ABSTRACT
N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP)is an endocrine hormone mainly derived from heart,partly from brain.During its process of secreting into blood,proBNP is decomposed into biological active BNP and biological inactive NT-proBNP.The plasma concentration of NT-proBNP is proportional to the ventricular volume and pressure,thus it is stable and has high value of quantitative analysis.NT-proBNP has strong effects on natriuresis,diuresis,dilation of blood vessels,and inhibition of renin angiotensin aldosterone system (RAAS)and sympathetic nervous system activity.The level of NT-proBNP in children's plasma is not affected by gestational age,sex,and birth weight,mode of delivery and nutrition of children.NT-proBNP is a specific indicator for diagnosing pediatric cardiovascular system disease,respiratory system disease,neonatal diseases,infectious diseases,kawasaki disease and other diseases,and should be used as a sensitive index to monitor the condition of diseases for its good predictive value.With the development of the research,NT-proBNP will play an increasingly important role in the diagnosis,risk stratification,monitoring treatment and prognostic evaluation of pediatric diseases.This article mainly reviews the biological characteristics,detective methods,normal range and diagnostic and predictive value of NT-proBNP in pediatric diseases.

Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody ( ANCA)-associated glomerulonephritis is the most common cause of rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis worldwide , and the renal biopsy is not only the gold standard for establishing the diagnosis ,but also help-ful to judge the prognosis in clinical practice .In 2010,Berden et al presented a pathologic classification which proposed four general categories of lesions:Focal, crescentic, mixed, and sclerotic.And then, several validation studies proved the prognostic value of this classification.However, the difference of renal survival is large in various pathological types among different studies , so it needs more studies to develop its prognostic value .This review mainly focuses on clinical significance , definition of pathological feature , and vali-dation study about this classification .

ABSTRACT
Objective To study and analyze the prognostic value of psychological dredging nursing combined with edaravone and naloxone in the treatment of craniocerebral injury. Methods 100 patients with craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from February 2012 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone combined with naloxone,experimental group were treated with edaravone combined with naloxone in treatment, and psychological counseling,pay attention to the psychological status of patients,strengthen communication and exchanges,increase confidence and compliance of patients. Compared and analyzed the blood coagulation indexes of the two groups. Results After corresponding treatment, the prothrombin time of the experimental group was (16.8±2.5)s, and the prothrombin time of the control group was (20.7±2.3)s. There was significantly statistical difference (P<0.05).In addition, the platelet count,activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time index in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with naloxone and psychological counseling in the treatment of craniocerebral injury can improve the abnormal coagulation function of patients significantly, and recover consciousness, and has clinical significance.

Procalcitonin (PCT)is a biomarker of early bacterial infection,and it can reflect severity of infection,and regarded as a prognostic factor.Community acquired pneumonia(CAP) is the main mortality and morbidity cause of children under 5 years old.The diagnosis of CAP mainly depends on clinical symptoms and chest radioactivity and regular blood test,and absent of specific indications,and mainly depends on clinicians experiences.The diagnosis and prognosis values in children CAP have been proved by many clinical trials.This paper reviews the clinical value of PCT on children CAP.
