ABSTRACT
Se analiza el proceso de paz que se adelanta en Colombia entre la insurgencia de las FARCEP y el Gobierno de Colombia, observado desde los enfoques teóricos de los Estudios de laPaz, y desde la perspectiva del movimiento social, argumentando la necesidad de asumir el enfoque epistemológico de la Paz Transformadora y Participativa como vía para propiciar procesos integrales de construcción de paz más allá de la negociación.
Analysis is made of the peace process, which is being held in Colombia between the insurgents of the FARC-EP and the Colombian Government, which is noted from the theoretical approaches of the Studies of Peace and from the perspective of the social movement, arguing the need of assuming the epistemological approach of the Transformative and Participatory Peace as a way to favor integral processes for the construction of peace beyond negotiation.

O artigo apresenta algumas das principais reflexões de Freud sobre os temas da guerra e do pacifismo. Partindo do texto "Da guerra e morte. Temas da atualidade", escrito durante a Primeira Guerra Mundial, a autora mostra de que modo Freud estabeleceu a incursão da psicanálise no campo da política e de que modo esta conexão exige do analista manter sua escuta voltada para a singularidade contemporânea. Conclui que em relação a dimensão catastrófica do psiquismo, que podemos observar hoje, por exemplo, na passagem ao ato violento; na delinquência; na toxicomania; no totalitarismo que se coloca acima da lei e no fundamentalismo como instrumento da lei divina etc, importa salientar que a existência desses novos modos de expressão dos sintomas, põe à prova o devir da psicanálise. Lança, por fim, a aposta: o futuro da psicanálise depende da responsabilidade do analista em manter seu trabalho voltado à dinâmica psíquica do sujeito, individual ou coletivo, sem abrir mão do rigor dos conceitos freudianos.
The article presents some of the main reflections of Freud on the themes of war and pacifism from the text "About war and death. Current topics", written during the First World War, the author shows how Freud included psychoanalysis in politics and how this connection requests from the analyst the maintainance of his atention facing the singular contemporaneity. It concludes that for catastrophic dimension of the psyche, we can observe today, for example, in switching to the violent act, in delinquency, in drug abuse; in totalitarism that stands above the law and fundamentalism as an instrument of divine law etc, it should be noted that the existence of these new modes of expression of symptoms tests the becoming of psychoanalysis. There is, finally, a bet: the future of psychoanalysis depends on the analysts' responsibility to keep their work focused on the individual or collective subject of psychic dynamics, without sacrificing the rigor of Freudian concepts.
