ABSTRACT

El presente escrito tiene por objetivo demostrar que la relación entre la teología de la prosperidad, que se toma aquí específicamente en su expresión neopentecostal, y el neoliberalismo, entendido desde su dimensión de fuerza productora de subjetividad, se ha fortalecido dentro del actual marco de reproducción sistémica del capitalismo. Para esto se divide el escrito en tres partes: la primera, que se encarga de exponer conceptualmente el neopentecostalismo; la segunda, donde se expone la teología de la prosperidad; y, por último, aquella que trabaja la manera en que el fenómeno religioso neopentecostal, como ejemplo de fe de la prosperidad, se vincula con el neoliberalismo. De este modo, y a partir del método documental-bibliográfico, se puede evidenciar cómo es que el actual viraje del capitalismo se dirige hacia ciertas prácticas y discursos religiosos, de modo que pueda capturarlos y volverlos a su favor, ya que dichas prácticas y discursos permiten, entre otras cosas, una alternativa para curar, momentáneamente, el sufrimiento subjetivo que padece el Homo oeconomicus por vivir como manda el sistema.


The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the relationship theology of prosperity, which is specifically taken in its neo-Pentecostal expression, and neoliberalism as necessary within the current framework of systemic reproduction of capitalism. For this, the writing is divided into three parts: the first, which is responsible for conceptually exposing neo-Pentecostalism; the second, where the theology of prosperity is exposed; and, finally, the one that works on the way in which the neo-Pentecostal religious phenomenon, as an example of faith in prosperity, is linked to neoliberalism. In this way, it can be evidenced how the current turn of capitalism is directed towards religion, so that it can capture it and turn it in its favor, since it allows an alternative to cure, momentarily, the subjective suffering of Homo oeconomicus that inhabits within the system that he himself produced.


O objetivo deste artigo é demonstrar que a relação entre a teologia da prosperidade, específicamente tomada em sua expressão neopentecostal, e o neoliberalismo, entendido a partir de sua dimensão de força produtora de subjetividade, tem se fortalecido no atual quadro de reprodução do capitalismo. Para isso, o escrito está dividido em três partes: a primeira, que se encarrega de expor conceitualmente o neopentecostalismo; a segunda, onde é exposta a teologia da prosperidade; e, por fim, a que trabalha a maneira como o fenômeno religioso neopentecostal, como exemplo de fé na prosperidade, se vincula ao neoliberalismo. Desta forma, e a partir do método bibliográfico-documental, pode-se evidenciar como a atual virada do capitalismo está voltada para a religião, de modo que possa capturá-la e transformá-la a seu favor, pois permite uma alternativa para curar, momentaneamente, o sofrimento subjetivo sofrido pelo homo oeconomicus por viver como manda o sistema.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To establish a set of scientific and reasonable indicator system of common prosperity in the field of health, so as to promote the construction and evaluation of the demonstration area of common prosperity with high quality of health.Methods:According to the requirements of promoting common prosperity demonstration area with high quality of health in Zhejiang province, the initial indicator pool was established through literature research and theoretical analysis in July 2021, and experts were convened to carry out expert brainstorming to determine indicator system in the form of meetings. Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation on the indicator system.Finally, the analytic hierarchy process and percentage weight method were used to calculate the indicator weight value.Results:The final indicator system included 4 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators. Among the first-level indicators, the weight values of the development, equilibrium, inclusiveness, and sustainability were 0.326 4, 0.242 8, 0.245 8, and 0.185 0. There were 8 second-level indicators in developmental indicator dimension, of which the indicator with the highest weight was the per capita health expectancy. The balance indicator dimension included 6 second-level indicators, of which the indicator with the highest weight was the per capita financing difference of basic medical insurance between the urban workers with the urban-rural residents. The inclusive indicator dimension included 6 second-level indicators, and the proportion of personal health expenditure to total health expenditure had the highest weight. The sustainability indicator dimension included 10 second-level indicators, and the proportion of government health expenditure in fiscal expenditure had the highest weight.Conclusions:The indicator system constructed in this research could provide certain guidance and reference for promoting the construction of common prosperity in health, and provide some reference for follow-up research in this field.

ABSTRACT

Promoting balanced distribution of medical resources and realizing high-quality sharing of basic medical services between urban and rural areas are an important part of common prosperity. Huzhou urban medical alliance was a new urban and rural of medical alliance mode based on level 4 vertical integration, which played an important role in the whole evolution process of the medical alliance. This medical alliance had not only broken through the " integration of counties" but also explored the " integration of cities" . It was a bridge connecting counties and cities, which was of great significance in narrowing the gap between urban and rural medical health services. The construction of urban medical alliance took digital transformation and systematic integration as two breakthroughs to comprehensively promote the upgrade of energy efficiency and benefit stacking of health governance. In 2021, the grass-roots medical utilization rate and county-level medical utilization rate were 72.7% and 90.6%. In 2020, the average hospitalization cost(8 726.7 yuan)and the average outpatient and emergency expenses(239.6 yuan)of public hospitals were 25.0% and 8.6% lower than the average level of Zhejiang Province, respectively. Although Huzhou city had broken through the restrictions of administrative divisions and actively promoted the construction of the medical alliance, and achieved phased results, there were still structural defects and institutional difficulties. In order to solve these problems, the author proposed to promote the improvement of governance structure and optimization of governance system through " three governance" and " three characteristics" , and then promote the high-quality development of urban medical alliances.

RESUMEN El presente artículo se propone indagar sobre las narrativas construidas por el dispositivo religioso evangélico-pentecostal en contextos de encierro en relación al papel que ocupan con la configuración de tácticas de gubernamentalidad por parte del servicio penitenciario en Argentina. Para ello, son analizados el ordenamiento social que asumen los pabellones-iglesias, la división cosmológica espiritual/mundano en la configuración de espacios y subjetividades religiosas en prisión y, asimismo, los discursos que definen a las narrativas pentecostales en el encierro en tanto que prosperidades (sanitaria, económica y penal). Tomando como casos dos cárceles de la provincia de Santa Fe, se busca, finalmente, comprender las narrativas pentecostales en los pabellones-iglesias integradas a una estrategia de gobierno que habilita la gestión de la población encarcelada, enrocándose con preceptos correccionalistas e incapacitantes cuyos efectos son la reducción de conflictividades y la definición de una cárcel que, en su cotidianidad, funcione sin novedades.


RESUMO O presente artigo propõe uma análise das narrativas construídas pelo dispositivo religioso evangélico-pentecostal em contextos de encarceramento em relação ao papel que elas desempenham na configuração das táticas de governamentabilidade do sistema penitenciário argentino por parte da administração carcerária. Para tanto, analisamos o ordenamento social assumido pelos pavilhões-igreja, a divisão cosmológica espiritual/mundana na configuração dos espaços e das subjetividades religiosas na prisão, assim como os discursos que definem as narrativas pentecostais em ambiente carcerário enquanto prosperidades (sanitária, econômica e penal). Tomando por exemplo duas prisões da Província de Santa Fé, buscamos por fim compreender as narrativas pentecostais nos pavilhões-igreja e a sua integração a uma estratégia de gestão da população carcerária que, baseada em preceitos de correção e de privação da liberdade, permite a redução dos conflitos e a conformação de uma cadeia operando cotidianamente sem qualquer novidade em suas práticas.


ABSTRACT The following article aims to investigate the narratives built by the Pentecostal-evangelical religious device in contexts of confinement in terms of the role they play in government tactics exercised by the prison service in Argentina. To do so, we analyze the techniques of social ordering assumed by church-pavilions, the spiritual/mundane cosmological division in the configuration of religious subjectivities and spaces in prison, and the discourses defining the Pentecostal narratives in confinement as forms of prosperity (whether medical, economic or penal). Taking two prisons in the province of Santa Fe as case studies, we conclude by seeking to understand the Pentecostal narratives in church-pavilions integrated with a government strategy that facilitates the management of the prisoner population, with this strategy based on correctionalist and paralyzing principles which reduce situations of conflict and define a prison service whose day-to-day functioning suffers from a lack of updates.


RÉSUMÉ Le présent article propose d'analyser les récits construits par le dispositif religieux évangélico-pentecôtiste en contextes d'incarcération et le rôle qu'ils jouent dans la configuration des tactiques de gouvernementalité du système pénitentiaire argentin de la part des pouvoirs publics. Pour ce faire, nous avons analysé l'ordonnancement social assumé par les pavillons-églises, la division cosmologique spirituel/mondain dans la configuration des espaces et des subjectivités religieuses en prison, et les discours qui définissent les récits pentecôtistes en milieu carcéral en tant que prospérités (sanitaire, économique et pénale). En prenant pour exemple deux prisons de la province de Santa Fe, nous avons finalement cherché à comprendre les récits pentecôtistes dans les pavillons-églises et leur intégration à une stratégie de gestion de la population carcérale, qui, en se basant sur des préceptes de correction et de privation de liberté, permet la réduction de la conflictualité et la conformation d'une prison qui fonctionne au quotidien sans aucune actualisation des pratiques.

ABSTRACT

Dentre a chamada "nova classe média", um grupo social se destaca por sua atuação social e política em defesa do modelo tradicional de família e contra o casamento de pessoas do mesmo sexo e as relações homoafetivas: os evangélicos da linha da teologia da prosperidade. Este artigo pretende mostrar que o conservadorismo moral militante e a adesão aos valores modernos e pós-modernos da cultura de consumo capitalista, por meio da teologia da prosperidade, não são aspectos contraditórios ou um descompasso no processo de modernização desse grupo, mas que são dois lados de um único processo de afirmação de sua dignidade humana.


There is a remarkable social group within the so called "new middle class" whose interests seek to perpetuate the traditional family and are against homosexual relationships and gay marriage. They are the evangelicals of the prosperity theology. The author of this paper shows that moral militant conservatism, on the one hand, and the adherence to modern and postmodern values of capitalist consumerism culture through prosperity theology, on the other, are not contradictory or necessary out of rhythm in the modernization process of this group. In fact, both of them are the two sides of a single process of the particular affirmation of human dignity of this group.


Parmi les soi-disant "nouvelle classe moyenne", un groupe social se distingue par sa participation sociale et politique dans la défense du modèle traditionnel de la famille et contre le mariage des couples de même sexe et les relations homo-affectives: Il s'agit des évangéliques de la linhe de la théologie de la prospérité. Cet article vise à montrer que le conservatisme moral militant, d'un côté, et l'adhérence aux valeurs de la modernité et post-modernité appartenant à la culture de consommation capitaliste de la théologie de la prospérité d'un autre côté, ne sont pas des aspect contradictoires ou divergents chez ces évangéliques en considérant leur processus de modernisation. En effet, il faut les considérer come les deux faces d'un seul processus de la particularité de l'affirmation que cette groupe fait de la dignité humaine.


Existe un grupo social entre la llamada "nueva clase media" que se destaca por su actuación social y política en defensa del modelo tradicional de familia y en contra del matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo y las relaciones homoafectivas. Estos son los evangélicos de la línea de la teología de la prosperidad. Este artículo pretende mostrar que el conservadurismo moral militante y la adhesión a los valores modernos y posmodernos de la cultura de consumo capitalista, por medio de la teología de la prosperidad, no son aspectos contradictorios o divergentes en el proceso de modernización de este grupo, sino que son dos lados de un único proceso de afirmación de su dignidad humana.

ABSTRACT

TCM hospital preparation, which is only used inside its own orgnations, is an important part of clinical medicine in TCM. In recent years, the lack of a corresponding constitution of legal safeguard seriously hampered the prosperities of TCM hospital preparations. It's a high time to settle a targeted legal safeguard constitution of TCM preparations developed by the hospital. The author takes hospital of TCM preparation as the research object, starting from the current situation and problems of development of hospital of TCM to dig out the reasons. It has great significance to ensure the status of TCM preparation developed by the hospital at first, to combine with other measures. and to put forward about the establishment of comprehensive legal safeguard mechanism for the development TCM hospital preparation.
