The clinical application of B ultrasound guided cardiac catheterization in 39 cases as the treatment for pericardial effusion / 中国医师进修杂志

Objective To explore the curative effect of percutaneous catheter pericardiocentesis drainage of pericardial effusion by B ultrasound guided.Methods After the orientation of B ultrasound,the core vein catheter was planted in 39 cases of pericardial effusion.Results The treatment was safe and effective.39 cases with pericardial effusion were planted catheter successfully,with no severe complication such as myocardium or cardiac standstill.The catheter could be kept for (4-16)days in the pericardial space.Conclusion B ultrasound-guided pericardiocentesis drainage is simple,safe,and effective for pericardial effusion.
