ABSTRACT
QIU Fa-zu points out that medical creation is very urgent and importance should be attached to fundmental knowledge,frontier knowledge,connecting the theoretical konwledge with the phical kowledge,analyzing experiences and intertional interactions.Through analyzing these important thoughts of QIU Fa-zu,the passage draws the conclusion that these thoughts are valuble to China' s medical management and scientific policy.

By analyzing the medical ethics and medical behaviors of the distinguished doctor Qiufazu,we can draw the conclusion that his medical ethics is the comprehensive outcome of his personal experience,the cultivation of traditional Chinese culture,and his interactions and exchange with medical teachers and fellow-students,all of which play a critical role in shaping his value of medical ethics.The medical ethics of Qiufazu can be regarded as precious spiritual treasure in medical field,which still has rich enlightenment on the self-cultivation and professional development of modern medical staff.
