ABSTRACT

【Objective:】 To explore the individual needs and the willingness to actively participate in treatment decision-making and communication among school-age children during hospitalization. 【Methods:】 Using the interview outline containing 11 questions summarized based on literature review, face-to-face interviews were conducted with patients of school-age children, and the contents of the interview feedback were summarized. Guided by Bronfenbrenner’s bioecological model and child-centered care methods, the subjects’ individual needs and willingness to actively participate in treatment decision-making and communication during hospitalization were analyzed. 【Results:】 A total of 40 hospitalized school-age children from January to April 2022 were selected, including 27 males (67.5%) and 13 females (32.5%), with a mean age of (11.8±3.2) years old. Face-to-face interviews were conducted and the results were summarized. The main contents summarized from the interview results included children’s needs for their parents, medical staff, and the hospitalization environment. 【Conclusion:】 School-age children were able to express their various needs and willingness to actively participate in treatment decision-making and communication during hospitalization. School-age children need to be provided age-appropriate opportunities to participate in decision-making to support their reasonable needs.

ABSTRACT

Com o advento da covid-19, foi declarado estado de emergência de saúde pública e decretadas medidas de isolamento e distanciamento social para conter a propagação da doença. O Conselho Federal de Psicologia, considerando a importância do acolhimento seguro durante a pandemia, publicou a Resolução CFP nº 4/2020, permitindo que serviços psicológicos aconteçam de maneira remota. O presente estudo visa, através do Método da Cartografia, apresentar a construção de um setting on-line para intervenções grupais e os desafios na oferta de acolhimento e atendimento remoto. Foram ofertados grupos terapêuticos, por meio da plataforma Google Meet, para estudantes da Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro. Um diário de bordo foi produzido para acompanhar as forças que atravessavam e constituíam o território e a experiência grupal remota. Compreendemos que o território-espaço-grupal-on-line era composto pelo espaço virtual em que nos reuníamos, pelos espaços individuais de cada integrante e pelas forças que os atravessavam. Observamos que nem sempre os participantes dispunham de um lugar privado, mas estiveram presentes no encontro com câmeras e áudios abertos e/ou fechados e/ou através do chat da videochamada. A participação no grupo funcionou como alternativa no momento de distanciamento social, sendo uma possibilidade para o atendimento psicológico em situações de dificuldade de encontros presenciais; entretanto, se mostrou dificultada em diversos momentos, pela falta de equipamentos adequados e instabilidade na internet, fatores que interferiram nas reuniões e impactaram na possibilidade de falar e escutar o que era desejado.(AU)


With the advent of COVID-19, a state of public health was declared, and measures of isolation and social distance to contain the spread of the disease was decreed. The Federal Council of Psychology, considering the importance of safe reception during the pandemic, published CFP Resolution No. 4/2020, allowing psychological services to happen remotely. This study narrates, via the Cartography Method, the experience of inventing an Online Setting for group reception. Therapeutic groups were offered, via Google Meet Platform, to students at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro. A logbook was produced to accompany the forces that crossed and constituted the territory and the remote group experience. We understand that the territoryspace-group-online was composed by the virtual-space that we gathered, by the individualspaces of each member and by the forces that crossed them. We observed that the participants did not always have a private place, but they were present at the meeting with open and/or closed cameras and audio and/or through the video call chat. Participation in the group worked as an alternative at the time of social distancing, being a possibility for psychological care in situations of difficulty in face-to-face meetings, however, it proved to be difficult at various times, due to the lack of adequate equipment and instability on the internet, factors that interfered in meetings and impacted the possibility of speaking and listening to what was desired.(AU)


La llegada de la COVID-19 produjo un estado de emergencia de salud pública, en el que se decretaron medidas de confinamiento y distanciamiento físico para contener la propagación de la enfermedad. El Consejo Federal de Psicología, considerando la importancia de la acogida segura durante la pandemia, publicó la Resolución CFP nº 4/2020, por la que se permite la atención psicológica remota. Este estudio tiene por objetivo presentar, mediante el método de la Cartografía, la elaboración de un escenario en línea para la intervención grupal y los desafíos en la oferta de acogida y atención remota. Grupos terapéuticos se ofrecieron, en la plataforma Google Meet, a estudiantes de la Universidad Federal Rural de Río de Janeiro. Se elaboró un diario para acompañar a las fuerzas que atravesaron y constituyeron el territorio y la experiencia remota del grupo. Entendemos que el territorio-espacio-grupo-en línea estaba compuesto por el espacio-virtual que reunimos, por los espacios individuales de cada integrante y por las fuerzas que los atravesaban. Observamos que los participantes no siempre tenían un lugar privado y que estaban presentes en la reunión con cámaras y audio abiertos y/o cerrados y/o por el chat de la videollamada. La participación en el grupo funcionó como una alternativa en el momento del distanciamiento físico y revela ser una posibilidad de atención psicológica en situaciones de dificultad en los encuentros presenciales, sin embargo, se mostró difícil en varios momentos, ya sea por la falta de medios adecuados o por inestabilidad en Internet, factores que interferían en las reuniones e impactaban en la posibilidad de hablar y escuchar lo que se deseaba.(AU)

ABSTRACT

Relato de experiência acadêmica de três estagiários de graduação em Psicologia da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) no atendimento psicológico para estudantes da universidade. O objetivo é destacar as principais questões de sofrimento psíquico relatadas pelos estudantes atendidos e elucidar a importância da escuta clínica no campo acadêmico. Analisaram-se os aspectos recorrentes emergidos durante os atendimentos e presentes na discussão dos casos durante as supervisões com a professora orientadora. Do total de 24 estudantes atendidos, as principais queixas sintomatológicas dos participantes foram crises de ansiedade, sintomas de depressão e de ideação suicida. Buscou-se realizar um paralelo entre as dificuldades acadêmicas e emocionais com a implicação subjetiva dos estudantes na instituição UFRJ. Além disso, a questão do suicídio também foi destacada como o maior desafio clínico pelos estagiários nos atendimentos. Ao final verificou-se a importância do atendimento psicológico para os estudantes dentro do espaço acadêmico, pois esse lugar também de escuta é uma forma de acolhimento integral do estudante.


Report of academic experience from a team of graduate students in Psychology at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) providing psychological assistance to other students at this university. The objective is to highlight the main issues of psychological suffering reported by the students assisted and to elucidate the importance of clinical listening in the academic field. The recurrent aspects that emerged during the consultations and were present in the discussion of cases during the supervisions with the mentor teacher were analysed. Of the total of 24 students attended, the main symptomatological complaints of the participants were anxiety crises, symptoms of depression and suicidal ideation. We sought to make a parallel between academic and emotional difficulties, and the subjective implication of UFRJ students. In addition, the issue of suicide was also highlighted as the greatest clinical challenge by trainees in care. It was found that psychological assistance for students within the academic space is of huge importance, for the provision of a careful listening is also a kind of integral reception.


Informe de experiencia académica de tres pasantes de licenciatura en Psicología en la Universidad Federal de Río de Janeiro (UFRJ) en atención psicológica a estudiantes universitarios. El objetivo es resaltar los principales problemas del sufrimiento psicológico reportados por los estudiantes atendidos y dilucidar la importancia de la escucha clínica en el ámbito académico. Se analizaron aspectos recurrentes que surgieron durante las consultas y presentes en las discusiones de casos durante las supervisiones con el profesor guía. Del total de 24 estudiantes atendidos, las principales quejas sintomáticas de los participantes fueron crisis de ansiedad, síntomas de depresión e ideación suicida. Se buscó establecer un paralelismo entre las dificultades académicas y emocionales con la participación subjetiva de los estudiantes en UFRJ. Además, también se destacó el tema del suicidio como el mayor desafío clínico al que se enfrentan los internos en las consultas. En conclusión, se verificó la importancia del cuidado psicológico para los estudiantes dentro del espacio académico, ya que este lugar de escucha es también una forma de acogida integral para el estudiante.

ABSTRACT

The psychological health problems of the disabled elderly in China are closely related to physical diseases. Through combing the opening of psychological care services in the pilot cities of long-term care insurance in China, it is revealed that the current pilot cities do not pay much attention to psychological nursing services, the evaluation of psychological nursing needs is absent, and the implementation regulations of psychological nursing services are not perfect. Pilot cities should strengthen psychological care services for the disabled elderly; develop an evaluation system compatible with psychological care services; improve and implement psychological care services; developing information systems that match the needs of psychological care services to ensure the linkage of data in the transition between long-term care and medical needs; and the clients and service providers should cooperate to jointly promote the sustainable development of long-term care insurance psychological care services.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the status of family function of patients after hysterectomy, explore the effect of self-concealment on family function.Methods:From January to November 2021,the 177 patients after hysterectomy in Guangdong Provincial People ′s Hospital were investigated by General Data Questionnaire, Family APGAR Indexand Self-Concealment Scale (SCS), and the influencing factors of family function were analyzed by univariate analysis and binary logistic regression. Results:The total score of APGAR and SCS was 9.00 (6.50, 10.00) and 24.00 (17.00, 33.00) after hysterectomy. Univariate analysis showed that marital status, working conditions and tendency of self-concealment were the influencing factors of family function. In the regression analysis of binary Logistic, tendency of self-concealment( P<0.01) and marital status ( P<0.01) entered the regression equation. Conclusions:The family function of patients after hysterectomy is generally good, and self-concealment is a risk factor. It is suggested that in clinical work, attention should be paid to the tendency of self-concealment in patients after hysterectomy, and targeted intervention measures should be taken to improve their family function.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To determine the spiritual needs of shrinking man syndrome (SMS) in young and middle-aged patients, and to provide reference for determining targeted intervention plans.Methods:From May to July, 2021, 14 young and middle-aged patients with SMS who received hyperparathyroidism thermal ablation in the Interventional Medicine Department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital were selected by purpose sampling method. Qualitative research phenomenology was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews, and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results:There were 4 themes and 14 sub-themes: "understanding and self-acceptance of illness" (attribution to illness; disease uncertainty; acceptance and illness), "need for social support" (love and respect; connection and companionship; family support; medical support; patient support), "life value and sense of meaning" (life meaning and goal; self-esteem; religious belief), "self-actualization and transcendence" (hope for improvement; eager for miracles; realize your value).Conclusions:Medical staff should pay attention to the spiritual needs of young and middle-aged patients with SMS, and specifically meet their spiritual needs during diagnosis, treatment, nursing and follow-up, so as to improve the patients′ sense of life meaning and value, and help them to better survive with disease and return to society.

ABSTRACT

Diante da pandemia de Covid-19, parece ter crescido a oferta de serviços psicológicos remotos, tanto de iniciativas individuais, quanto coletivas e institucionais, visando ao cuidado e atenção frente aos efeitos produzidos pela atual conjuntura. Nesse contexto, este artigo objetiva compreender lógicas presentes na organização e oferta desses serviços, buscando captar forças medicalizantes e despolitizantes, cotejando possíveis efeitos no cuidado das pessoas. Para tanto, realiza levantamento bibliográfico da produção da psicologia brasileira sobre a pandemia e a análise do discurso foucaultiana das apresentações de nove serviços psicológicos surgidos nesse momento, considerando suas missões, objetivos, públicos-alvo e concepções a respeito da pandemia que os lastreiam. Percebe- se que hegemonicamente os serviços consideram a pandemia um acontecimento biológico, produtor de sofrimentos e transtornos psíquicos, de forma a ofertarem atendimentos que busquem a adaptação das pessoas, desconsiderando o contexto e particularidades da condução da pandemia no Brasil e apoiando-se em valores do filantropismo e voluntarismo.


In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, the offer of remote psychological services seem to have increased, both individual, collective and institutional initiatives, aiming at providing care and attention to the effects produced by the current situation. In this context, this article aims to understand logics present in the organization and offer of these services, seeking to capture medicalizing and depoliticizing forces, comparing possible effects on people's care. Therefore, it carries out a bibliographical survey of the production of Brazilian Psychology on the pandemic and the analysis of the Foucaultian discourse found in nine psychological services presentations that emerged at that time, considering their missions, objectives, target audiences and conceptions about the pandemic that underpin them. It is noticed that the majority of the services consider the pandemic a biological event, producing suffering and psychological disorders, in order to offer services that seek people's adaptation, disregarding the context and particularities of the conduct of the pandemic in Brazil and relying on values of philanthropism and volunteerism.


Ante la pandemia de la Covid-19 parece haber aumentado la oferta de servicios psicológicos a distancia, tanto por parte de iniciativas individuales como colectivas e institucionales, pretendiendo el cuidado y atención frente a los efectos producidos en la actual coyuntura. En este contexto, el artículo pone el foco en comprender las lógicas presentes en la organización y oferta de esos servicios, buscando captar fuerzas que medicalicen y despoliticen, cotejando posibles efectos en el cuidado de las personas. Para ello, realiza el análisis bibliográfico de la producción de la psicología brasileña sobre la actual pandemia y el análisis del discurso foucaultiano de las presentaciones de nueve servicios psicológicos surgidos en este momento, considerando sus misiones, objetivos, público destinatario y concepciones respecto a la pandemia que los lastra. Se percibe que hegemónicamente los servicios consideran la pandemia un acontecimiento biológico, generador de sufrimientos y trastornos psíquicos, encaminados a ofrecer servicios de atención que busquen la adaptación de las personas, sin considerar el contexto y las particularidades de la conducción de la pandemia en Brasil y apoyándose en valores filantrópicos y de voluntariado.

Objective:To evaluate the influence of psychological nursing on the functional recovery of patients with dysphagia after stroke using the method of Meta analysis.Methods:A computer search of PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, VIP, Wanfang Data, China Knowledge Infrastructure Engineering and China Biomedical Literature Database was used to collect the psychological nursing on the function of patients with dysphagia after stroke. The data were collected from June 1956 to August 2020. The literature of randomized controlled studies using Revman 5.3 for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 7 controlled studies on the impact of the use of the core quality of life scale (QLQ-C30) and the treatment efficacy survey on the functional recovery of patients with dysphagia after stroke and the impact of quality of life were included, with a total of 660 samples. The results of Meta analysis showed that the average difference of mental function after psychological nursing intervention was statistically significant [weight mean difference( WMD)=-16.66, 95% CI -18.09--15.22, P<0.001]; in the physical function score, the intervention group performed relatively significant difference compared with the control group ( WMD=-14.10, 95% CI -16.26--11.95, P<0.001); the average difference in social function after psychological nursing intervention was statistically significant ( WMD=-13.52, 95% CI -15.64--11.41, P<0.001); in the quality of life score, the control group performed worse than the intervention group ( WMD=-14.58, 95% CI -15.86--13.31, P<0.001); the treatment effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant [odds ratio ( OR=0.16, 95% CI 0.08-0.32, P<0.001]. Conclusions:Through the intervention of psychological care, the swallowing disorder of stroke patients is relieved and the quality of life is improved.

Este artigo propõe a discussão em torno dos atendimentos online realizados por estudantes de Psicologia de uma universidade pública, orientadas pela psicanálise, tendo em vista a pandemia COVID-19. Com o distanciamento físico imposto como medida sanitária para controle do coronavírus, foi necessário reinventar a prática com crianças e adolescentes desenvolvida em três contextos diferentes, a saber: estágio em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infantojuvenil (CAPSi); extensão no projeto Atendimento Psicanalítico em Clínica Escola; e extensão no projeto Adolescência, Acolhimento Institucional e Clínica do Desamparo. Este artículo propone un debate en torno a la atención psicológica en línea que prestan los estudiantes de psicología de una universidad pública, guiados por el psicoanálisis, en el contexto de la pandemia de COVID-19. Con el distanciamiento social impuesto como medida sanitaria para controlar el coronavirus, fue necesario reinventar la práctica con niños y adolescentes desarrollada en tres contextos diferentes, a saber: pasantía en un Centro de Atención Psicosocial Infantil y Juvenil (CAPSi); extensión universitaria en el proyecto "Asistencia Psicoanalítica en una escuela clínica"; y en el proyecto "Adolescencia, Acogida Institucional y Clínica del Desamparo". Se buscó abordar los aspectos que aseguran el dispositivo analítico ante el cambio en la modalidad de atención, buscando sustentar una reflexión teórica, ética y política


This article aims to discuss online consultations performed by Psychology students at a public university, guided by Psychoanalysis, in view of COVID-19 pandemic. Social distancing was imposed as a sanitary measure for the control of the coronavirus and this regulation compelled us to reinvent the psychological practices with children and adolescents. The practices are developed in three different contexts, namely: a traineeship at a Psychosocial Care Center for Children and Adolescents (CAPSi); an university extension project "Psychoanalytic practices at training clinic"; and the project "Adolescence, Institutional Care and Clinic of Helplessness". The article seeks to discuss aspects that maintain the analytical device in the face of changes in psychological care, in order to support a theoretical, ethical and political reflection


Cet article porte sur l'assistance en ligne proposée par des étudiants de Psychologie d'une université publique, guidée par la psychanalyse, en raison de la pandémie de la COVID-19. Avec la distanciation sociale imposée comme mesure sanitaire pour contrôler le coronavirus, il a fallu réinventer la pratique avec des enfants et des adolescents. Des pratiques sont développées en trois contextes différents, à savoir : un centre de soins psychosociaux pour enfants et adolescents (CAPSi); le projet d'extension universitaire "Consultations psychanalytiques dans la clinique publique"; et le projet "Adolescence, Accueil institutionnell et Clinique de la Détresse". Le but est d'aborder les aspects qui soutiennent le dispositif analytique face aux changements de type d'assistance, servant d'appui à une réflexion théorique, éthique et politique

Resumen La cifra de personas que presentan o han presentado alguna conducta suicida ha aumentado significativamente en Colombia desde el año 2014 al 2019, convirtiendo la conducta suicida en una problemática de salud pública; sin embargo, es un concepto amplio, que abarca diferentes tipos de conductas, por esto es necesario establecer un protocolo de atención para estandarizar las acciones del terapeuta o personas que se desempeñan en los servicios prestadores de salud. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo describir cómo se realizó el diseño y la validación de un protocolo de atención psicológica para atención en ideación suicida de los consultantes que asisten a un centro de atención psicológica de una institución universitaria de la ciudad de Bogotá. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, de tipo instrumental, el cual implicó: a) el diseño de la ruta de atención, situaciones que activan el protocolo y el módulo de atención en crisis; b) la participación de 10 jueces expertos con el fin de realizar la validación por contenido de todos los componentes del protocolo de atención psicológica. Los resultados arrojaron que el diseño es pertinente, suficiente y relevante para la problemática que se buscó abordar.


Abstract Currently, the number of people who present or have presented some suicidal behavior has increased significantly in Colombia from 2014 to 2019, making suicidal behavior a public health problem. However, it is abroad concept that covers different types of behavior, so it is necessary to establish a protocol of care to standardize the actions of the therapist and/or people who work in health care services. The present article aims to describe how a psychological care protocol was designed and validated for the care of suicidal ideation of consultants who attend a psychological care center at a university institution in the city of Bogotá. A quantitative, instrumental study was carried out, which involved: a) designing the care route, situations that activate the protocol and the crisis care module; b) the participation of 10 expert judges to carry out the validation of the content of all the components of the psychological care protocol. The results showed that the design of the care protocol is pertinent, sufficient, and relevant to the problem to be addressed.

O texto tem por objetivo apresentar e discutir resultados de pesquisa que investigou as repercussões dos encaminhamentos/atendimentos psicológicos decorrentes de queixas escolares a que foram submetidos jovens residentes em Porto Velho-RO. Fundamentada em referenciais da psicologia escolar crítica, a pesquisa utilizou um roteiro de entrevista para ouvir quatro jovens com idades entre 22 e 29 anos e suas mães, transcorridos mais de 10 anos dos encaminhamentos. A análise buscou compreender a história de cada sujeito e, em seguida, os aspectos comuns a todas elas. Os resultados evidenciam o sofrimento gerado pela condição de não aprender na escola e indicam que os atendimentos recebidos foram no viés clínico, sem considerar os processos de escolarização que deram origem às queixas; demonstram, ainda, que os encaminhamentos para profissionais da saúde produziram efeitos subjetivos que não resultaram em melhorias no processo de escolarização. Ao contrário, reforçaram e contribuíram para que os sujeitos criassem visões de si mesmos piores do que aquelas que geraram os encaminhamentos. Conclui-se que compreensões mais amplas sobre os processos de não aprender na escola, incluindo a produção da escola na sociedade capitalista são imprescindíveis para a atuação crítica da psicologia nas questões escolares.


This study aims to present and discuss the results of research that investigated the repercussions of psychological referrals resulting from school complaints reported by young residents in Porto Velho, Rondônia. Based on the school psychology scientific frame, the study used an interview script to listen to four young students between the ages of 22 and 29, with more than 10 years of refer-rals, and their mothers. The analysis sought to understand each person's story and, subsequently, the common aspects to all of them. The results demonstrated the suffering generated by the non-learning condition in the school and shows that the services that were offered were clinical biased, and did not consider the schooling processes that gave rise to the complaints. The analysis also shows that referrals to health professionals produced subjective effects that did not result in improvements to the schooling process. On the contrary, they actually reinforced and contributed to the students creating worse perspectives about themselves than what the referral originally had been based on. It was concluded that broader understandings of the non-learning processes in school, including school production in a capitalist society, are indispensable for the critical action of psychology in school issues.


El texto tiene por objetivo presentar y discutir resultados de la investigación que indago las repercusiones de las remisiones/atención psicológica resultantes de quejas escolares a las que se sometieron jóvenes residentes en Porto Velho-RO. Basado en referencias de la psicología escolar crítica, la investigación utilizó un guion de entrevista para escuchar a cuatro jóvenes entre 22 y 29 años y sus madres, más de 10 años después de haber sido remitidos. El análisis buscó comprender la historia de cada sujeto y, posteriormente, los aspectos comunes entre ellas. Los resultados demuestran el sufrimiento generado por la condición de no aprender en la escuela e indican que la atención recibida fue desde el sesgo clínico, sin considerar los procesos de escolarización que dieron origen a las quejas; demostrando, además, que las remisiones para profesionales de la salud produjeron efectos subjetivos que no resultaron en mejoras en el proceso de escolarización. Al contrario, reforzaron y contribuyeron para que los sujetos crearan visiones de sí mismos peores que aquellas que generaron las remisiones. Se concluye que las comprensiones más amplias sobre los procesos de no aprender en la escuela, incluyendo la producción de la escuela en la sociedad capitalista, son imprescindibles para la actuación crítica de la psicología en las cuestiones escolares.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To evaluate the validity of psychological care combined with enhanced recovery after surgery (PC+ERAS) management in perioperative nursing care of andrological patients.@*METHODS@#A total of 300 male patients undergoing andrological surgery were included in this study, 150 given PC+ERAS and the other 150 receiving routine nursing care as controls. We evaluated anxiety and depression of all the patients on admission and discharge using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), and compared post-operative hospital days, off-bed time, first passage of flatus, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score and satisfaction with nursing care between the two groups of patients.@*RESULTS@#On discharge, significant improvement was observed in SAS and SDS scores in the PC+ERAS group compared with the baseline, even more significant than in the control group (P 0.05). The patients in the PC+ERAS group also achieved a significantly shorter post-operative hospital stay, earlier post-operative off-bed time and passage of flatus, lower VAS score, and higher satisfaction with nursing care than those in the control group (P < 0.05).@*CONCLUSIONS@#Psychological care combined with ERAS management deserves wide application in the perioperative nursing care of andrological patients, which can significantly improve the patients' anxiety and depression, shorten post-operative hospital stay, reduce VAS score, and increase their satisfaction with nursing care.

ABSTRACT

Os sarcomas sinoviais são tumores raros, marcados por sua agressividade e mau prognóstico. A principal forma de tratamento, além da quimioterapia e radioterapia, ainda é a ressecção cirúrgica do tumor, sendo a cirurgia de amputação uma dessas alternativas. Esse procedimento pode acarretar um grande impacto físico e emocional para o sujeito, não somente pela perda do membro e de sua função, mas também pelos demais aspectos subjetivos que envolvem o próprio procedimento cirúrgico. Por isso, faz-se importante a intervenção da Psicologia ao paciente no pré, trans e pós-cirúrgico, com o objetivo de minimizar suas ansiedades e angústias, possibilitando a expressão dos sentimentos e auxiliando na compreensão da situação vivenciada. Dessa forma, este estudo de caso vem ilustrar a intervenção psicológica a uma paciente durante todo seu processo de adoecimento (diagnóstico, tratamentos e cuidados paliativos) que, por sua vez, proporcionou redução no sofrimento emocional e melhora na qualidade de vida.


Synovial sarcomas are rare tumors, marked by their aggressiveness and bad prognosis. The main treatment is not only chemotherapy and radiotherapy, but also the surgical resection of the tumor, where amputation is one of the alternatives. This procedure can result in great physical and emotional impact in the patient, not only due to the loss of the limb and its function, but also because of other subjective aspects related to the surgical procedure itself. Therefore, it is important to provide psychological care for the patient before, during and after the surgical intervention, aiming at minimizing the patient’s anxieties and anguishes, enabling the expression of feelings and helping in the understanding of the situation being experienced. This case study illustrates the need for psychological care for the patient throughout the illness (diagnosis, treatment and palliative care), which, in turn, provides a reduction in the emotional suffering and improvement of life quality.


Los sarcomas sinoviales son tumores raros, marcados por su agresividad y mal pronóstico. La principal forma de tratamiento, además de la quimioterapia y radioterapia, sigue siendo la resección quirúrgica del tumor primario, y la cirugía de amputación es una de estas alternativas. La realización de este procedimiento quirúrgico puede resultar en un gran impacto físico y emocional para el sujeto, no solo por la pérdida del miembro y su función, sino también por otros aspectos subjetivos que implican la intervención quirúrgica en sí. Por eso la intervención psicológica es un papel importante para el paciente en los momentos pre-, trans- y postoperatorio, con el objetivo de minimizar sus ansiedades y angustias, posibilitando la expresión de los sentimientos y auxiliando en la comprensión de la situación vivenciada. Por lo tanto, este estudio de caso viene ilustrar la intervención psicológica en un paciente a lo largo de su proceso de enfermedad (diagnóstico, tratamientos y cuidados paliativos) que a su vez, ha proporcionado una reducción de la angustia emocional y una mejora en su calidad de vida.

ABSTRACT

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has a good clinical effect on the treatment of hematologic malignancies, but during the treatment, it will bring relevant negative psychology to the patient' s psychology and body. This paper analyzed the psychological obstacles often emerging during the treatment of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, as well as the family members' negative psychological emotion caused by the long-term psychological pressure and economic pressure, and further analyzed the reasons for the psychological problems in the patients and the corresponding nursing methods, and the causes of the psychological disorders of the patients' families and the corresponding nursing methods. In addition, health education was adopted for patients and their family members, and through the methods of doctor-patient communication, disease education, behavior training and so on, this paper found that after the implementation of health education for patients and their family members, the postoperative recovery rate of transplanted patients was obviously improved, and their psychological problems were also obviously alleviated and eliminated. It was proved that health education had a good therapeutic effect on the psychological problems of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients and their family member, and was worthy of promotion in clinical practice.

ABSTRACT

O presente artigo tem como objetivo caracterizar as queixas relacionadas ao trabalho de pacientes que realizaram acolhimento no Serviço de Psicologia Aplicada/SPA de uma universidade federal da região Amazônica, entre os anos de 2011 e 2014, de modo a identificar aqueles que apresentam queixas de sofrimento relacionados ao trabalho. O estudo caracteriza-se como do tipo quantitativo, transversal, com análise documental, e nele foram analisadas, a partir dos prontuários, as variáveis sexo, idade, renda, profissão e queixa inicial. Observou-se que dos 672 usuários acima de 18 anos, 503 (74,5%) eram do sexo feminino e 172 (25,5%) eram do sexo masculino, destes 94 (13,9%) apresentaram queixas envolvendo o trabalho e 581 (86,1%) relataram outras queixas. No grupo com queixas relacionadas ao trabalho, as mulheres apresentaram maior prevalência nos atendimentos, entretanto são os homens que discorrem mais sintomas físico-psicológicos. Diante do exposto, a proposta de uma Clínica do Trabalho no Serviço de Clínica-escola, é necessária e deve incluir uma linha de cuidados/escuta evidenciando a relação do sujeito com seu trabalho, já que nem sempre o sofrimento psíquico relacionado ao trabalho produz sintomas claros e podem ser reduzidos somente à dimensão dos aspectos subjetivos de cada paciente. The present study aimed to characterize the work-related complaints of patients who received treatment at the Applied Psychology Service/SPA of a federal university in the Amazon region between 2011 and 2014 in order to identify those patients presenting complaints of suffering at work. The study is quantitative, cross-sectional with documentary analysis, and analyzed, from the medical records, the variables gender, age, income, profession and initial complaint. Among the 672 users over 18 years of age, 503 (74.5%) were female and 172 (25.5%) were male. Of these, 94 (13.9%) presented complaints involving work and 581 (86.1%) reported other complaints. In the group with complaints related to work, women presented a higher prevalence in the consultations; however men showed more physical-psychological symptoms. In view of the above, the proposal of a Work Clinic at the School-Clinic Service is necessary and should include care/listening showing the relation of the subject to his/her work, since not always the psychic suffering related to work produces clear symptoms and can be reduced only to the dimension of the subjective aspects of each patient. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo caracterizar las quejas relacionadas al trabajo de pacientes que realizaron acogida en el Servicio de Psicología Aplicada/SPA de una universidad federal de la región Amazónica, entre los años de 2011 y 2014, de modo a identificar aquellos que presentan quejas de sufrimiento relacionados al trabajo. El estudio se caracteriza como del tipo cuantitativo, transversal, con análisis documental, y en él se analizaron, a partir de los prontuarios, las variables sexo, edad, renta, profesión y queja inicial. Se observó qué de los 672 usuarios con más de 18 años, 503 (el 74,5%) eran del sexo femenino y 172 (el 25,5%) eran del sexo masculino, de estos 94 (el 13,9%) presentaron quejas involucrando el trabajo y 581 (el 86,1%) relataron otras quejas. En el grupo con quejas relacionadas al trabajo, las mujeres presentaron más prevalencia en las atenciones, sin embargo, son los hombres que discurren más síntomas físico-psicológicos. Delante de lo expuesto, la propuesta de una Clínica del Trabajo en el Servicio de Clínica-escuela, es necesaria y debe incluir una línea de cuidados/escucha evidenciando la relación del sujeto con su labor, ya que no siempre el sufrimiento psíquico relacionado al trabajo produce síntomas claros y pueden ser reducidos solamente a la dimensión de los aspectos subjetivos de cada paciente. Objective To explore the effectof cognitive behavioral Intervention on the quality of life and cognitive lever of patients with venous thrombus embolism. Methods 164 patients with Venous Thrombus Embolism were randomly divided into control group and research group, the control group received routine care, The study group received cognitive behavior intervention. The cognitive lever and quality of life score was measured between before and after the intervention. Results Before the intervention, the difference score of living quality and cognitive lever in the two groups has no statistical significance (P > 0.05), and after intervention, the cognition lever and the three aspects of risk factors, anticoagulant knowledge and treatment methods of research group scored (28.47 ± 7.63), (7.38 ± 2.48), (6.82±2.73), (3.64±1.59) points which were significantly higher than the control group scored (20.54±5.49), (4.31±2.14), (3.72±1.62), (2.18±1.36) points (t=7.635, 8.469, 8.822, 6.299, P<0.01),the quality of life and four dimensions of daily life ability, pain, social activities, mental scored ( 37.04 ± 7.08), [9.00 (5.00, 11.00)],(9.04 ± 1.55),(5.52 ± 1.59),(14.00 ± 3.06) points which showed great improvement than the control group scored [49.50(39.75-59.25)], [11.50 (6.75, 16.00)], (10.05 ± 1.65), (7.95 ± 2.19), (19.18 ± 3.88) points. There were significant difference in the quality of life and four dimensions between the two groups. (Z=-3.558,-2.143, t=2.102, 4.274, 4.991, P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions The quality of life for the venous thrombus embolism patients were in lower level. The cognitive behavioral intervention could correcting their bad behavior and negative emotions, eventually improve the quality of life of venous thrombus embolism patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the status and characteristic of psychology for primipara and gravida with second child so as to improve psychological status of them and take them keep positive mentality in whole gestation.Methods: 176 gravidas randomly were selected in this study, and a self-designed questionnaire of psychology was applied to evaluate and compare the psychological status and self-care capacity between primipara and gravida with second child by using method of questionnaire survey. The primipara and gravida with second child were implemented hierarchical management depended on their differently psychological problem, and personalized intervening measurement was adopted to enhance their self-care capacity.Results: The psychological enduring capacity, self-care capacity and the ability of deal with problem about interpersonal relationship of gravidas with second child were obviously better than that of primiparas, while the neglect degree for antenatal care of them was higher than that of primiparas.Conclusion: The whole society should pay attention to the process for gestation of pregnant woman, and give them higher social support so as to promote the maternal and child health and effectively decrease the occurrence rate of delivery risk.

Resumo Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o discurso das mães de meninas vitimadas pelo abuso sexual intrafamiliar sobre a importância do atendimento especializado para elas que, assim como suas filhas, também foram vitimadas. Esta realidade é entendida à luz da teoria Histórico-Cultural de Vygotsky por meio das categorias teóricas consciência e subjetividade. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que usa como instrumento a entrevista semiestruturada. Os discursos são tratados a partir da Análise do Discurso de Bakhtin, considerando-se elementos como enunciado, dialogismo, gêneros discursivos e polifonia. Os discursos revelaram o quanto o abuso sexual é devastador e que as participantes, assim como suas filhas, vivenciam consequências que poderiam ser minimizadas mediante um atendimento especializado, assim como um apoio adequado, o que engloba a participação da família, principalmente a ação protetiva materna. Em sendo elas próprias mães e vítimas, não encontram condições cognitivas e afetivas para lidarem com a vitimação das filhas, reforçando, assim, a importância do atendimento.


Abstract This article aims to analyze the discourse of girls' mothers victimized by sexual abuse within the family about the importance of specialized care for them that as their daughters were also victimized. This reality is understood from the theory of Historical-Cultural Vygotsky through theoretical categories of consciousness and subjectivity. This is a qualitative research whose instrument is a semi-structured interview. The speeches are treated from the Discourse Analysis of Bakhtin considering elements such statement, dialogism, polyphony and genres. The speeches reveal how sexual abuse is devastating and the participants as well as their daughters, experience consequences that could be minimized through specialized care as well as adequate support, which includes the participation of the family, especially the maternal protective action. In being victimized themselves and mothers, are not cognitive and affective conditions for dealing with the victimization of children, thus reinforcing the importance of attendance.


Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el discurso de las madres jóvenes víctimas de abuso sexual dentro de la familia sobre la importancia de la atención especializada para ellas, que al igual que sus hijas, también fueron víctimas. Esta realidad se entiende desde la teoría histórico-cultural de Vygotsky a través de las categorías teóricas conciencia y subjetividad. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa cuyo instrumento es la entrevista semi-estructurada. Los discursos son tratados desde el análisis del discurso de Bakhtin teniendo en cuenta elementos como la declaración, dialogismo, géneros y polifonía. Los discursos revelados como el abuso sexual es devastador y que las participantes, así como sus hijas, experimenten las consecuencias que podrían ser minimizados por un servicio especializado, así como el apoyo adecuado, que incluye la participación de la familia, especialmente a las madres con acción protectora. En ser ellas al mismo tiempo las madres y las víctimas, no encuentran en si mismas condiciones cognitivas y afectivas para hacer frente a la victimización de las hijas, lo que aumenta la importancia de la atención.

ABSTRACT

O Plantão Psicológico, enquanto uma modalidade clínica contemporânea que se caracteriza por realizar atendimentos psicoterapêuticos de caráter emergencial destinados à comunidade que a ele recorre espontaneamente, sem a necessidade de agendamento prévio, foi reimplantado em meados de 2015 na Clínica Escola da UFC. Servindo como espaço de acolhimento e de informação e auxiliando as pessoas a terem uma maior autonomia emocional, o Plantão Psicológico vem sendo realizado por estagiários e extensionistas, desenvolvendo e consolidando a partir da sedimentação desta modalidade clínica, o caráter necessariamente transdisciplinar da Clínica Escola. O projeto de extensão do Plantão Psicológico prioriza a qualificação da formação dos discentes do curso de Psicologia com a vivência de diferentes experiências frente às demandas variadas; o fortalecimento de parcerias com instituições de saúde do Estado e, sobretudo, a otimização da fila de espera da Clínica Escola, promovendo atendimento imediato e de qualidade. Acredita-se que o Plantão consolida o ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão no âmbito da universidade, estabelecendo diálogo e intervenção efetiva junto à comunidade em geral. Trata-se do processo de ampliação das possibilidades de escuta clínica que, gradativamente, vem tornando o Plantão Psicológico da Clínica Escola da UFC uma referência no Estado do Ceará.


The Psychological Care Service, while a contemporary clinical modality that is characterized by performing psychotherapeutic calls of an emergency nature for the community that uses it spontaneously, without the need to schedule in advance, was redeployed in mid 2015 at the Clinical School of UFC. Serving as host space and information and helping people to have greater emotional autonomy, psychological Plantão being done by trainees and extension, developing and consolidating from the consolidation of this clinical modality, necessarily transdisciplinary nature of the Clinical School. The Psychological Care Service extension project prioritizes qualification training of students of the Psychology course with the experience of different experiences with the different demands; strengthening partnerships with health institutions of the state and, above all, the optimization of the queue of Clinical School, providing immediate service and quality. It is believed that the Psychological Care Service consolidates teaching, research and extension within the university, establishing dialogue and effective intervention by the community at large. This is the process of enlarging clinical listening possibilities that gradually is making the Psychological Clinic Duty UFC School a reference in the State of Ceará.
