ABSTRACT

Este ensaio teórico se propõe a pensar o corpo sob a ótica da pluralidade e das afecções, para compreender como o trabalho da psicologia na modalidade remota atinge a corporeidade e a sua potência de existir. Tais questões foram evocadas num Grupo de Escuta e Acolhimento na modalidade remota. O olhar teórico parte da concepção espinosana das afecções, articulada com a noção de cuidado de si. A solidão relatada nos grupos foi tomada como analisador para refletir sobre o enfraquecimento da produção do encontro. Isso nos levou a pensar os impactos da perda do corpo na presença on-line, a (im)possibilidade do encontro com a diferença e sobre o papel da virtualidade na atualidade do modelo econômico liberal aplicado à psicologia. É necessário considerar as possibilidades de atuação e mediação que não se abstenham perante as demandas da atualidade, mas que reconheçam também os perigos dos aparelhos de captura. (AU)


This theoretical study proposes to think about the body from the plurality and the affections' perspectives, in an attempt to understand how the psychology works, on the virtual modality, reaches corporeity and the expansion of its power to exist. These questions were raised from a Group for Listening and Welcoming Services o the virtual modality. The theoretical perspective starts from Spinoza's conception of the affections, articulated with the notion of self-care. The loneliness reported on the group was our analyzer, in an attempt to reflect about the encounter's weakening. This led us to reflect about the impacts of the body's loss on the online presence, the (im)possibility of encountering the difference and the role of virtuality in the liberal economic model applied to psychology. It is necessary to cover the possibilities of action that do not abstain from present time demands, but also to recognize the dangers of capture devices. (AU)


Este ensayo teórico propone pensar el cuerpo desde la perspectiva de las afecciones, intentando comprender cómo el trabajo de la psicología en la modalidad a distancia alcanza la corporeidad y su potencia de existir. Tales interrogantes surgieron en la experiencia de un Grupo de Escucha y Acogida en la modalidad a distancia. Orientó el trabajo la concepción Spinozista de los afectos, articulada con la noción de cuidado de sí. La soledad relatada en los grupos fue el analizador para reflexionar sobre la producción del encuentro y nos llevó a pensar en los impactos de la pérdida del cuerpo en la presencia online, la (im)posibilidad de encontrar la diferencia y a reflexionamos sobre la virtualidad en el modelo económico liberal aplicado a la psicología. Es necesario abarcar las posibilidades de acción que no se abstengan de las exigencias de hoy, pero que también reconozcan los peligros de los dispositivos de captura. (AU)

Resumo O plantão psicológico realizado em Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) é uma ferramenta no combate à violência contra a mulher. Entretanto as plantonistas estão inseridas em um ambiente de muita carga emocional. Objetivou-se analisar as percepções das plantonistas e agentes de uma DDM sobre a violência de gênero e seus impactos psíquicos no cotidiano pessoal e de trabalho dessas mulheres. Entrevistaram-se 23 mulheres com idade entre 19 e 56 anos (M=28, 26; DP=10, 15), e o material coletado foi analisado pelo software Iramuteq. Foram avaliados 1.304 segmentos de texto, gerando uma retenção de 98,27% do total, os quais conceberam seis classes, dentre as quais a de maior expressividade foi a classe 1 "impacto da violência", com 21,55% dos segmentos de texto. Desgastes físicos e emocionais são desencadeados pelos atendimentos, porém as plantonistas e agentes da DDM não recebem apoio emocional para realizar suas funções, tendo assim que desenvolver estratégias de enfrentamento pessoal.


Resumen El turno psicológico realizado en Estación de Defensa de la Mujer (EDM) es una herramienta para combatir la violencia contra la mujer. Sin embargo, los oficiales de guardia se encuentran insertados en el ambiente de mucha carga emocional. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar las percepciones de los oficiales de guardia y de agentes de EDM sobre la violencia de género y sus impactos psíquicos en la rutina personal y laboral de estas mujeres. Se entrevistó a 23 mujeres, de entre 19 y 56 años (M=28,26; DE=10,15), y para el análisis de datos se utilizó el software Iramuteq. Se analizaron 1.304 segmentos de texto, que generó retención del 98,27% del total, en seis clases, la más expresiva fue la clase 1 "impacto de la violencia", con el 21,55% de segmentos de texto. El desgaste físico y emocional se desencadena por la asistencia, pero el personal de guardia y los agentes de EDM no reciben apoyo emocional para desempeño de sus funciones, por lo que se debe desarrollar estrategias de afrontamiento personal.


Résumé Le Soutien Psychologique tenu au Commissariat de défense de la femme (CDF) est un outil de lutte contre violence envers les femmes ; cependant, les femmes en service sont insérés dans un environnement à forte charge émotionnelle. L'objectif était d'analyser les perceptions des officiers et agents de service d'un CDF sur la violence de genre et ses impacts psychiques sur leurs quotidien personnelle et professionnelle. Nous avons interviewées 23 femmes âgées de 19 à 56 ans (M=28,26; ET=10,15), et les donnés ont été analysé par le logiciel Iramuteq. Au total, 1304 segments de texte ont été analysés, générant une rétention de 98,27% du total, qui engendrait six classes, parmi lesquelles la plus expressive était la classe 1 "impact de la violence", avec 21,55% des segments de texte. L'usure physique et émotionnelle est déclenchée per le service, mais les officiers et les agents de service du CDF ne reçoivent pas de soutien émotionnel pour remplir leurs fonctions, et doivent donc développer des stratégies d'adaptation personnelle.


Abstract The emergency psychological service held at Women's Police Stations (DDMs) is a tool in the combat against women violence. However, on-duty emergency workers are included in an emotionally intense environment. We aimed at analyzing the perceptions of DDM on-duty emergency workers and agents about gender violence, as well as its psychic impacts on their personal and work routines. We interviewed 23 women aged between 19 and 56 (M=28, 26; DP=10, 15), and analyzed the obtained data using IRAMUTEQ. We evaluated 1,304 text segments, retaining 98.27% of the total, which originated six classes. The most expressive among those was Class 1 "service impact", with 21.55% of the text segments. Even though the emergency psychological service triggers physical and emotional wear and tear, DDM on-duty emergency workers and agents do not receive emotional support to perform their functions, thus developing personal coping strategies.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To learn the awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service in Zhejiang Province and its influencing factors, so as to provide the basis for promoting the construction of social-psychological service system.@*Methods@#The counties (cities, districts) in Zhejiang Province were divided into three levels: high, medium and low, according to economic development. The residents are selected by multistage stratified random sampling method. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the general information of residents and their awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service.The influencing factors for the awareness were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression model. @*Results @#Of 7 114 questionnaires sent out, 6 577 valid ones were recovered, with the response rate of 92.45%. The overall awareness rates of the Three Level Social-psychological Service and service sites was 63.02% and 59.91%, respectively. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age of 40-<50 years ( OR=1.376, 95%CI: 1.077-1.758 ), permanent residence ( OR=1.474, 95%CI: 1.319-1.647 ), being the national pilots ( OR=1.200, 95%CI: 1.079-1.334 ) and having the experience of seeking mental health services before 2018 (OR=1.323, 95%CI: 1.191-1.469) were the influencing factors for the awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service; under 50 years old ( OR: 0.610-0.768, 95%CI: 0.423-0.991 ), permanent residence ( OR=1.571, 95%CI: 1.407-1.755 ), being the national pilots ( OR=1.368, 95%CI: 1.232-1.519 ) and having the experience of seeking mental health services before 2018 ( OR=0.733, 95%CI: 0.661-0.812 ) were the influencing factors for the awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service sites. @*Conclusions@#It is necessary to improve the awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service among Zhejiang residents. Age, permanent residence, being the national pilots, seeking mental health service experience before 2018 are associated with the awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service.

ABSTRACT

Background: The results of epidemiological studies help in developing protective and treatment plans for community members, and identifying the psychological support services that individuals need to reduce the negative effects of these stressful conditions. Therefore, this study aimed to detect the effect of the outbreak of the deadly COVID-19 on the mental health of individuals. A survey descriptive design was used in this study to detect the level of psychological problems and to determine the differences in psychological problems due to nationality, age, sex, social status, learning level, and income. Method: A random sample consists of 5611(3423 Egyptians and 2188 Saudis) participants was chosen, their ages ranged between (16 to more than 50) year. The study sample was divided into sub-groups according to nationality, age, sex, social status, learning level, income level. The researchers in this study prepared psychological problems symptoms inventory that has been applied online to the sample. Results: The findings indicated that the increased prevalence of COVID -19 has a negative effect on the mental health of individuals, as the level of psychological problems were increased, and the results also found differences in the prevalence of psychological problems symptoms due to demographic variables. Conclusion: The study results emphasized the importance of prevention and treatment of psychological problems symptoms caused by the outbreak of the deadly COVID-19. As well as, these findings stressed on the role of counseling and therapy via the internet as well as, cross-cultural counseling and treatment.

ABSTRACT

O presente trabalho relata a experiência de implantação de um modelo de atuação do psicólogo na Universidade Federal do Paraná -UFPR. O Plantão Institucional, desenvolvido na forma de um projeto de ensino, pesquisa e extensão, utiliza-se de Entrevistas de Acolhimento para acolher os estudantes que buscam apoio psicológico. Fundamentada em uma perspectiva histórico-cultural, tal prática institui espaços para a circulação da palavra entre os estudantes, sendo conduzida por estagiários de psicologia, sob supervisão. Apresentam-se a implantação do projetoe seu acompanhamento comestudantes acolhidos. Foram entrevistados 27 estudantes de graduação, objetivando-se compreender os sentidos atribuídos à prática proposta, e sua pertinência para a continuidade do projeto. Como resultados, evidenciam-sea significação positiva do acolhimento pelos pares, o reconhecimento do espaço do plantão como lugar institucional onde as questões são ouvidas e valorizadas. Destaca-se, por fim, o desafio à implantação de modelos de assistência estudantil alternativos ao modelo clínico individual.


This work describes the implementation and execution of a psychological practice model at the Federal University of Paraná –UFPR. The emergency psychological service was developed as an education, research and extension project conducted through interviews with students who seek for psychological support, performed by fellow trainees. From a historical and cultural perspective, this practice enables the sharing of experiences between students. Psychology apprentices under supervision conduct the project. Twenty-seven undergraduate students were interviewed so the senses attributed by them to the proposed psychological practice model were grasped, which allowed assessing the relevance of continuing with the projects. Results showed a positive sense attributed to peer counseling and the acknowledgement of an institutional emergency psychological care in which the students’ issues are listened and given importance. Finally, results also highlight the challenges to the implementation of alternative student assistance services as opposed to the regular individual clinical model.


El presente estudio relata la experiencia de implementación de un modelo de actuación del psicólogo en la Universidad Federal de Paraná -UFPR. El Plantón Institucional, desarrollado en forma de un proyecto de enseñanza, investigación y extensión, utiliza la estrategia de Entrevistas de Acogimiento para acoger los estudiantes que buscan apoyo psicológico. Fundamentada en una perspectiva histórico-cultural, tal práctica instituye espacios para la circulación de la palabra entre los estudiantes, siendo conducida por monitores de psicología, bajo supervisión. Se presenta la implementación del proyecto y su acompañamiento junto a los estudiantes acogidos. Fueron entrevistados 27 estudiantes de pregrado, buscando comprender los sentidos atribuidos a la práctica propuesta, y su pertinencia para la continuidad del proyecto. Como resultados, se destaca la significación positiva del acogimiento por los pares, el reconocimiento del espacio del Plantón como lugar institucional donde las problemáticas son escuchadas y valoradas. Se destaca, finalmente, el desafío a la implementación de modelos de asistencia estudiantil alternativos al modelo clínico individual.

O presente estudo verificou o perfil e os motivos de busca por atendimento psicológico da clientela masculina adulta em uma clínica-escola de uma universidade privada na Região Metropolitana de Porto Alegre, no período de janeiro de 2006 a julho de 2009. Foram avaliadas 208 fichas de triagem, a partir de análise quantitativa descritiva. Os resultados mais prevalentes foram: faixa etária de 26 a 30 anos; baixo nível socioeconômico; exercício de função laboral; escolaridade de ensino médio completo; solteiros; sem filhos; procura espontânea por atendimento psicológico, sendo os problemas interpessoais e a ansiedade os motivos principais. Constatou-se a relevância de ações terapêuticas que envolvam não apenas o indivíduo no espaço do atendimento psicológico individual, mas também estimulem investimentos afetivos no campo familiar, laboral e social. É imperiosa a continuidade de estudos que viabilizem a compreensão de características desta população, a fim de formular estratégias efetivas de atendimento em saúde pública.


The current study examined the reasons adult masculine clientele (and their profiles) search for psychological service in a training-clinic of a private university in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre, in the period between January 2006 and July 2009. The research evaluated, using descriptive quantitative analysis, 208 sorting cards. The most prevalent results were: age range from 26 to years, low socioeconomic level, job function, high school degree, single, childless, spontaneous search for psychological service. Many individuals suffered from interpersonal problems and anxiety. It also found the relevant therapeutical actions not only involve the individual in the space of the individual psychological support, but also stimulate affective investment in the family, labor and social fields. It is very important to continue these studies to improve the understanding of the features of this population and formulate effective strategies in public health care.


El presente estudio verificó el perfil y los motivos de búsqueda de atendimiento psicológico de la clientela masculina adulta en una clínica-escuela de una universidad privada en la Región Metropolitana de Porto Alegre, en el período de enero de 2006 a julio de 2009. Fueron analizadas, cuantitativamente, 208 fichas de triaje por medio del análisis descriptivo. Los resultados más prevalentes fueron: edad entre 26 a 30 años; bajo nivel socioeconómico; en actividad laboral; escolaridad de enseñanza secundaria completa; solteros; sin hijos; búsqueda espontánea por atención psicológica, siendo que los problemas interpersonales y la ansiedad fueron los motivos principales. Se constató la relevancia de las acciones terapéuticas que envuelvan no solo el individuo en el espacio de atendimiento individual, pero también, que estimulen investimentos afectivos en el campo familiar, laboral y social. Es importante la continuidad de estudios que viabilicen la comprensión de características de esta población, a fin de formular estrategias de atención en salud pública.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the effect of group psychological service on mental health of the children left behind in rural areas.Methods:Totally 222 children left behind in rural areas were selected randomly and divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group accepted 8 times of group psychological service.The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),Center for Epidemiological Studies of Depression scale for Children(CES-DC),Rutter Children's Behavior questionnaire for completion by teacher,Piers-Harris Children `s Self-concept Scale(PHCSS)were used in both groups to evaluate the effect at baseline,the end of the 7th intervention,and 6 months after the end of the intervention.Results:After intervention,the intervention group got lower scores than control group in EPQ-N [(8.2±5.8)vs.(10.2±6.1),P<0.05]in the first retest,and in CES-DC [(15.9±7.3)vs.(18.8±7.7),P<0.05]in the second retest.The group gained higher scores in anxietyand happy and satisfaction factors of PHCSS [(6.6±3.4)vs.(5.6±2.7),(6.5±1.9)vs.(5.7±1.8);Ps<0.05]. Conclusion:Group psychological service are effective to children left behind in rural areas with depression emotion and had a role in children's personality remodeling.

ABSTRACT

São diversos os estudos sobre a caracterização da clientela de clínicas-escola de Psicologia no Brasil. Todavia, há escassez de pesquisas desta natureza no Rio Grande do Sul. Este trabalho se propõe a realizar uma pesquisa de levantamento das características sociodemográficas e clínicas da população que buscou atendimento em 2004 nas dez clínicas-escola da Região Metropolitana de Porto Alegre. É possível reconhecer a similaridade dos achados com a grande maioria dos estudos, permitindo-se a inferência de um perfil típico do paciente que busca atendimento em clínicas-escola no Brasil: crianças, do sexo masculino, encaminhadas por escolas devido a dificuldades de aprendizagem ou comportamento e mulheres jovens, que buscam atendimento espontaneamente devido a conflitos relativos ao comportamento afetivo. Também se destaca a dificuldade em pesquisar sobre o tema em função da ausência de registros padronizados, adequados e bem preenchidos pelas clínicas-escola.


Although many studies about Psychology School-Clinics have been conducted in Brazil, there are few in Rio Grande do Sul. So that, this paper is a survey's research about sociodemographic and clinical characteristics of people who reached out for psychological service in 2004 at 10 Psychology School-Clinics in metropolitan area of Porto Alegre. The results showed similarity between most of other studies that had been previously conducted in Brazil and the present one, allowing the inference of two typical profiles in Psychology School-Clinics in Brazil: children, male, referred by schools because of learning or behavior problems and young women, who sought, on their own initiative, psychological consultation due to affective problems. It is also important to mention how difficult it is to research about this topic, because there's no standardized, adequate and well-filled out inpatient registration in Psychology School-Clinics.

ABSTRACT

Com o objetivo de compreender os desafios e potencialidades de um Serviço de Plantão Psicológico voltado aos funcionários de um Hospital Geral, foram entrevistados seis funcionários que vivenciaram esta modalidade de atendimento durante a fase de implantação. As entrevistas foram não-diretivas, e fez-se uma pergunta disparadora para estimular os depoimentos. Por meio de uma metodologia qualitativa, analisaram-se os depoimentos fenomenologicamente, partindo-se da divisão do texto em unidades de significado, possibilitando a construção de uma compreensão psicológica acerca das vivências. Para cada depoimento foi elaborada uma síntese específica dos elementos do vivido. Esse material serviu para compor uma Síntese Geral que incluiu elementos comuns a todas as sínteses específicas. A riqueza dos depoimentos possibilitou algumas incursões para aprofundar os limites e as possibilidades encontradas na prática desta modalidade no contexto hospitalar.


With the objective of understanding the challenges and potentials of a Psychological Service for employees in a General Hospital, six employees were interviewed whoexperiencedthis service during the implantation phase. The interviews were non-directive, and a starter question was made to stimulate the statements. Through a qualitative methodology, the statements were phenomenologically analyzed: starting of by breaking the text in units of meaning, to enablethe construction of a psychological understanding concerning the living experiences. For each statement a specific synthesis of the elements was elaborated. That material served to compose a General Synthesis that included elements common to all of the specific synthesis. The wealth of the statements enabledsome incursions to deepen the limits and the possibilities found in the practice of this modality in the hospital context.
