computer aided 3D printing. Methods Night patients with pelvic, acetabular and peripheral tumors treated with half pelvic prosthesis replacement with computer aided 3D printing during April 2014 and March 2017 were included in the study. Before replacement, the entity models were printed for confirmation of tumor range, surgical simulation and planning. After resection of tumors, the half pelvic prosthesis by 3D printing was used to reconstruct the bone defects. The points for nursing cooperation were summarized. Result All the patients lived through the replacement and survived by short-term follow-ups, reporting no complications and normal function of hip joint at movement. Conclusion In view of nursing the patients with with pelvic, acetabular and peripheral tumors treated with half pelvic prosthesis replacement with computer aided 3D printing, such nursing measures as careful preoperative preparation for the surgery, specialized nursing assessment, body position nursing, aseptic operation and tumor free technique, dynamic observation of vital signs and close nursing cooperation are critical for the success of half pelvic prosthesis replacement.

ABSTRACT

Objective To summarize the key points in operative cooperation in laparoscopy and rigid choledochoscopy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with calculus of bile duct. Methods 86 cases of cholecystolithiasis complicated with calculus of bile duct were treated with laparoscopy combined with rigid choledochoscopy.Perioperative nursing was conducted carefully. Results Operations on 84 of cases were successful and another 2 cases turned to open operations. The average bleeding volume was(20.3±1.3)mL and the average operation duration was(90.6±10.1)mins.The clearance rate of calculus was 91.7%. Conclusions The laparoscopy combined with rigid choledochoscopy is safe and minimal in invasion and high in clearance rate of calculus. The skillful operative cooperation is critical for the smooth performance of the operation.

ABSTRACT

Objective To summarize the main points of nursing the patients during small incision minimally invasive cardiac surgery. Methods Two hundred and seventy-one patients underwent small incision minimally invasive cardiac surgery during April 2010 and December 2010.The cooperative nursing was performed. Results The patients went well with the operations, with the average extracorporeal circulation time of(117.3±47.1)min and aorta blocking time of(82.6±32.1) min.All of the patients were discharged, without postoperative complications.(6.8±2.6)d.Perioperative and after discharge with no deaths.Postoperative recovery and no postoperative complications, were recovered and discharged without any complications. The postoperative hospital length of stay was(6.8±2.6)d.Conclusions The minimally invasive cardiac surgery is effective and safe. The preoperative health education and intraoperative nursing cooperation are critical for the operative success.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the operative cooperation and nursing points of holmium laser lithotripsy under percutaneous nephroscope. Methods A retrospective study was carried out to investi-gate the operative cooperation and nursing of 38 patients receiving holmium laser lithotripsy under percuta-neous nephroscope in our hospital from March 2006 to August 2007. Results Stones were completely cleared in 31 patients at first holmium laser lithotripsy,in 5 patients at second holmium laser lithotripsy,in 2 patients at third holmium laser lithotripsy. One patient complicated with water intoxication and septicemia. Operation time ranged from 50 to 190 minutes, blood loss volume reached 50 to 200 ml with a average of 100 ml.No blood transfusion was needed during the operations and no secondary hemorrhage was seen postoperation. Double J catheter was inserted and indwelled for 30 to 60 days with a average of 38 days. Postoperative follow-up was satisfying. Conclusions Holmium laser lithotripsy under pereutaneous nephroscope possesses the advantages of little trauma, hemorrhage and complication and quick recovery. It is the best choice for treatment of calculus in urinary system.

ABSTRACT

Objective To summarize the key point of application of acellular dermal matrix(ADM)in operative cooperation of pharyngeal tissue repair. Methods In order to rebuild the air-tight cavity,ADM was sewn to the anterior vertebrae fascia in 7 patients with pharyngeal malignant tumor undergoing total laryngectomy or pharyngolaryngectomy to rebuild the posterior wall of the laryngopharynx.Meanwhile the muscular flap of the pectoralis major Was used to rebuild the anterior and lateral walls of the laryngopharynx. Results There was no reject reaction or pharyngeal fistula in these 7 cases and the wound surface were all mucous membranized. All the incisions reached the primary healing. Conclusions ADM is easy to get and possesses good histocompatibility and compatible thickness. It is easy to be managed during operation and can modify the peripharyngeal defect with the combination of muscular flap of the pectoralis major or any other neck tissue.Strict nursing preparation before operation and perfect cooperation during operation are key steps to complete the surgery successfully.
