La elaboración psíquica en la clínica de la urgencia / Psychic work in analitical experience of urgency

Este trabajo se enmarca en la investigación "La urgencia en salud mental en el hospital público en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires" dirigida por la Dra. Inés Sotelo (Ubacyt 2014-2017). Es el propósito de esta investigación extender los resultados de la investigación UBACyT 2008-2010 "Análisis comparativo de la demanda e intervenciones en salud mental" a una muestra anclada en hospitales de Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires cuyo objetivo es describir las características de la demanda en urgencia así como el modo de intervención y resolución de la misma. Luego de un primer análisis de los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación, nos interesa ubicar el concepto de elaboración psíquica, sus alcances y límites en el tratamiento de la urgencia subjetiva como punto de partida para describir, desde un marco psicoanalítico lacaniano, el movimiento subjetivo posible en la urgencia.

The following paper is framed within the research project \\\\\\\"Mental health urgency in the public hospital in the City of Buenos Aires\\\\\\\" directed by Dra. Inés Sotelo (UBACyT 2014-2017). The purpose of this investigation is to extend the results of the UBACyT 2008-2010 investigation \\\\\\\"Descriptive comparative study on emergency completion in four general hospitals of the MERCOSUR countries\\\\\\\" to a sample restricted to hospitals within the City of Buenos Aires; its objective is to characterise the population in emergency consultation as well as the mode of intervention and its resolution in hospitals in the City of Buenos Aires. Having analysed the results of both investigations, the main objective of this article is the description, from the psychoanalytic perspective based mainly on Lacan's work, of the possible subjective movement within the emergency and the interventions that could facilitate it; to that effect, this work will be centered on the concept of psychic work and its importance in the treatment of subjective urgency.

Este artigo apresenta o relato de uma experiência clínica com um grupo de crianças. Refere-se a uma vivência terapêutica transferencial surpreendente pela intensidade e riqueza do material produzido. Trata-se de um trabalho compartilhado com mais quatro colegas, que foi tecnicamente discutido e revisado pela equipe no decorrer do desenvolvimento. Destaco, ainda, os pilares teórico-técnicos principais, salientando a presença, a escuta analítica, o apoio no discurso e a função do corte na sessão.

This paper presents the report of a clinical experience with a group of children. It refers to a transferential therapeutic experience surprising in the intensity and wealth of the material produced. It is a piece of work shared among four other peers, technically discussed and revised by the team in the process of development. I highlight, also, the main theoretical and technical pillars, stressing presence, analytic listening, the use of discourse and the function of cutting the session.

Este artículo presenta el relato de una experiencia clínica con un grupo de niños. Se refiere a una vivencia terapéutica transferencial sorprendente por la intensidad y riqueza del material producido. Se trata de un trabajo compartido con cuatro colegas, siendo técnicamente discutido y revisado por el equipo en el transcurso del desarrollo. Destaco, también, los pilares teórico-técnicos principales, subrayando la presencia, la escucha analítica, el apoyo en el discurso y la función del corte en la sesión.
