ABSTRACT

Objective:To convert the HIS database character set into ZHS16GBK code in order to ensure Chinese character can be normally displayed after data were imported.Methods: Used the tool and text editor to complete the conversion of database character set which based on the basis of database character set and the functions of database import and export procedures. Results:By actual test, this research provide a set of technology solutions can upgrade character set and avoid Chinese display garbled.Conclusion:In order to avoid Chinese characters display garbled, actual test of character set would been finished before the database version is upgraded.

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop a PACS covering the whole hospital.Methods Communication between PACS and the existing HIS was realized with Web technology,SOA,Oracle database and barcode technology.esults The electronic information from HIS contributed to real-time,automatic and one-to-one charging by PACS,and the examining results and images were returned to HIS to implement the integration of data set,application set and flow set,and statistical analysis was carried out on the examining results,then a set of PACS/RIS with complete functions came into being.Conclusion PACS/RIS simplifies the process for visiting a doctor,decreases waiting time,transmits data on the detection equipment in time and implements paperless image report.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the migration of Windows operating system to Virtual Linux operation system to solve the problems faced by the main server of No.1 Military Medical Project HIS.Methods The migration was fulfilled with x86 hardware platform,open-source Linux operating system and virtualization technology to meet the performance and reliability requirements of No.1 Military Medical Project System.Results The migration was completed successfully to Virtual Linux system.Conclusion The migration scheme meets the requirements of HIS on performances,reliability,stability and safety,saves the cost for informatization,and is of great practical value.

ABSTRACT

Objective To improve the data storage performance of Oracle database and simplify data storage management in No.1 Military Medical Project.Methods Using the automatic storage management provided by Oracle 10g,Oracle database in No.1 Military Medical Project was upgraded to Oracle 10g,and then the upgraded Oracle database was migrated to Oracle automatic storage management system.At last,all kinds of tests were made to the Oracle automatic storage management system.Results Oracle automatic storage management system greatly simplified data storage management in such aspects as automatic disk striping,automatic datafile mirroring,automatic disk loads rebalancing,etc.Conclusion This method is simple and feasible with low cost.
