ABSTRACT

El artículo presenta un resultado de investigación doctoral realizada entre septiembre/2013 y enero/2016, sobre la formación de la competencia investigativa en el estudiante de Psicología de la modalidad semipresencial de estudios universitarios. A partir del empleo de los métodos analítico-sintético, análisis documental y la modelación sistémico estructural funcional, se abordan las particularidades de la competencia objeto de análisis, cuya génesis se sitúa en el manejo de la diversidad de enfoques teórico-metodológicos disponibles en la ciencia para el estudio de la subjetividad, como objeto de carácter complejo y singular. Se profundiza en la descripción ofrecida en un artículo anteriormente publicado en la revista y se agregan nuevas consideraciones que incluyen los niveles y patrones de logro, las cuales facilitan la formación y evaluación de la competencia por cada uno de sus ejes procesuales, constituyendo un valioso instrumento para el trabajo metodológico y la labor del profesor de la carrera.


The article presents a result of doctoral investigation carried out among September/2013 and January/2016, on the formation of the investigative competence in the Psychology´s student of the semipresential modality of university studies. Starting from the employment of the analytic-synthetic methods, documental analysis and the functional structural systemic modelation, the particularities of the competence analysis object are approached whose genesis is located in the handling of the diversity of available theoretical-methodological focuses in the science for the study of the subjectivity, like object of complex and singular character. It is particularized in the description offered in an article previously published in the magazine and new considerations are added that include the levels and achievement patterns, which facilitate the formation and evaluation of the competence for each one of their axes processual, constituting a valuable instrument for the methodological work and the work of the professor of the career.

El artículo presenta un resultado parcial de una investigación doctoral realizada entre septiembre/2013 y julio/2015 sobre la formación de la competencia investigativa en el psicólogo. A partir del empleo de los métodos analítico-sintético, análisis documental y la modelación sistémico estructural funcional se realiza la descripción de la competencia investigativa del estudiante de Psicología, desde la complementariedad de enfoques metodológicos, a partir de la importancia que esta reviste para un desempeño profesional exitoso. La descripción de la competencia incluye su identificación/definición, la explicación de sus componentes estructurales, así como el esbozo de las relaciones entre estos, los problemas contextuales a los cuales da respuesta, los indicadores o criterios de desempeño y las evidencias requeridas para evaluar el progreso de su formación.


The paper presents a partial result of an investigation on the development of investigative competence in psychologists carried out from September/ 2013 to July/ 2015. The analytic-synthetic methods, documental analysis and functional structural systemic modeling were used to describe Psychology students' investigative competence. This study was based on the complementarity of methodological approaches, because of its importance to achieve professional competence. The description of competence includes its identification, definition and the explanation of its structural components, as well as an outline of the relationships among these aspects, the contextual problems they answer, performance indicators or criteria and the evidence required to evaluate its formation progress.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND:To evaluate the psychological characteristics of the patients waiting for renal transplantation in order to analyze coping style, thus perform the corresponding personalized clinical psychological intervention which is conductive for patients to face reality and disease. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the psychological characteristics of the patients waiting for renal transplantation and to analyze the effect of different social factors on the coping style of patients and to explore the corresponding clinical mental intervention method METHODS:Fifty-eight patients waiting for renal transplantation and 60 patients without renal transplantation were randomly selected from Second Department of Urology, Organ transplantation Center, the 309th Hospital of PLA between February 2009 and August 2010, the patients were required to fil in a psychological questionnaire form using the currently general used medical response. The effect of social factors on the coping style and psychological stress status was analyzed with multi-factor Logistic regression analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:From the questionnaire survey, the evasive and yielding value scores of the patients waiting for renal transplantation were significantly higher than those of the patients without renal transplantation (P0.05). It indicated that the psychological pressure of the patients waiting for renal transplantation was bigger that of the patients with out renal transplantation, which may related with course of the disease, cost and the rejection after transplantation for the patients has to endured. Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that sex, education, income, payment methods and age of the patients were al related with the confrontation, evasive and yielding scores, as those with technical secondary school education or better got the best confrontation score while those with annual income less than 60 000 yuan got the highest score in evasive and yielding styles. The results show that income and education level of patients are the main factors that affect the coping style and psychological stress status of the patients waiting for renal transplantation, treating the patients with reasonable renal clinical care interventions can help the patients face to the disease positively and can reduce the damage of transplantation to the psychology of the patients.

ABSTRACT

Historicamente, a Psicologia preocupou-se em investigar patologias, negligenciado os aspectos saudáveis dos seres humanos. Mas, a partir de 1998, assumindo a presidência da American Psychological Association, Seligman iniciou movimento denominado Psicologia Positiva, que visa oferecer nova abordagem às potencialidades e virtudes humanas, estudando as condições e processos que contribuem para a prosperidade dos indivíduos e comunidades. Este artigo apresenta e discute essa nova proposta científica, que promete melhorar a qualidade de vida dos indivíduos e prevenir patologias; também as lacunas existentes nas investigações em Ciências Humanas, as contribuições teóricas e empíricas e as possíveis aplicações desse conhecimento.


Throughout history, Psychology studies were focused on pathologies, neglecting issues related to human healthy state. In 1998, when Seligman assumed the head of American Psychological Association, he started the Positive Psychology movement, which objective is to offer a new approach to human strengthens and virtues, by studying the conditions and processes that contribute to the prosperity of individuals and communities. The present paper presents and discusses this new scientific approach that intends to promote the quality of life at individual and community levels, preventing pathologies. We also point out its gaps in Human Sciences-directed investigations, as well as its theoretical and empirical contributions and applications.


Históricamente, la Psicología se preocupó por investigar patologías, descuidándose de los aspectos saludables de los seres humanos. Pero, desde 1998, Cuando Seligman, asumió la presidencia de la American Psychological Association, se inició el movimiento denominado Psicología Positiva, cuyo objetivo fue dar una nueva mirada a las potencialidades y virtudes humanas, estudiando las condiciones y los procesos que contribuyen para la prosperidad de los individuos y comunidades. Este articulo presenta y discute esta nueva propuesta científica, que promete mejorar la calidad de vida de los individuos y prevenir patologías; así como indicar las lagunas producidas en las investigaciones de las Ciencias Humanas, sus contribuciones teóricas, empíricas y posibles aplicaciones.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore relationship between functional dyspepsia(FD)and psychological factors,and study the efficacy of prokinetics and antianxiety drugs,antidepressants.Methods Totally 220 FD patients were assessed with SAS,SDS,then compared the scales with norm,and 132 FD patients with abnormal SAS or/and SDS scores were randomly divided into mosapride,paroxetine,and mosapride plus paroxetine groups,each group have 44 cases and were treated for 8 weeks.Mosapride group were given mosapride 5mg,tid,po;Paroxetine were given 10mg,qm,po.Mosapride plus paroxetine group were given mosapride 5mg,tid,po plus paroxetine10mg,qm,po. ABSTRACT

Objective: To explore the psychological status and therapeutic efficacy of peri-operative psychological intervention among patients with oral carcinoma.Method: psychological statuses of 60 patients with oral carcinoma were investigated,and specific peri-operative psychological interventions were performed according to features and initiating factors of their psychological crisis,in order to provide references for the therapy of oral carcinoma.Result: Common psychological crises among patients with oral carcinoma such as anxiety and fear have been dramatically decreased by proper psychological investigation and peri-operative psychological intervention.Conclusion: Psychological investigation contributes to a great improvement of psychological status of patients with oral carcinoma.Therefore,in addition to routine peri-operative medical treatment,an effective psychological investigation is also crucial for patients with oral carcinoma to cure the disease and regain health.
